It seemed like a very good product at first, before I noticed some tiny black pieces of plastic in my tomatoes and onions after several uses. As a matter of fact, the Push Block is being cut along my onions and tomatoes. It is a shame because this product saves a lot of time! I would have rated this product 5 stars.

Great time saver. Not giving 5 starts because of the condition of the veggies after dicing. Not anywhere near comparable to the crisp fresh look of hand diced veggies. But it is a huge time saver. Has turned a 45 min job into just a few minutes. And you have to use lots more force than I anticipated. You basically have to slam the handle onto the veggies. Maybe the higher prices ones work better. I have never used one until now. And I do with there was a better way to clean blade. Veggies get stuck in corners of squares.

Bought in '23 but since we are a seasonal establishment only used for 3 months . Black pieces are shearing off push block and getting into salad. Actually a safety issue and liability some one can hurt teeth on it . I expected more from webstaurant.....

Great easy to use dicer. Don't need to apply too much pressure to get it to work. We've been using it to speed up the prepping process

Lasted about a year had to buy another one simply because the parts to replace it id rather buy a new one thats bigger , but maybe for a smaller restaurant it would be ok

We have one in both of our restaurants and love them. We dice up onions, tomatoes and green peppers daily and it really makes it easier. The blades hold up well, we used the original for about 18 months before replacing. I definitely recommend this and the price is reasonable.

Great for dicing vegetables in to consistent and equal sized cubes. I use this product for everything from onions to carrots to items that are more delicate such as tomatoes. Great product and save an immense amount of time.

Broke fast, leaving black plastic in tomatoes. Probably we're to high volume for this product.

I actually ordered this to cut mushrooms. I was surprised (in a good way) at how heavy and sturdy this is! I've had similar in the past but this is by far the best one I've ever had! Solid construction, the wire is thick and slices cleanly.

ATTENTION: Would have been a great product had it not shaved the plastic pusher block into the food. Please notice the tiny sharp black plastic bits in the chopped veggies when you use the product, perfectly visible when you cut white onions. The company has to redesign this product. Just sharing my experience for the benefit of the users. Thank You.

I work at a restaurant and we desperately needed a dicer. This serves its purpose very well. It is also compatible with different blades and blade blocks.

Works great. Had a hard time finding a 1/4 dicer and this one works great. Not sure what the difference is between expensive ones but this works perfect.

You might as well call this dicer a second prep cook! It works great and is actually surprisingly easy to clean. We have had no issues chopping a wide variety of foods.

I absolutely love this ! It makes cutting fries so much easier and more consistent! I also plan on making Pico de Gallo, so much less work to get uniform dices!

I don’t know how long these blades should last, but we make large batches of salsa daily and after 2 years mine still cuts perfectly fine. We do about 40lbs of onions per week with this.

Taking this device apart is NOT disability friendly! I bought this chopper because I have low dexterity in my hands and was hoping it would make vegetable prep easier and it does... but (and that's a big BUT!) the placement of the screws on the handle piece make changing out the chopper block EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! There's not enough room inbetween the screws and the guards to make turning the screws easy for anyone, especially people who don't have full or easy use of their hands. If Garde moved the screws to the other corners on the handle this would absolutely get a 5 star review but as it's designed right now it's a 2 1/2 to 3 star product at best.

Great for daily use! This little tool makes chopping fresh veggies quick and easy - be sure to clean the block out thoroughly as not to break the delicate blades.

Veggie Chopper works great did potatoes and onions half inch thick double stacked them worked real nice be glad to recommend this to anyone who does lot of onions

This dicer is super easy to use. It has saved a lot of labor time as opposed to hand cutting veggies. Our cooks are big fans of it. Pretty easy to clean as well

Utensil, very practical to cut personally, we use it to cut vegetables and they always have a perfect cut and it is also very easy to use

construction seems very well. Cant' comment on the dicing, because it came with bent blades and the new blades customer service sent, were different size, so it didn't work with the push block. So, in the stock room it went and we found an alternative option. Had we had the correct size blades vs. push block it seems like it would work great!

The Pusher block does not fit between the dicer blades. So we waste a lot of time pushing the product thought the blades with a knife. We purchased this to save time but its faster for us to dice things by hand.

This Vegetable Dicer is a life saver! Great heavy duty construction, sharp blades makes chopping even tough onions a breeze. The pieces come out in nice uniform sizes!

I used this so many times and it is such a good product. It works so good and is very heavy duty. You get what you paid for and this was this type of product never any problems.

This dicer is amazing. Cuts onions or any other vegetable. Also cuts down the prep time by 80%. This is a must for any restaurant.

Bought this product with the hopes that the reviews that I read weren't true to mine specifically. Alas I do have black pieces that come out in my product. I do not recommend this product! I think, in retrospect, I should have gone to be more expensive model.

While using this product for the first time i noticed there were black pieces mixed in my pepper. I washed the dicer to ensure any loose plastic was washed away and I was actually just contacted by a customer that there is plastic in their food. It is definitely from the chopper. I hate this item does that because it could have really been a time saver.

My staff and I fell in love with this because it made prep work so much easier. Cuts prep time but a pain to clean sometimes.

The machine work like it was advertised. The part are ease to move and clean. I got one to do sweet potato's which are very dense. I had to cut the potato's to smaller sizes.

Bought this dicer to replace an older one we had problems finding parts for. This one was defiantly cheaper and it show pretty much immediately. The pins holding the guide bars came out of one side immediately and the other side later. Lucky for us we found that a few small nails, with bigger heads and properly bent can replace the pins. (see photos) I recommend that you bend the pointy part of the nail on the inside so your employees do not get injured. i would not recommend this product and will more than likely be buying a new one soon.
