Buyer beware of Returns... It was very disappointing news that Webstaurant.com wouldn't give me credit or a refund my return. If the toaster doesn't work correctly they should be sending it back to the manufacturer and that should be the end of it not dumping there broken toasters on their next victim. I was obviously a dissatisfied customer and I gave them legitimate reasons why this issue is a manufacturers malfunction issue. Dont you think a company that makes toasters wouldn't have the conveyor speed up fast enough not to burn toast or cook it lightly? It makes no sense not too! It's clear to me, and should be known to all, that big ticket items should not be purchased thru webstauant.com. That scares me because I just ordered a $900 deli cooler from you. I pray it works perfect because I can see im not going to get 100% satisfaction guaranteed customer service.

I purchased the avatoast conveyor toaster from the 1st day ( was a Friday) it was only toasting one side of bread. Monday morning I called Webstaurant and they wanted a video sent ( wouldn’t send was too long). Then they wanted pictures of serial number. Then they wanted me to try plugging into another outlet. This went on for weeks. I threatened to call BBB then they sent me another toaster. This one worked for 1-day then the conveyor belt stopped working. I called again and was told they would send me instructions on how to possibly fix it. I cut my arm in the process and reported this to BBB. Then I was told it was a limited warranty??????????? Would not recommend! Yes this may be a step up toaster for small business who currently use a push down toaster. But when talking about high production/heavy use it easily fails. The quality is as good as a fifth grade, budget class project. It doesn't get hot enough even on the highest setting, to much of the heat is lost into the store and the toaster has a seemingly useless fan pushing the hot air out of the opening on to your hands. As most people have stated this thing stops working right after the warranty expires. Do not buy something for the money to not even have it for two years unless it's your only option. Never buy any "ava" equipment because it is webstaurunt brand and it all stops working right after the warranty. I'm sure I'll get an automated response to contact customer service which I already did and frankly from an account that spends roughly $500-700 a month for the past two years through your store maybe you should just refund your poorly made toaster.

Bought this July 20 2021 is Broke on 06/01/22 You know it cost more to fix it than it's worth. Should I buy a better one?

Our toaster has had steady use for the last 10 months and no issues. Once we figured out proper assembly for our needs (it can be set up to spit the toast out forward or backward, and we didn't realize this at first--but assembly is NOT hard!), and figured out the right number setting (usually around 3 ish) for the right toasting, we have not had any issues. My only complaint is that if I put some toast on "standby" in the tray that descends onto to the track, sometimes it gets stuck there and starts toasting before I notice it is stuck. If you need to toast a lot of things at the same time, I would recommend a bigger model, but this works great for our semi-busy café.

Great product at a great price. Easy to use. It does take a few minutes to fully heat up so we usually leave it on all day as we toast bread, hot dog rolls, and 6" sub rolls easily at our restaurant..

This is a nice toaster for the price. Been in service for 2 years and still going strong. I would recommend this toaster for sure

In our restaurant we are busy during our morning rashes. This conveyor toaster allows us to keep up with the flow and have a perfect product without watching it, we slice our bagels , set them on the conveyor and forget about it. A minute and a half later it comes out perfect.

This toaster worked fabulous for our hotel breakfast. Our big bulky toaster died and we need to replace it. This unit was lightweight and easy for our guests to use.

This thing puts off a lot of heat, which I suppose is unavoidable. And the stand-by function is pretty much useless. But we have been very happy to have the front-or-back tray option.

This toaster is great for a small shop that doesn’t need to do continuously high volumes of toasting. It heats up quickly, but gives off a lot of heat, even on standby. I have toasted bagels from frozen, pretzels, and toast in it without any problems. Easy assembly and comes in great packaging to prevent damages.

We love this toaster so much we bought one for each of our locations. They toast our buns to perfection and are easy to clean up. Great buy, highly recommend.

This is a good toaster for a small area. It is not a high volume toaster, but does the job as expected. The bottom tray is pretty flimsy and is easily bendable, but continues to perform well.

We upgrade to this toaster after using a push down toast for a year now in our restaurant. We only have nice things to say about this toaster. It make our lives so much easier and faster. we went from grilling our buns for burgers to toasting them. we make a lot of toasted sandwiches and this make our job so much easier. Great product.

Bought the toaster to send hoagie style breads through as well as tin trays. There was just enough room for the tin tray to get through. The knob controls both speed and temperature since the slower it goes the longer the food stays for toasting. I really like the exit points being in the back but also can shoot it out underneath through the shoot.

OUTSTANDING product just as described on the site and its compact and pretty quiet compared to other brands . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ( Adding words to satisfy the sites minimum word requirements )

The toasted meets all of our operational needs. it offers a variety toasting options for a varies bread we serve. Only had 3 weeks, but worth the money so far.

The Conveyor toaster we purchsed replaced two separate toasters, so that has been a welcome change. The only thing is that it kicks out a lot of heat, and if you turn it to standby, it takes a little while to kick back on. It took us a little while to see what setting would work out best for our needs, but we don't have to worry about burnt toast now.

We use it toast all our bagels, the different settings are excellent for toasting the bagel to the customer's precise instructions, however it uses a lot of power, so not a perfect product.

We purchased this conveyor toaster after going through 2 similar Waring toasters. Without hesitation, this is the better option. The larger opening is better for croissants and bagels, and we have fewer fire flares from pieces of bread sticking to the conveyor or accidentally brushing against the top or bottom element. We find the bread sometimes doesn't slide all the way down when using the curved bread return, but that is only a small nuisance. If you're debating getting the more expensive equipment versus the Avantco, don't. I'm mad I spent so much on the Waring when I could have gotten this one for half the price. I did purchase the additional protection plan because we have had to replace more toasters than any other piece of equipment.

Have only had one issue where it needed to get repaired. We have way more expensive toasters but out of all of them this one toasts bread and bagels the best!

We use this to toast our bagels. Small foot print doesn't take up much counter space.

Bought this toaster to speed up our breakfast execution but was disappointed - It is so slow ! We went back to using the regular toasters. I thought it would have a speed adjustment but it takes forever to toast the bread - wish I could send it back. It will just collect dust unless I can find someone who can use it.

This was the 2nd toaster sent to me as the first one crapped out after a few months. They sent this one as a free replacement which I was happy about. Now this one totally stopped working about 3 weeks ago. These are just.not quality made. They do.good for a few.konths then crap!

nice toaster, works as it should but it is not hot enough and the single speed is just not fast enough for our peak times. on slow days , it is fine.

It has been helpful for efficiency. But, very temperamental. Just a slight turn of the dial you can burn the bread - or barely toast it at all.

The toaster worked ok for few months after that start getting slower doesn't speed up when you put hight speed right now the top heating element not toasting just one side webestaurant has been good to me . But the factory should do better then this .

Good toaster, does the job, no complains

Our brunch cook is thrilled with this conveyor toaster, especially considering she'd been using a 4-slot toaster for months. This is just what we needed to increase efficiency with our ever growing brunch crowd. We've had no issues with this machine and are very happy with the purchase.

this toaster can toast alot of bread but its just to big for the limited space that I have so I use the griddle instead.

Toaster works great and was the right price! We don't do high volume toasting (only a few sandwiches and wraps here or there) so this unit is perfect for us.

The conveyor toaster does its job. The only problem i have with it is that the conveyor turns so slowly. Also, it might have been better if we got one with a larger opening. It is hard for the kitchen staff to put their hand in to push any bread that gets stuck in there and eventually burns.

This machine works great for my small 20 seat restaurant that specializes in homemade gluten free baked breads. It has speed up our service time dramatically.
