So disappointed in this product. At first we loved the commercial grade and the look. Very easy to clean. HOWEVER we have had this less then a year and is not working. This is equipment we only use 3-4 days a week at less then 10 mins total a day. No excuse at all.

Terrible quality. Feedback from first-hand experience. First microwave lasted about 2 years. Second, exact same brand and model lasted only 9 months. After contacting webstaurant store's customer service, they informed me that there's only a 6-month warranty on these microwaves. No more purchases of this brand for sure. Our use is light within commercial kitchen environment

We have this exact microwave in several of our Boomers! locations, they are very durable with an easy to clean surface plate on the inside.. Nice stainless steel, stays clean if maintained. This microwave can keep up, Trust Me!!

Choose the Solwave stainless steel commercial microwave after our 28 year old microwave finally gave up. I was very discouraged by the reviews and problems face by customers who were purchasing name brand microwaves from local hardware and home stores. Whatever happened to quality. I decided to go with a commercial brand after working in the food industry and loving the non bells and whistles approach to appliances. Things I like: 1 Stainless steel interior and exterior. 2 Just heavy enough to allow the door to be pulled open without moving the microwave, but light enough to move to clean under. 3 Sits high on counter than older microwave, so should vent better. 4 LOVE the fact that it does NOT have a round moving turntable, that way you can use an larger rectangle pan without worrying about knocking the turntable off. 5 Smooth one piece interior Read More

This microwave is cheap but the quality is not good. I bought one and it was not working good since day one. Call webstaurant to get replacement but it worked about 6 months and not working again. It is cheap but buy at your own risk.

We bought this microwave when ours gave out on us, being a business we had to make a quick purchase to replace it but the reviews were so good on this product we thought we'd give it a try. It has yet to disappoint! We love the programmed settings, the inside is large enough to fit our large mixing bowls in and it fits perfectly on our counter. A wonderful machine!

This microwave has been an amazing replacement from the old cheap old one we used to have. I like the convenient preset times that start with the press of button.

Pros: - Energy efficient; the microwave turns off automatically if not in use, and when you open the door, it turns back on immediately. - Very customizable; varying levels of heat, and timer control sets so that you can set it to whatever your shop needs it to be. - Great Design; we have used this for a few months, and it has stayed very clean, and because there is no dish rack and exterior is made with stainless steel, clean up is a breeze.

This is our favorite microwave. The price is good and it lasts longer than microwaves that cost twice as much. We have to replace every now and then, but we use them heavily

Love this microwave! We use it in our restaurant for many things and works great. The only thing is that the heating element is from the bottom, so you have to be careful when melting butter and such, as it heats from the bottom first. Otherwise, great product, good size and easy to use buttons. Would recommend.

Purchased microwave to use in our coffee house to warm bakery. Preset setting works great. Takes up little space and provides excellent heating. NSF certified

We purchased this unit stopped working once under 3 months and we were sent a replacement which is working but its light is gone just over 6 months, unfortunately it has only 6months of warranty on this product which is way less than any commercial microwave. Quite disappointed.

Very disappointed. Purchased this microwave in April for our new store. The store opened on June 30th and now it is July, three weeks after using and it is broke. There's no customer service number to contact for warranty support.

Worked for just over a year...

I have had this microwave less than a year we bought it in June of 24 but didnt open until august of 24 we use this microwave less than 10 times a week and it is already not working. Complete disappointment! Save your money do not purchase this

Died in less than 4 months. Solwave was pretty reliable but gone downhill lately

This microwave works pretty good. Try not to over use it or it will overheat.

Ease of use and cleaning. Straight forward keypad. This is a 3rd one in 13 years, it has heavy use in a commercial kitchen. No complaints, obviously we are buying a 3rd one.

I never leave reviews, DO NOT BUY THIS!!! i ignored some of the bad reviews as I thought a commercial microwave would be safe to buy, but I was wrong. Less then a year old and it stopped working. I contacted customer support and I wasn't able to get refunded for the full amount or get a replacement microwave. Trust this review as I would of had better luck buying one from a big box store as it compromised my daily operations as our servers use it for various things. SAVE YOUR MONEY terrible product.

not super heavy. easy programming instructions. works like expected! the only complaint is that the manual says it comes programmed to 100% and the one i received was at 70%. not a big deal at all, just double check to make sure.

This microwave is a great addition to any restaurant. The numbers are easy to read and are in 30 second increments which make it quick and easy to use. We really like that it does not have a microwave plate and we don’t have to risk it getting broken.

Great commercial microwave for our small sandwich shop and cafe. We use it to heat up deli meats or toppings for our sandwiches. Perfect and easy to use since some of the buttons are labeled for 1 or 2 minutes
