Purchased this bread knife to replace one of my old bread knives. I like the offset handle. Not sure if I received a bad one but this performs worse than my old one! Disappointed to say the least.

Great bread knife. Easy to clean and store because its not too big. fits in our knife stand and also in a drawer. Great multi use utility knife for pastries such as crossiants and breads.
it's bevel is so thick you will cut yourself I bought 3 and regret it

Works very well and does not rust in my experience. It slices through anything you need with ease and holds up extremely well.
Even though the packaging doesn't say it, I think this knife might be for left-handed users. My kitchen staff couldn't cut an even slice with it, until the left-handed cook came and did it on the first try. Would not recommend, unless you are left-handed of course!

Comfortable handle and grip and great design, the blade and sharpness leaves a lot to be desired. This knife tears our cakes instead of slicing through. We purchased a Dexter Russell knife instead and don't have the same issue as with this brand.

Even tho this is a bread knife I use it for many things. It is light weight, easy to use and the angle makes it easy to use. Take it catering and use for veggies, lemons, oranges and bread and more. Serrated edges grips the fruit so that slipping doesn't happen.
