Would purchase again pretty sturdy

This oyster knife is very durable. It is pretty heavy as well. The heavy duty handle makes it easier to grasp and maneuver the knife that much better.

Easy to use oyster knife the black handle is sturdy and theres a small guard to prevent your hand from sliding forward when shucking oysters.

Have not tried this product since I brought it but looking forward to using it. Price was right and product in good condition upon arrival.

Good oyster knives, have to get over 200 of these for a party and far superior over any product around this price or slightly priced higher.

Owned a clam knife before this one. The Choise seems to open them more cleanly and easier. Previous knife had a wider blade and thick wooden handle and for some reason didn't work as well as this one.

I ordered these oyster knives after vacationing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. While there I bought a dozen oysters and the only thing I had to open them with was a flat head screwdriver. This was a challenge, well no more!! These knives work very well and aren't nearly as dangerous. Wish I had bought them earlier.

for being so cheap, this is a really well made little tool. it's imperative that you have a solid shucker when dealing with oysters so it's great to be able to find them at such a low price

Nice simple shucker. Not recommended for high volume, but for a moderate basis they work great. They are labor intensive and make sure your staff is careful. Durable item that is dish safe. Would buy again.
