Purchase this product about 6 months ago and it's a very Bad product and materials. Rusted and leaks. Plus Terrible Customer Service! I've spent a lot of money with this website and they wouldn't even replace the item.

Got two of this water boiler for my tea shop. So far it didn't break and give me any issues. All I need to do is add water inside and set it to the temp that I want.

I’ve purchase 2 and 1 arrive defective. Had a replacement send to me and after 10 days to be exact it stop working. So 2 out of 3 of this same exact item is defective.

Great product for great price. We use this for cold season when we sell hot drinks. The water boils very fast and we love that we can change the temperture

This Avantco WB8L 2.1 Gallon 54 cup (8 Liter) Water work well. Water Is Piping Hot. It can sit there once you set the desire temperature and have hot water all day long ready to serve your tea or coffees. We have this right on top our workbench fridge to streamline operation.

Water stays super hot all day, correct on the temp and never have any problems with the product. I use this daily, and super happy with the purchase.

I do not recommend this urn. It began leaking all over the counter from the base causing water damage. It must have not been properly welded. Plastic handles have disintegrated. I only had this urn for less than 1 year. I had high hopes for it. This commercial urn could not handle a small shop like mine. I never kept the temperature high and always had water in it when on.

Very basic temperature controlled water boiler. I wish there was some other way to control the steam it exhausts while heating/maintaining temp, because we have to open the window to our tiny coffee cart to vent it out. It's cold in the winter, window's should stay closed.

It's alright , we kept washing every 4 days -.- and it seem getting bad around the side. What is that white stuff .... it safe to drink water ?

A great water boiler. Keep in mind it takes about 30 minutes to heat up the water so be sure to start heating it up before you open up your business for the day. We are able to make it through 100 customers a day now with coffee.

Broke within 3 days of operation. Won't heat up anymore and water is leaking out of the seams as well. Would not recommend getting this product.

Stopped working after 32 days. Do not recommend this to anyone, actually I had two of these and both are stopped working with in 6 months of buying. Very cheap quality.

Not even 2 days no more working. I was expecting at least 1month but guess not I'm not gonna buy no more this product. H

Not as durable as I thought it might be. It turned off by itself and stop heating up after a while. Didn't even have it for that long.

This heater works very well. It feels durable and feels like a solid item. I use this for home use and it is marvelous. The temperature control allows me to set it to any temperature. It s a simple, quality water heater.

I would give this a negative review if possible. I ordered one and used it once at an event and after the first day the inside seam was already rusted before the end of the first day. Webstaurant was great and they sent me another one however I decided to test it this time. I put water in let it boil, dumped the water out and dried the inside. Within a couple of hours the seam on the inside of the new one was also rusted. It is impossible this unit is stainless steel, restaurant quality, or even safe for anyone to use for products they plan on consuming.

Bought this product 2 years ago and it was working fine until it started leaking around the seam. Expected this to work longer but I guess it is only good for 2 years. Wouldn't recommend buying if you want something to last longer than 2 years.

Bad, really BAD package!!!

good for two hours. can not keep tea or coffee for long. also knob is very high. to much to clean. joints are worst to keep clean. over all not good product for business.

we have only been using these water boiler for a week and they are now broken - both boilers are not turning on at all Can we still send these for replacement? Otherwise, buying this was a total waste of money and time.

This item boil the water as it should, but rusted after 1 or 2 use, extremely bad for your health!

I ordered this product and the first day we used it it rusted on the inside down the seam and tainted the water. I ordered a replacement and it did the exact same thing during the first use. Returning the product and searching for an alternative.

bougth 2 and they stopped working within 1 day, then they sent me 2 free for replacement/warranty and the same thing happened, they are gonna send 2 more now and lets see

Terrible. I bought two of these items. One did not heat up anymore after one use. The other one heated up but was only warm to the touch. Not boiling. I will not purchase these items ever again.

It works well but leaks from the base when you move it.

I cannot say enough of good things about this company and their Customer Service! I ordered this Hot water boiler and it was too small so I purchased a larger one. Upon receiving the larger one it was damaged in shipping. I reported customer service and they shipped me another one very quickly!! They didn’t even make me return the damaged one!

Our club is very happy with this purchase. The water heats up quickly, and it's lightweight making it easy to empty at the end of each event.

Bought two for last winter season. Worked OK. This season, I put them to work and neither will heat for more thank 2 minutes. Just shuts off withoit warning. No apparent damage to the base, electronics or container. Just seems to have given up!

A complete disappointment. I was given this as a birthday present in September but I knew I would not need it until November. The first time I used it, the weekend of November 11th, it did not work. It would not turn on, keep anything warm...I had turned it on and cleaned it as suggested by the directions, but the first time in use it did not work. Because it falls out of the 'warranty' deadline of November 2nd, I cannot return it. It is a piece of junk.

We use this water boiler daily to make our ice tea’s, lemonades and gingeraide. Light weight, easy to store and doesn’t take much space. Since we don’t have a hot burner in our juice bar, this is a perfect addition to make things easy.

Great large capacity water boiler. We use this for large group teas and it is much better than similar products we're relied on in the past. The water temperature is actually hot enough for tea. You can adjust the temperature or heat a smaller amount of water if you don't need such a large amount at one time. Water heats fairly fast and the unit is also quiet.

It works well, and holds a good amount of liquid. My only complaint is that I feel that it take a bit to long to get up to temp. Expect 10-15 mins for hot water from room temp.

I ordered this item on 12/19/2022 and today is 1/30/2023. I started to notice water has been leaking only after a little bit less than a month.

I bought three of these items but I was pleasantly surprised they were larger than I expected I only need to. Now I have an extra for back up. Price is really too good to be true compared to the great quality. Very professional appearance.

The water boiler was shipped very fast. So far it heats up great. The capacity is just what we were looking for. Once we have used it for a while I may update my review on how long it lasts

This is a very good boiler for light use. if you have it running for hours a day every day, it will die. That kind of usage is too much for this unit and they might not honor the warranty.
