It lasts about a week with continuous use. It is easy to clean.

This 2 pack of the flex cutting boar are excellent for any restaurant. we use it daily in our açaí shop to cut fruits and the second one to cut veggies. the price is the best and the quality is excellent.

We use at the bar to cut fruit and on the sandwich prep table to cut down on cutting board wear and tear.

Nice size and quality

Lightweight and flexible. Curves a bit after a machine wash. Withstands a decent amount of hard cuts before it shows some damage in the plastic.

I suggest going with something more heavy duty. It wears out too fast.

Nice little cutting mats for quickly cutting up small amounts of things, and able to easily store and clean.

Thinner then I expected, but great if you are looking to save some space in small kitchens. I have a food truck so these are perfect for me. Though they won't last long they are cheap to replace.

These are great for use on top of a larger cutting board. I have a large cutting board that lives in my counter, and if I want to cut something without having to wash the entire board I'll grab one of these little boards.

I love these cutting boards. I usually order a couple packs at a time. We cut all of our salad prep on them. They hold up very well and inexpensive so we just toss them when they get wore out.

Chopping board for vegetables and fruit, it is easier as you slice, cut, chop and it is easy to put in the pan or container, the chopping board can be folded as it has good flexibility, easy to load and carry anywhere good size and very easy to accommodate

These are a nice size, and they are ok for a while. I wouldn't expect them to last more than just a few weeks in a busy kitchen. Ours lasted in our house only a few months.

Just love these flexible cutting mats. I have been using these for several years and I prefer these over any other. I purchased both sizes. I use them every day. These mats work great for cutting and moving the cut veggies from counter to pot or bowls. Yes it is also an advertisement for this website, but that eventually fades and it doesn't interfere with its use. And yes they are thin, and that is exactly why they are so great, they are flexible. I have tested/purchased other "flexible" mats but non will fold like these and allow me to transfer the cut or chopped any vegetables and herbs from counter to stove. We love liver and onions sliced into thin strips, and these mats make an otherwise problematic and messy job easy. I cut the liver and easily transfer it without problems to the frying pan. It's a piece of cake, it's really flexible. I can't imagine cooking without these mats, they are as important as a sharp knife.

This cutting board is perfect for cutting up brownies in the baking tray. I used to chop them up on the table but it would make such a mess with crumbs flying on the table and the floor. I cut this board to fit the baking tray and chop the brownies up in the tray so the crumbs stay in the tray and there is less cleanup. This way the tray is protected from knife damage and the brownies are not touching the aluminum.

I think I could've been a little easier on the mat because it now shows a lot of scratches. However, like what others have said, it's nice to have this little cutting board mat for small cutting jobs.

These are perfect for BBQ competitions. use it the entire weekend and they throw it out. Its easy to wipe clean and stands up to chopping and hot ware.

Good for light cutting. My knives are extremely sharp and did cut through these. The cutting mats ability to bend made it great for getting what you just cut easily into the bowl or the scraps into the trash.

Great for our catering drop off events when we don't want to send our nice cutting boards durable and big enough for us to use at the event and Ok to throw it out at the end, cant beat the price.

Purchased these for a fondant craft event we held. Worked really well; these were inexpensive and the fondant did not stick to the board making it easy to roll and cut on.

These are very large. They work well and are really easy to clean up. Not sure how long they will last since them scuff up pretty easy.

At first I said it was too thin, but using it along the way, it has been a big help when it comes to chopping foods or vegetables; and it’s flexibility helps to pour ingredients into a pot or bowl.

I’m sure this cutting mat has it purpose, but I found it hard to work with as it gets slippery when you cut wet produces or if your working space has some water on the surface.

Very useful. This is my second pack of these, I use them for everything. Nice to use as a liner when pouring chocolate instead of parchment, makes clean up easy.

This is my favorite go-to board for quick work. It has two sided finish, one smooth and one rough. The smooth side is perfect for dough handling—-nothing sticks!!! Just picked up more.

This cutting board is perfect for prepping large pieces of meat like turkeys, briskets, or rib roasts. The large sizes provide ample working room without having to overlap smaller cutting boards. A great utility to keep in the kitchen even if you only use it a few times a year.

This two pack of mats very quickly made it on my list of Favorite Kitchen Tools! Far more convenient than pulling out our poly-whatever cutting board. And our eight pound wood board. I've used these mats for chopping, slicing, and dicing meats and vegetables scores of times without a complaint. Next time I order from WebstraurantStore, I'll be ordering two packs of larger sized mats.
