While these are cute, the bottom line is it's very useful to have allergen color coded knifes in a kitchen. Proper sterilization is a must but it's another line of protection to keep allergy safe knives that match your cutting boards.

I like sliced apples, the very firm crunchy apples. That means, in order to cut them my knife must be very sharp and it helps a lot for it to be flexible. After receiving the knife, I was very happy, this is what I want!

Great price and product! I bought a few to have around the house. I find that I use them more than larger expensive knives on a day to day basis.

These are just what we needed - pretty cheap, nice and sharp, and durable. I can't imagine that they'll last for very long, since we don't treat them like we do other fancier knives, but the price is right. The covers that come with the knives are pretty useless, more for shipping than actual use in the kitchen.
