DO NOT BUY THIS! Save yourself $$$ and inventory and headache, buy something from Beverage Air or similar. I purchased several Avantco units over the years: 2 lowboys, and a tallboy Freezer and a tallboy fridge. I have had to service these units in one way or another over the years, because they all start malfunctioning after 2 yrs. From failed circuits to leaking refrigerant, I have had all kinds of issues with this brand over the years. As a business owner to other business owners, I advise you to spend an extra grand or two for a better quality fridge/freezer. Each visit by a repairman cost me $350-500. That adds up over the last several years, not to mention the loss in inventory, especially for the freezer. If I could give zero stars I would. The cooler was delivered last week. The shelf supports were very crooked. There were also scratches all over the cooler and no protective film on the machine itself. Worst of all, the evaporator fan does not work at all. So I cannot use my 'brand new' cooler. I'm convinced I was sent a returned product. I've spoken to webstaurant multiple times. They initially gave me a discount but at this point I'd rather they pick this piece of junk up. Their customer service hasn't really been that helpful. Instead i now have to use their warranty company which so far has been useless. At this point I just have a really big, expensive kitchen decoration. Don't order.

This fridge is awesome! The clear doors make it easy to see what you have and keep a close eye on your inventory. I couldn't be happier!

This 3 door reach-in-refrigerator is as expected.

Did not even last 2 years before breaking completely.

We received 2 of these refrigerators. On one of them, the top fan doesn't work and the temperature won't go below 42 degrees and on the other the temperature barely stays below 39 degrees. They also had dents all around them.

Wow! This fridge is a showstopper. Temp is preset so no guesswork. Keeps temp and wheels on the unit is a plus!

This has been a fantastic addition to our prep kitchen, saving people from keeping the door open to try and figure out what is in there. Since we share the space with other caterers this helps to make sure everything is cleaned up and out between events.

This product did not hold cold from the day it was delivered. It was told to us upon inspection of a licensed professional that refrigerant was never even installed in the product! After many complaints we have received a credit with the company to try to order another brand.

Excellent refrigerator. Only issue are the hinges for the door. Top and bottom hinges wear out quickly. Otherwise great purchase!!

We bought this item in 2019. It looked great and worked great too, up until it didn't which was in Mar 2025, so it lasted only 6 years. It only got opened 2-3 times per a day at most (used it to store our eggs at our farm store). At a purchase price of $, not counting taxes, shipping, and liftgate that adds $ per day to our egg prices. The closest repairman is 2 hours away (NOBODY works on Avantco stuff) and he said it wouldn't even be worth it for me for him to come out because when I add in the 4hr round trip and a diagnosing fee I'm at $1,000 already. Will probably go with a different brand next time around and one that has service techs nearby.

Arrived with a damaged , but, Webstraunt as always took care of it. I highly recommend this refrigerator. Good box for the money! Very quiet.

currently working good . but all the shelf in the refrigerator its so sharp me and my employee keep getting cuts. It would be safety issue .

DOA. Received the unit two days ago. Hooked up and have issues. Temperature did not drop to where I set. The fan does not spin and have ice in the back of the fan unit. Have extended warranty paid for this unit. Submitted a ticket to warranty support but have not heard from them yet.

Decent fridge but hinges break.. don't buy

We bought one of these and it’s worked great from day 1!!!!! It was easy to uncrate and set up and it’s been 36 degrees from the minute it cooled off until now

I am so happy with this stainless steel fridge with the glass door. We use a lot of products with short shelf life so this lets me keep an eye on expiration dates without opening the door.
