We love the case in general, the only thing that we do not like is that the shelves are glass....... cake crumbs get stuck under the glass sometimes because there are small gaps. If you use heavier trays or ceramic plates I would not order this case. The glass shelves are thin and I would not put anything heavy on them for fear of breaking.

We are a small Cake Shoppe and starting out we needed 2 display units of this size. With any major purchase you make you're hoping to make the right decision. You do a process of elimination by the pros and cons and reading reviews, that always helps. Well we can say that now that we have owned these unit for 2 years, they have been great, they keep their temps where they should be and that's what you want, no problems. They hold a lot of our products and more. I hope this review gives you the information you need to make that choice. I'm making this review now because we are ready to buy another one to make it 3 units. We will stay with what works.

We love this refrigerated display case. We have had it almost a year now. So easy to clean, and really makes your products display professionally. The glass shelves make it easy to clean. I really love how it keeps the moisture as it helps in keeping the product from drying out.

This product is REALLY BAD! Please save your money instead of buying this garbage. The fridge is not cold anymore after 3 months. the temperature is super unstable. As a dessert shop, we rely on display fridge to display our products to costumers. You know what, when i contacted to warranty service center to file a claim, they told me that we need to wait for 1-2 business weeks to get service scheduled!!!! how ridiculous it is!!!! should i just close my business while waiting?

Had this for 2 months awesome temp good looks good keeps all our desert cool and fresh it came packaged right easy set up wheels made easy to move

LOVE LOVE LOVE this display case. it looks so sleek and professional in my bakery. it has such a User friendly control panel as well. I highly recommend this case.

Plenty of room in this display case. Easy to clean and keeps all of our product nice and cold. Easy to move but with wheels locked cooler does not move and is super sturdy.

I have 3 of this units, one not refrigerated. the cases are very good, the lighting is nice and bright, easy to clean and take apart, have not had a bad thing to say about them. It has been a year and a half and no issues. Thank you.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has enough room for everything I have . Cakes , pastries , cookies … strong lights ( cold) makes every product look fantastic . Cooling fast . Easy sliding doors .huge room on the top makes it easy to store some cookies trays on it .

Purchased this product put an additional 2 year warranty. Product stop cooling and started getting hot. Of course warranty expired, customer service can't help anymore. Had repair person come out, they said they can't put refrigerate in cause the design of the coolant and when it starts leaking, it's cost too much to try and repair. Won't purchase again unless I get a 5 year warranty. Small Business owners, don't have thousands of dollars to continue to spend on products that only last 3-4years.

I purchased this June 2021. Started acting up, not holding the cold setting properly around March 22. Completely gave up in July 22. Planned obsolescence at work. Would not buy again. Spend a little more and get a good brand.

This is a great unit for the price. It has increased sales and the number of products we are able to offer. I figure it will pay for itself in just a few months.

It’s nice display case and work for small bakery or coffee shop and price is acceptable. I wish they could have bigger sizes. Let’s see how it work after few month. I will update it

This display case is a big deal in our store. It’s beautiful and keeps our items perfectly chilled. Easy to clean and maintain day to day

Pretty good for the price. Pretty stylish looking. Not huge on the inside. It looks like it would hold more than it does, but it works okay for us. The glass fogs up sometimes - I'm not really sure why.

the bakery case is nice to see but quality is not the best. I got this deli case a few months ago and it broke. I contacted Ready Kitchen Warranty because the bakery case suddenly stopped working. the tech came out to check it out and waiting for parts its going to take them 10 days to fix the problem and that I am not sure of because I am still waiting. I really wouldn't recommend it. if you can purchase a different brand.

Like the other user said, the temperature started to going up and down after 8 months.

Perfect for our pies and cakes. Highly visible, clear glass easy to see product. Keeps product cold. Great product for the money.

I am very happy with this new display. The order process and customer support was very helpful with my questions. The delivery process arrived as planned and scheduled with a lift gate. The delivery man was very helpful and courteous with the delivery of my order. Once I unpacked it, I was very happy with the looks and function of my cake display. I believe I made a good choice in purchasing this Avantco cake display.

BEAWARE!!!! dimensions on the inside are a rip off, it was way smaller than the dimensions on the website . Between restocking fee and shipping im losing half of what I paid for.

Looks great and has enough space inside of it. The doors do pop open if you close the other door too hard. It's hard to notice, so we added a little locking mechanism so they stay closed.

do not buy from this company, they have bad customer service, i bought referg. from them and 2 years extended warnty and when broken they said no waranty be aware BAD BAD COMPANY

We have been using this cake case for a couple months now and it works just fine. Perfect for in house display. One thing I wished is that the plugs were suitable so that they don’t stick out and would rather have a flat back.

Case looks good fit my space well. Would suggest looking into trays that will fit it’s narrow glass shelves but all and all very satisfied with purchase

Absolutely love this display case thus far. It's sleek, easy to clean, and simple to assemble. The only downside is the size of the doors. We constantly have to wipe down the case due to our location and the humidity we endure, but if the doors were able to fully slide from one side to the other, it would make cleaning a little easier.

Perfect, compact size display case to fit in our front counter area. Chills quickly and easy to move on wheels. The light inside is nice and bright.

Looks great but had problems with the temperature not staying cool on and off until after 17 months of use it completely stopped cooling. Unfortunately there is only a 1 year labor and parts warranty. So disappointed!!

Good pastry case for the cost! Doesn't hold as much as I thought it would from the initial photos of it online but we were able to get creative and fit more in there after the fact. The bottom of the case is also great for storing milk and other ingredients for the coffee shop so it works for pastries and other things as well. A good purchase for the money.

We are a new bakery and wanted a way to display our products in a way that would draw in customers. It arrived chipped on the side and I was extremely disappointed. Not only that but the temperature constantly fluctuates and the display case is ALWAYS foggy. You can't even see into it. We made sure that it's on an even floor and that it has at least 6" of clearance on each side of the case. We also keep our FOH cafe temperature at 70 degrees at all times. We unfortunately have to stick with it at this point but I wouldn't recommend this product.

Worst product ever it was broken 2 months after buying it then it took the warranty company 3 months to come and fix it all cakes gets bad and mold 2 days after keeping in that piece of junk I wish I can return and get my money back

Very impressed with this case! We added 1 to our bakery setup with 3 existing cases and this one easily is the most efficient! Lighter weight and easy to move around for cleaning

I purchased a used pastry case when I opened my bakery on February. It never held at a super low temp and I was nervous to put anything perishable in it…. Searched around and looked at a lot of new pastry cases and kept coming back to this one. It has exceeded my expectations, keeps my pastries and sweets very cool it’s quiet when it runs and the lighting makes everything look amazing inside. Definitely glad I made the purchase! It arrives well protected with no cosmetic damage and with the help of a fork lift was easily unpacked.

The lights in this case are BRIGHT, which is great for displaying our baked goods, and the cooler feature helps us be able to keep refrigerated items on display all day!

We love this display case! It was tough to find one that would fit in our space, but this little 36" case is perfect. Our food vendor was so impressed that he recommended it to one of his other clients. The wheels roll smoothly for ease of cleaning, and the unit has a quiet operation. Our only complaint with construction is that you have to take the interior bottom glass section apart if you ever need to clean it. One of our employees dropped a fruit cup down the inside front of the display early on, and we had to pull out a screw driver to take it apart in order to clean the sticky mess. Otherwise, cleaning is fairly simple, and you'll want to stay on top of keeping this unit clean. The LED lights are great for product display, but that also means smudges and dust are very noticeable. It would also be nice if the user was able to adjust the temperature settings as ours operates at the very top of the food safe range.

I love the avantco refrigerated bakery case. It has helped me really increases sales on my bakery items. People love being able to look at all of our sweet options.

This refrigerated display case is perfect. It’s nicely designed and it keeps our products nice and cold. I have used this brand before and I have never been disappointed!
