This vacuum works great especially in a commercial business. Easy to handle and great suction. Moves around and glides easy. Great product! definitely purchase again.

I have my own cleaning business and ordered this vac because I was tired of every other vac breaking! This vac is absolutely amazing and it's built like a tank! It's half the price of a dyson and that broke in a week! Webstaurant had the best price and I received the vac in about a week in perfect condition

Hose wand broke first day of use, rendering the vac unusable. Webstaurantstore's response was that it wasn't their issue and to contact manufacturer, even though I do not want to keep the product. That policy is enough to keep me from shopping here again.

Love the size in order to get into smaller places. Heavy duty and great pick up.

I have been ordering the ProTeam 1200 vacuum from Webstaraunt store for years now and it has always been a pleasure dealing with them. I use these for our janitorial service and they are great vacuum cleaners. My order is always shipped quickly and even when there was a defect with a machine I bought years ago, their customer service was quick and very helpful.

I wanted a vac with the style of an upright. The vac has been great so far. The hose is not long, but as an upright it excels. Bags hold a lot, easy to maneuver, cord is long, on/off switch is on the handle which itself is great and it’s fairly quiet.

For a professional vacuum many parts are cheaply made especially for the price. Ex. Cord holder is help upright by a screw which goes thru a hollow section of the vacuum. The weight of the cord consistently causes the holder to fall off. Very frustrating for a brand-new vacuum.

My ProTeam Upright Vacuum Cleaner arrived this afternoon! I just ordered it on Tuesday after 4:30 p.m. and it's already here! Amazing. The assembly was easy and I'm ready to finally get carpeting thoroughly vacuumed! I just vacuumed Berber carpeting today...I will let you all know what I think after I've used it on shag carpeting, and get a chance to use the attachments.

I am a big fan of this vacuum cleaner. While it appears to be on the pricey side, this vacuum does a great job of keeping up on our rugs in high foot-traffic areas.

This thing is rock solid, quiet and powerful. It's beautifully built if you like industrial style equipment, and has nice simple controls. Love it and recommend.

I brought 2 of these vacuum cleaners. First I did my research before purchasing. I am very happy with the decision I made. I own my own commercial cleaning business and I needed something very affordable and durable. I was about to order the exact vacuum from elsewhere but this company saved me money. You have definitely earned my business. The only thing I dislike is no 24 hour customer service and can't place order over the phone. I would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner. I ran it for 3 hours and it never jamed nor over heated.

We have other ProTeam products and are very happy with the performance, dependability, and ease of use. So we decided to replace our other uprights with the ProTeam 1200XP and are very pleased with it. Any future purchases will be ProTeam and from the WebstaurantStore. Chris C.

Premium product, with dual motors there is great suction and never a problem with picking up larger items (paper clips, food, etc...). Terrific vac for janitorial.
