Heavy duty for sure and easy to remove from the wall mount plate. I look forward to using this cutter for many years as it seems it will hold up nicely. Being able to change the blade size or easily replace them is a huge plus. Also makes cleaning easy.

I used this cutter at my previous job. We anchored it to a wall and every morning I had to cut three 5-gallon buckets of fries. With this cutter attached to the wall, I was able to cut enough fries for three 5-gallon buckets in about five minutes. It is quick to use and easy to clean. All you do is remove the top blade plate from the handle and the blade itself which is mounted on the bottom. Then, wipe the body clean with a damp cloth. Very good product.

I bought the Garde french fry cutter so I could start doing fresh cut fries. It did not disappoint, I can cut 20 lbs in 3 minutes. You will have to mount it for best performance if not it's a struggle.

great French fry cutter for the money. we have bought 2 of these and they hold up and last. would recommend drilling into a stud or metal wall for maximum efficiency

This is perfect for what we need. We make handmade fries, and homefries. This mounted on the wall has expedited and made our process easy and quick!

Not easy to use, not easy to clean. The suction cup set up is completely useless. I had to use full body weight and strength (220lb man) to get through one potato. You have to use so much force that any table, unless bolted down will move. I tried two blades, both 3/8" and 1/4". Potatoes get jammed in the small holes and you have to poke it out. Do not buy.

This is a great machine for russet potatoes. It is a little tougher to use with sweet potatoes, but the product is definitely superior to a lot of other brands that we have tried. We use it as a table top machine because we do not have the room to attach it to the wall.

Excellent fry cutter. We cut about 300lbs a week and this has held up for 3 years without fail. We did lose a wing but but a quick trip to Home Depot.

What an improvement over my old style cutter. The wall mount makes this item simple to remove and clean. Also the lever action makes for a much easier fry cutting experience.

The blades are fragile and break too easily. The replacements are expensive compared to the other fry cutter choices!

This model, which includes the suction cups, is fantastic. We go through maybe 10 gallons of fries a day and it keeps up with our demands. The suction cups are hardy and stick to a stainless steel table or even certain cutting boards. The structure is very sturdy. This fry cutter has a handle that took a little bit to get used to, but once you get the rhythm down, it's a breeze to use. It's easy to clean as long as you clean it right away after prep. I've used it for more than potatoes and it holds up. We'll be purchasing another one of these.

This is extremely HEAVY duty and heavy. Be sure you have enough support to screw into the wall with as it is a piece of equipment that needs to be fully secured. Works great!

The Garde Fry Cutter is great!! The blades are sharp and the cutter is very sturdy. My only negative is that I wish it had suction cups.

This product is poorly made, the bladed constantly fall out of it. My experience started out bad, the package was miss labeled and they sent the wrong die size. We had to return the entire item, that was my first of 4 items to return to Webstaurant in this year alone.

The big question is, what is going to give out first. Our wall or the fry cutter? It transmits a lot of force to the wall but everything seems to be holding for now. Does a good job cutting fries.

An awesome heavy duty French fry cutter from Garde that is perfect for making fresh fries in no time. The unit is very well made and slices straight through potatoes resulting in perfectly cut pieces.

After purchasing the 1/2", which was astronomically big... I decided to buy their next size down.... mistake. This is half the size of the other one, which makes no sense... not sure what is wrong with their measuring tool, but this one is 3/8's, as it should be, and their 1/2 is more like 5/8's. I ended up sticking with this size, and it has been working fine. I wish they would come out with one in between 3/8 and 1/2... OR... come out with a proper 1/2".

A quality fry cutter. The mounts are nice and substantial. We put in 2x6 blocking behind the wall and lagged this in. It isn't going anywhere no matter how hard the item you're trying to cut. Easy to clean with the pop out blade set. I don't think I'd buy anything different.

I ordered this item during the Black Friday 2016 season and am very happy with this purchase. The item was much cheaper and shipping was free. I mounted the cutter onto a large cutting board so that it does not slip while cutting. The commercial quality of the product is fantastic in comparison with the low quality cheap plastic cutters found at most retail stores.

This fry cutter is a great value! Better than the cheaper brands. I have four of them. I have one for each of my food trucks. We run a quarter inch fry. I also have a 3/8 and 1/2 cut I also use them for dicing tomatoes and onions for my pico. They are so reasonable priced it’s crazy to waste time buying just the different dies.

i use the french fry cutter often, it used to take a long time cutting by hand, this cutter cuts a whole gag od potatoes in less than 2 minutes, very handy the 3/8" is my favorite size

Cuts well but the nuts and bolts get loose often
