Purchased this bread knife to replace one of my old bread knives. I like the offset handle. Not sure if I received a bad one but this performs worse than my old one! Disappointed to say the least.

Even though the packaging doesn't say it, I think this knife might be for left-handed users. My kitchen staff couldn't cut an even slice with it, until the left-handed cook came and did it on the first try. Would not recommend, unless you are left-handed of course!

Comfortable handle and grip and great design, the blade and sharpness leaves a lot to be desired. This knife tears our cakes instead of slicing through. We purchased a Dexter Russell knife instead and don't have the same issue as with this brand.

Even tho this is a bread knife I use it for many things. It is light weight, easy to use and the angle makes it easy to use. Take it catering and use for veggies, lemons, oranges and bread and more. Serrated edges grips the fruit so that slipping doesn't happen.

Bigger than I was expecting but does the job nonetheless

This is a pretty solid bread knife. We also purchased and returned the 10 in, as it was sharpened on the other side, and drifted weird. This is a prefect knife for a right handed person.

I needed a good offset bread knife, and this delivered spectacularly. It's a little on the short side, but that doesn't matter when I'm using it to slide baguettes for toast or something like that.

This serrated knives work well for cutting our bread. We have different types of bread (ciabatta, brioche, sourdough), but it works great regardless of the type.

Nice and sturdy knife. We serve burgers and hotdogs, this allows us have a clean cut on the brioche unlike some knives used previously. The fact that it’s at an angle (offset) makes for ease in cutting. It is sharp. Received well packaged too

Our wine bar picks up fresh bread from a local bakery in town every day which we then slice up ourselves. The angle on this knife works much better than other ones we have here. Easy to clean.

I don't know where webstaurantstore has been all my life! finding gems like this knife is like christmas. they are so so inexpensive yet somehow work better than the more expensive brands. this knife slides through bread and other foods easily and the angled, offset blade protects your knuckles.
