We use this in my baking and pastry class to store our scones in for freezing after being made. We can fit about 100 small scones in it. It's a great size for us. The lid fits tightly, but it's not water tight.

Just purchased a couple of these for food storage and sous vide cooking. Very good for small batches of sous vide cooking and great for storage of produce.

This 12"X18"X9" Cambro box works great for our food storage needs, we usually put jalepenos in this size. Cambro brand has always lasted the longest out of any other brands and takes a beating. The only issue I have with these is that when purchased new, they have a label sticker that is extremely difficult to remove. It takes goo gone or a blow dryer to remove. We tried running it through our high temp dishwasher and that didn't help. Additionally, the handles to pick up the storage box are sharp in some areas when new. We gently rubbed them with sand paper to avoid our employees getting cut. Something to double check before putting into use. Besides these two issues we love our Cambro boxes!

Great storage but quite large. We usually get the more shallow size, but when we need something deeper this one does work well. Like that the tops are mix and match.

We’ve turned this large food storage box into a holder for our dressing bottles! Little expensive just for that so probably better suited for actual food storage.

Great price on this durable Cambro storage box. Health department approved, easy to clean and fits inside our standard cooler. We find that off-name storage containers never stack up to Cambro.

These poly boxes are so useful for us. Our most common use for them is for storing bread dough during the proofing process. They are super strong and durable, and are also great for freezing. We will often scoop cookie dough and store the frozen pucks inside the poly box, as well.

We have these at the shop for fruit, they have an excellent size and hold a whole lemon box easily. Material is great, sturdy and thick. We dropped one to the floor, nothing happened to it.

This is a great container, very thick plastic. We have a couple fo these. For beans and to also keep sugar/salt. Easy to clean. Buy the lid to make it a combo.

These are great storage bins to keep fruit and vegetables organized inside your cool or reach in they are great cause easy to wash as well

These bins are super heavy duty material! They don't discolor and the lid fastens securely. We have some in all different sizes. Freezer safe as well! Some of the plastic bins and lids we use get brittle at cold temperatures and crack. These are perfect for storing and stacking!

although these work perfectly well as food storage, i own several of them as water baths for sous vide cooking. they are very thick and sturdy so they insulate well and dont get hot to the touch. they're an ideal vessel.

Works great with the Anova Precision Cooker (without modification)! Anova must have modified/enlarged the clamp in their newer models, because it clears the lip of the box and clamps on without issue.

We use these daily in our processing facility and they are terrific. Very durable, easy to clean (we soak them in the sink), easy to transport and stackable. Lid keeps a good seal. We use them to mise out some of our smaller ingredients.

This is one of the most frequently used food storage container in my kitchen. They are very high-quality, they do not bend, and they handle both hot and cold liquid with no problem. I am able to put about 40 chicken legs in this large food carrier.

Very good quality and well built storage box. We use our boxes mainly when we brine or marinade our meats. They are strong enough to stack a couple of these on top of each other if needed. These storage boxes are very easy to clean out after being used.

This storage box is great for storing our fish. It really helps that its clear because we can see everything and its easy to clean.

These container are awesome we use them for storage and it's also great for use with a sous vide water circulator. We will definitely be purchasing more of these as we need them.

Worth their weight in gold. Extremely strong! They do not stain or store flavors/ smells. We have washed them close to 1000 times and they have stayed very clear.... Almost no cloudiness associated with typical plastic. We’ve stacked them 4 high full of onions... meaning the bottom bucket has over 70 pounds pressing on it. It doesn’t even flinch.

This is an ideal box for storing food items at a restaurant. It is very much so provide you with lots of space. I recommend!

Twenty five pounds of flour fits in here well and it makes a good seal, as added protection I use plastic on the cover until it is ready to be used. I do this to keep away any little critters. Years ago I had that problem from a bulk store and I have become extremely guarded against that since I had to throw away just about all white flour products at the time. That was 20 years ago.

I bought these for use in our True refrigerated drawers but they are just slightly too deep, while the 6" deep version is a bit more shallow than I would like.

I purchased this storage box for the purpose of Sous Vide. It holds roughly 4.75 gallons according to the description and it does not have any issues with holding that much weight over a long period of time AND with hot water as the combination will usually cause issues with other plastics. To further test the containers strength, I filled the container with almost 4 gallons of water and rested the container on the lip. There was no sign of cracking or deformation so its very well made.

These are excellent. We use them for our dish washers aprons. I wish there was a more affordable version of these that are nsf rated but not super heavy duty.

Perfect size for using with a sous vide machine. Holds plenty of product that you are trying to cook in the water bath. Perfect size.
