great quality ice machine. bought this to replace a Scotsman machine that constantly stopped working. this one works great no issues. also super easy to clean and I appreciate that it has blue light

Doesn’t make ice. Always said fault. When I got it six months, I just unplugged it. Then put it back, it started working again. Recently I unplugged it, only make 2-3 trays ice. Then said fault. I called the company, they said we bought more than a year. Out of warranty. Now I see a lots people have same issues. Should I call someone come here to fix, or get a new one? Because I don’t want to spend more money for not useful.

We love this under the counter ice machine! It can really keep up with our busy drink orders. We have had it for 3 years and were still going strong!

We bought the undercounter half ice cube machine for the bar area, and has been checked and repaired al least 10 times since purchased, not great quality hoses and drain system..

Nice ice maker, easy hook up and quick start up. Ice bin only holds 20lbs before shutting off and showing a full status. Really wish it would hold 80lbs as advertised before shutting off.

worst product ever, not working after 3 days. Can’t get any refund or return. The warranty process take forever, extremely bad experience. I still don’t know when can Webstaurant Store send someone to fix it.

What a great machine! We recently decided to upgrade our small coffee house (an outreach of our ministry) from just serving drip coffee and packaged snacks, to a more full service house, serving soft pretzels, sandwiches and specialty coffees - we installed an espresso machine, freezers, refrigerators and this ice machine. Once our plumber installed the machine, it was ready to go. Within 20 minutes we had our first batch of ice (our plumber suggested we discard the first few batches, which we did). It's a real workhorse, but it runs quietly - the only time I realize it's running is when the next batch of ice falls. Because of how our kitchen's plumbing is set up, we had to lift the machine so the drain had the correct fall, but other than that, there was nothing extra to do. Our small town has very few options for coffee, and once word gets out that we have these half-cubes of ice, that will be another drawing card for us. A great machine, and I'm glad we purchased it.
