Giving one star simply because of the amount of obnoxious stickers that are stuck to the container. I should charge you the labor to remove them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got this to make dough in. The only problem is that it has BPA in it, so I don't like wet dough sitting in it. Get the ones without BPA.

The GOAT of kitchen storage!

Great Little container for me to store my sourdough starter. I like the fact that it is so easy to clean and that it looks neat on my countertop. Also it doesn’t say on the website anywhere but this thing weighs 218 g when empty without the lid.

Ten times better than tupperware! No problems with residual scents, colors, or oils and his up perfectly in hot and cold applications. Perfect for dry goods, leftovers, or bread proofing!

These are the BEST storage Containers, great quality. This was our first order from WEBstaurant and contained fragile item but the whole shipment arrived perfectly packaged--no broken glass. Second, I placed the order at 2 am Wednesday and received all 7 items by 3:30 on Thursday with regular shipping! Finally, I found the best price (shipping included) here. Fabulous containers! I was dreaming about buying these for years before I did. Very secure, tight seal. I don't have the 6 qt to compare, but I think as a home cook, the 4 qt is the biggest I would buy for my own pantry. The lid is a bit difficult to get on and off, but that's not a dealbreaker.

I use this (multiple) for preferments - poolish and levain - for artisan bread. good size to create a good preferment before mixing in the 12 quart. I use these a lot.

I really like these cambros because they are commercial grade, yeah definitely have a place in the home kitchen many times over. They are very high-quality and have many uses because they withstand heat and cold very well.

We have several of these we use at home. Our daughter took some food home after Thanksgiving and then made sure to let me know I 'wouldn't be getting the Cambro back', she loves it that much !

I primarily use this container when making stocks and it's superb for that purpose, like all Cambro containers it's resilient and sturdy, I've dropped it more than once and it just keeps going. Also easy to clean without tons of nooks and crannies, highly recommended.

Very happy with this product quality much better than typical home storage container. But more importantly very happy with this supplier. glad that pro quality gear is available at such reasonable pricing to the home wanna be chef. Plan to buy one of their table top ovens soon. And lot of other stuff.
