I ordered this fridge on line but i don't think was a good idea cause came with so many sunken and the sides of the doors are cracked and the temperature been 44 46 and i want your help to be fixed i hope you see my massage soon and i appreciate your help

Don't waste your money! They look great at first but product has major design flaws. Door do not seal creating constant condensation on the glass making it have to be cleaned multiple times per day to even see the products side. Even called under warranty and they sent new doors that are worse than the ones it came with.

We purchased this commercial refrigerator about a year and a half ago, and now it’s completely stopped working. For a piece of equipment that’s supposed to be reliable in a business setting, this is incredibly frustrating. We expected better durability and performance. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of longevity.

it was not in good condition. Windows are not insulated.they send us people to fix it. But still has same problem.Doors is not closed properly.I wish they could take it bak send us the brand new one.Never will buy big item from that company.

Don't expect it to last. Not only did I end up paying more for it last year it hasn't even lasted a year. I already know that refrigeration warranties are trash from my ice machine so I'm not expecting the manufacturer to do much if anything. Won't stay cool consistently and the temperature range is so wide it kicks on way too late now. Inspector has been on me about merch temps being right on the edge (40F-41F) since it's been installed. I've got it set as low as possible and it will still go up to 40F+ before it kicks on to cool down. Major issues with condensate on the doors. Trying to keep it clean and dry has been a challenge. Might be okay as a drink cooler but don't expect to keep temperature controlled products in it.

Fridge is designed horribly. Constantly sweating and Webstaurant won't return it, tried to return this thing after the first day. Contacted manufacturer and they either never answer the phone and are less than helpful about the situation. Stay far away from this thing it is a waste of money.

I am happy with this product. Arrived quickly (2 business days). Clean, bright with LED lighting. Easily adjustable shelves. Arrives on pallet, WHICH IS BOLTED to unit. Unbolt first.

The seals on the doors are not great. Otherwise they are doing what they should!

We were searching for a cooler for our to go cans and found this. We were very happy with the delivery. Packing was well done and easy to tear down. The unit itself has been cranking away for several months now and does a great job in keeping the cans cold. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase.

Excellent product. Sturdy and well constructed. Silent engine. Easy temperature control panel to set up. I really recommend this product if you want a good unit. What I want bring to this review is the excellent support center. I was a little scared about getting a very expensive product online, but the guys from support center clarified my doubts and helped me to have a better understanding of the whole process from the beginning till my refrigerator was in my shop. I found some damaged shelves when unpacking the unit, and I reported this to support center. They, without a doubt, ordered a new set of shelves to replaced the damaged ones. Amazing and excellent response; this is what a customer expect from a provider. Good job boys.

This is a great fridge and the LED lighting makes it easy to check inventory in the evenings. The shelves are also easily adjustable and there’s a drain at the bottom that makes it easy to clean.

Great product . and keeps your beverage and food at a great temperature. With a great display of lights to go along with the sleek design

We have had this for our GRAB AND GO in our cafe for a year now and it's still working great!

Have had mine a little over 6 years. ZERO and I mean ZERO issue, other than we broke a door handle off. Replacement one arrived and its 100% again!!

This cooler is not only affordable but works like a champ. Very well built and easy to install and change the shelves. Shipped fast, highly recommend this reach in.

Just bought this cooler in June 2024. Unfortunately replaced a 15 year old True cooler that still worked. It almost seems like this cooler has no seals on the doors. The doors flop back and forth almost an inch. This leads to the unit producing GALLONS of condensation per day. The condensation is over flowing into the floor. Also, you cannot see into the cooler due to the doors always being 100% covered in condensation. Absolutely unmanageable and not normal or acceptable.

I just received three of these refrigerators- I LOVE THEM!!!! Thanks so much. I had gotten two 12 years ago- and finally replaced them. I've never had many problems with the old ones- just wanted to update my store- these offer much better lighting and are so much more quite and brighter- THANKS- HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED!!!

It fits our needs and has been working well from day one. Great value for the price. My only complaint is that while the interior lighting is adequate, it could be a bit brighter.

Work good for about a year, and right when the warranty ends the fridge isn't holding temp anymore, and there is rust coming from where the fan is so likely a leak in the evaporator.. Stay far away from purchasing anything Avantco.

The refrigerator is very poorly designed. It has a structure that constantly sweats and constantly leaks water into it. There is no problem with cooling, but these problems are also annoying.

We have had this fridge for about a year now, and it has kept very constant temperature in the 33-38 range, and we love the sliding self-closing doors. It is very sweaty and during humid months needs to be wiped down quite often, and the drip pan removed from behind its cover, which is screwed on in a very inconvenient way. The health department recently came to issue a transitional permit as we have changed owners. They said this refrigerator is not designed to store foods that we have prepared in our kitchen, and can only hold commercially packaged items. I have seen nowhere in the manufacturer's materials where this is explicitly stated, as "pre-packaged" to me would mean any item that is packaged to be sold, not just items that were prepared off premises. I would love for Avantco to reach out to me to clarify!

Bought 3 months ago. the temp set up 33F but it always stay 45-50F. Having trouble with Health department now with this guy

Bought multiple units in May 2020. Two have leaks and can't operate anymore. Reading the reviews it looks like it is not an uncommon issue :(

We love this fridge for our cold pressed juices! The lighting helps showcase our products and it stays very cold! White is perfect for our stores theme.

Overall a good cooler. The seals between the doors are installed incorrectly with gaps at the top and bottom, allowing cold air out and warm air as well as insects in.

It was tought get in but once we hooked it up I was excited I need this room for my restaurant good product I'll post photos later

Great Refrigerator! Excellent value, great for displaying soda, beer, and wine. Quiet operation, and easy install. Highly recommend, and I even bought a second unit!

I bought this last June and it's already stopped cooling. It's running, it's just not getting cool. I've had to unload all the products. Very disappointed.

We purchased an Avantco GDS-47 about seven months ago. The refrigerator has turned out to be an excellent buy. It is durable, even though it is readily available for any customer to access. We have had to replace a few bulbs over the months, but the bulbs are both cheap and (more importantly) easily replaceable. Nothing is more annoying than spending an untold amount of time on a foreseeable repair. Avantco thought ahead on this unit, and made it so your average person can do maintenance in a timely manner. The price, durability, and accessibility of this unit make it a winner. 5 stars. I highly recommend.
