We have a large family and love having several potato peelers on hand for quick turnaround times. Everyone has differing preferences. This one is easy to hold in your hand and does the job well. Also works for apples, carrots, whatever else.

These peelers are the best kitchen peeler to have, never disappoint you when it comes to having them available around the kitchen. Fits the chest pockets, light, durable and easy to clean

I bought this unit as a back up to the steel one i had purchased earlier i find it is just as good as the all steel one is

I've bought many peelers in my cooking days and this style peeler is hands down the best. Previous style peelers often have problems where the metal part comes out. I have yet to experience that happen with this specific peeler. I would purchase again.

Great peeler. Lightweight with a comfortable grip. Very sharp, takes just the right amount of material off, not digging too deep or not enough. Would recommend for both home and commercial kitchen use.

This thing dulled out rather quickly. It feels weak and cheap, in your hand. The hard edges make it uncomfortable to hold. I will not be making this purchase again.

At first we loved this peeler. It was easy to use and sharp, however we noticed quickly that it rusted and dulled. If you do very little peeling this might be the one for you but in a from scratch kitchen it just did not perform.

I was hoping these peelers were like the ones I've had in the past which peeled so easily they were perfect, but they RUST horribly after only a couple uses, and the metal parts FALL OUT! I purchased 3 of these, hoping they'd be useful, and each one broke within a month - and they weren't even used on an everyday basis (maybe once a week). Spend more on a peeler that will last and not rust.

This dexter-russell peeler is my favorite peeler by far! the blade is sharp and removes the peels quickly and efficiently. i find that it removes the perfect amount of peels, not too much comes off

This "Swiss peeler" is near perfection. I can easily remove the skins of apples, pears, and mangos. These are shaped strangely because they are meant to be held differently from the traditional peelers.

I'm thinking this is a Chinese knock off. Blade rusted within first day of use. I'll be wary going forward when considering anything Dexter Russell.

Great value for this little speed peeler. Construction could be better as it does allow the blade to flip upside down sometimes, but acceptable given the price.

This Dexter-Russell peeler is really sharp. It cuts through potato and mango peels really easy. The slots on the side gives it a more comfortable feel.

One of the best values we have found on here. Just a useful little tool to have in the kitchen. We will be ordering more just so we always have them.

its very sharp and work well the only issue is it is smaller and wider and does not suit a person with large hands. the plastic is a bit light weight

I love this peeler. It really peels everything like butter. The only complaints are that the blade can pop out from time to time (which is an easy fix) and it stains.

This is a decent product. I wish it was a little more durable. Much cheaper than at my local supply stores. Just as I expected, clean neat good product, and what I was looking for.

It's hard to beat the price for performance ratio with these tools. Peels vegetables and fruits with minimal effort. Easy to store and clean. And in worst case scenarios, cheap and easy to replace. Exceptional value.

Can't say I am a fan of the durability of this product. The blade rusted after two uses. Because of this, it leave strange streaks on potatoes and such...Not happy about that.

Wonderful peeler that works on everything in the kitchen. The grip fits well into my hand and allows for multiple different grips to peel with ease. The small core tool on the side is nice to get into small areas on various root veggies.

This is in my opinion the best peeler out there. It is so easy-to-use very user-friendly on the hand you can use it continuously without getting tired

Blade got pitted pretty quickly, and then the handle cracked, over not very long of a time. Would recommend something more substantial and heavy duty.

I have always loved peeler with carbon steel blade. They are dirt cheap but the are so sharp. Just require a little more maintenance to make sure the blade stays dry after use

Bought this because it was different from anything i'd seen before, really reasonably priced, and I was simply interested in seeing how it worked. It's great! Very ergonomical and easy to use.

Daily use with these little peelers, could be a little more industrial but we use for months then replace. They are easy to clean and remove the blade, they easily peel carrots, root vegetables and fruit.

This is a fine peeler. It does the job that it is asked to do. I only prefer my old set as I guess I just got used to it's feel

Nice little peeler. Doesn’t feel too light or clumsy when using. Just right size and weight to it. I hand wash mine and it’s held up nicely.

We are able to peel potatoes twice as fast as before with this new peeler! And our hands feel great afterwards - no aching peeler hands!

basic y peeler. head sipped a few times as to be expected. worked when i needed it to work though it ill not hold up to long term heavy use.

This brand is the best. We make a lot of smoothies and I like to put citrus peels as both an adornment, but also a quick zest. This peeler is the workhorse when it comes to that, particularly with thick rinds such as Watermelon and Pink Grapefruit, it adds that special detail that keeps them coming back.

I just. Bought. This’s to try it out to see if it’s better. Than the stores feels. Very sharp I thought. It would be bigger. Looks bigger in picture. Small.

This peeler is a great and inexpensive addition to our kitchen. Incredibly sharp and easy to handle, this peeler doesn't take off too much of the outside peel because the blades are so thin. Highly recommend!

Easy to use peeler, very sturdy and durable. The blade is extremely sharp and the grip is great because of the depth of handles. It's also very easy to clean and can go thru the dishwasher.

The Dexter Russell Swiss Peeler is a daily use item in my kitchen. Dry it after wash it will just but if you take care of it it's a handy little tool!

For the price it is a nice peeler. The frame of it is a little on the thin side for my big hands and the blade doesn't seem as sharp as some of the high end tools that I've used, but overall it gets the job done. And at this price, you can have several. My crew seems happy with them.

This is a nice peeler. It is sharp, peels well, and has a potato eye remover on the side. What is especially unusual is the design, which takes a bit of getting used to, but is actually quite nice once you do. All told, it is a good deal, being a fairly high quality unit, and having a pretty low price.

I can not express how happy i am with this peeler. It is very easy to use and the handle is very comfortable in my hand.
