purchased this to replace the Avantco T140. on delivery , this toaster did not work right . It heated up but the conveyor belt was frozen in place. service/chat rep said to open up the side panel to see if the belt is attached. so yes , all looks good . but not working. toaster arrived in mint condition otherwise. the rep told me they would send me a replacement . no hesitation, no BS stories and excuses . THIS I really appreciate . I have purchased many pieces of equipment from you guys over the last 15 years . and this is the 3rd time something arrived damaged . and you have always been easy to deal with . Thank you , by the way. as I was chatting with your rep . my cook was jabbing at the toaster with a wooden spoon to see if anything looked broken and somehow got the thing working . did not need a replacement after all. 1 month in and that toaster is still going strong. kc's eatery

Love this product! We use it for club bread and hamburger buns ... sometimes have to put the bread and rolls through twice to achieve perfect toasting but great unit at a great price and saves valuable space on our flat top griddle.

This is the second toaster in a year that has broken. I got this one in aug. had it repaired at the end of September and October ,it is now totally broken. Will not purchase again.

Love this product. I’ve bought two of these now. One for each location. I have bought the 110v unit and does well in medium to slight heavy use . I use it to toast my hamburger, Philly rolls, and taco shells. It definitely stays up with moderate demand. I also have a 220v unit and I recommend this for food truck operators if you have the power to run it and your trailer is properly wired. It keeps up with heavy demand use doing my hamburger buns, Philly rolls and tortilla shells. We average around 1700 hour revenue and this unit keeps up with heavy demand use..
purchased april 19 2024 and the conveyer belt stopped working today december 7 2024. it's a good toaster for the price, but didn't expect an issue so soon.

Purchased this for my Coffee Shop in June of 2021. it worked okay for bagels. Difficult to get a nice toast color on toast without it charring the crust. its now September of '22 (outside of the warranty window) and the top elements stopped heating and something inside the unit started sparking.

Love this item for our business. Awesome toaster
Our drive through customers love toasted bagels and this conveyor toaster has been extremely useful. It's so much easier to heat bagels with this, rather than a normal toaster. It does put out a lot of heat though, as one would suspect.
This was a great investment. Works well and we can get the sandwiches out in 1.5-2 minutes, start to finish. glad i bought this. Wished I would of bought sooner. It toast the bread to the perfect tempter.
