This oyster knife is very durable. It is pretty heavy as well. The heavy duty handle makes it easier to grasp and maneuver the knife that much better.

Easy to use oyster knife the black handle is sturdy and theres a small guard to prevent your hand from sliding forward when shucking oysters.

Have not tried this product since I brought it but looking forward to using it. Price was right and product in good condition upon arrival.

Owned a clam knife before this one. The Choise seems to open them more cleanly and easier. Previous knife had a wider blade and thick wooden handle and for some reason didn't work as well as this one.

I ordered these oyster knives after vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While there I bought a dozen oysters and the only thing I had to open them with was a flat head screwdriver. This was a challenge, well no more!! These knives work very well and aren't nearly as dangerous. Wish I had bought them earlier.
