i use this white hotel style smooth edge paring knife in my kitchen when i am trying to prepare food such as apples and bananas and some potatoes. it has a good handle so it doesn't slip out of your hand.

these knives are very sharp and strong. My only minor problem with it is that I usually pick it up and try to use the dull side because it is hard to differentiate because of how it is shaped the same on both sides.

I really like this knife. I use it mostly for opening shellfish and cutting bagels. It's easy to clean and the somewhat large handle makes it easy to handle without stabbing yourself.

This is a very small knife that is perfect for small jobs. I typically use it for cutting vanilla beans where precision is a little easier with a smaller knife.

I absolutely love a good cutting knife. The handle aides with hand slipping while cutting. Easy to clean. Cuts really well. I purchased a set of all different sizes and stills. I think I am going to buy some more. If you have not tried them, you should.

If you don't have great eyes sometimes you can't tell which is the Sharp blade side. Other than that. It works great.

Good feel and initial sharpness. Difficult to identify the blade side - marked the side with a sharpie just for ease of use.

This is the smooth style handle paring knife with a symmetrical handle. It is slightly bulkier but feels more comfortable to use than the smooth edge handle on the other one but still great nonetheless.
