Durable and heat proof, we use these pans every day for hot holding cheese sauce. They are great because they keep the sauce from cooking onto the bottom much better than metal pans do. Careful cleaning them with steel wool though because they do scratch like other plastic bins.

I did not realize when I bought them they are amber hue. But it worked even better because I can separate them for pastry vs savior side.

Our kitchen staff love these high heat Cambro containers. When combined with the polycarbonate grip lid, the items retain their heat. I recommend this item if your are doing offsite catering.

Cambro pans are great. They can withstand high temperatures without cracking or melting. Easy to clean. Even the stuck on stuff comes right out. Price is great too!

This was just the right product. We often need to reheat an item, and this pan goes from microwave to steam table easily. I was using metal pans in the steam table, but then would have to transfer to a different container to heat in the microwave. This saves on time and extra dirty dishes.

These amber high heat pans are great for any food that may need a long time to heat within the microwave. We will use this pan to heat our soup up being that it will take at least ten minutes to reach the temperature we need it to.

We use this pan for cold and hot storage of foods... and, crucially, for microwaving to move them from refrigerated storage to the steam table, They hold up well at all temps, as long as you don't abuse them by microwaving too long without stirring in a high-power commercial microwave.

Great single batch microwave dish. Get used in my kitchen many times an hour, will eventually crack up but after a very long service life of being in heavy use. Certainly worth the extra cost if using microwave.

We use these amber cambrro's everyday to heat food. They hold up really well in the microwave and also in a food warming well. Great price on these.

We use these daily to warm up our marinara sauce before putting it in the double boiler to keep it warm. The health dept. requires we do it this way to ensure it gets up to temp fast enough. Works great, better than using the clear cambros that are not microwave safe.

We use these every day and we prefer to use these instead of stainless steel. Food doesn't seem to burn in these compared to stainless steel. Obviously when dropped these can and will break over time compared to stainless steel pans. But we will buy these again and again and again!

The only non-metal pan that can hold up to a hot buffet! If you use real eggs these are a must to keep them from discoloring in a metal pan.

Cambro. That's all that needs to be said. But when you need something that is going to stain a lot, like BBQ sauce. Use these.

Love these you can save both dry and fresh ingredients for a while. There microwave safe and very durable! The size makes it convenient not to big and very compact. Good for stacking!

Ordered these to replace some non High Heat pan's that were performing poorly with cracking under heat. These have performed excellent, they stack well and very pleased with daily use.

These are the perfect high heat pans. They fit in our steam tables very well. They hold up well, even when they go from the freezer to the cooler to the steam table. Best price around!

Absolutely love these! They fit perfectly in my Cambro hot box, and as an added bonus, we can drop right into chafing dishes when we arrive on-site. Super easy to clean, lightweight, stackable. We purchased to have a spill-proof carrying solution for the hot box, and when used with the companion lids, worked very well for that purpose. 25 mile trip, hills included, no spills or leaks.

We have determined that the added expense of a name brand plastic pan, as well as the high temp pans, are worth the extra expense. We use them to heat soups and for general portioning storage.

We love the 1/3 Cambro amber pan. We heat soup in the microwave and these last so much longer than the black one. The amber pans do so much better in our hot soup wells also!
