Great warmer for our boba. The lowest setting keeps them just pleasantly hot and doesn’t go dry over a 10 hour period. Someone else mentioned their issue with the lid not being obvious on how to attach it and it isn’t obvious. But, look at the photos to see how to keep the lid on.

Had to get one of these after the health inspector said I couldn't use a crockpot any more. It holds the same volume as what I was using previously, has a greater variety of temps and holds it at the correct temperature without burning the soup.

Great product with the exception of the hinged lid. It does not come with any instructions on how to fit the hinged lid in place and we struggled for over an hour trying to get it to work. Finally gave up and just use the lid as an separate item. Great product otherwise.

We have had this product for over 2 years now and it has been used 6 days a week for that entire time and we have never had any issues. We use it as a hot fudge warmer and it has been excellent.

Love this product! Great for soups, chili, nachos, oatmeal, even hotdogs. Would love to know if there is a dispensing pump that can be incorporated.

This warmer has been perfect for holding our Hollandaise for service, since it is able to hold at lower temperatures and doesn't turn it into scrambled eggs over time by over cooking it. Fantastic price, considering that for us, it replaces a now discontinued Hatco sixth pan warmer and a 3rd party PID temperature controller to maintain the temp we want. Easy to keep clean, and still looks great.

We purchased 2 of these in October. By January, both had quit working properly. No matter what setting you put them on, they stay way too hot, even on lowest setting. They burn what you put in them. After reading the other reviews posted here, it’s clear these have a thermostat problem, and the company should do something to correct the issue instead of continuing to sell them to consumers, most of which are small businesses like us that can’t just throw money away like this on garbage equipment. Webstaurant should do better at not continuing to sell known defective products, as well.

Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. The warmer heats up quick and keeps things warm

Keeps the boba warm and chewy so they don't get hard.

We used this to warm melted cheese and it did great, had to figure out settings for warming but once you play around with it you can find the right temp. Always check the water level is important to operation.

Best investment so far. we bought this one for like 2 years already and still work great until now. we use it daily . Very useful, keep food hot all the time

The Avantco W300BK 6 Qt. Round Black Countertop Food / Soup Kettle Warmer - 110V, 300W is a great option to warm up our chili for our chili dogs. This keeps the products and a perfect temp.

Had these for half a year now. Holding up pretty well. Esthetically look nice and neat. Knob and legs are not falling off like at some other brands. Would recommend.

These soup kettles meet our needs. It keeps the food at the right temperature, easy to clean & to store. Glad we got them for our shop.

Love this Item. Works Great. I use it for everything from Soup to Caramel Sauce to Nacho Cheese Sauce. Keeps everything hot. Totally Woth the Money. In fact I have 2 of these and plan o getting more.

Smaller size and slim soup kettle is great for holding small batches of soup for a lunch or dinner period for a quick service take out restaurant.

We use these for all sorts of things, holding soups, holding hollandaise, holding gravy. They are versatile and look really nice. They have held up really well. Another great buy from avantco/webstaurant!

I would give this a five star, however, I have had problem with it taking a long time to heat. These aren’t super quick at getting going. The only other issue is that it is a little difficult to get the lid on and off when taking apart or putting back together before or after cleaning.

We use this to keep nacho cheese warm for the snacks we sell. It is very large but it does it's job. The top fits a little weird but if you know how to properly put it on, it's fine.

These work great for keeping soups hot throughout the day. They are also easy to clean which makes them even more convenient and nice to use.

What's not to love?! We use these for everything from pasta sauce, cheese sauce, to soups and stews. They hold temp really well and make handling a rush a dream with the built in hinged lit and spacing for the ladle.

This is a smaller version of the warmer that stores chowders for our deli line. Works well and cleans up easily. Great price for the product. Would highly recommend.

Overall a tough and resilient product. We have used these every weekend for over a year and they all continue to work. Only complaint is the feet on them will fall off making the pots sit uneven. Make sure to tighten the feet very tightly to make sure they stay on.

I have to say alot about this product, I own 5 of them and they have paid me back tons of times over, I use them, for my hot dogs, chili, Nacho Cheese, melted chocolate, I've used them for two years now and they are still going, the only problem I've ever had is the thermostat sensor may come loose from the inside bottom, but it's easy to fix

Great product and great savings. Not only for catering but camping as well. Easy to use, reliable and safe around youngsters. High quality in the manufacturing department.

They still work but very cheap. If it is for single use or home use great but these will not hold up for commercial use. The feet have fallen off and they are a bit jank. But the electrical portion of them still work.

Very nice quality! Came in it’s original box well packed!! No damages or anything so you can tell it was handled with care! The warmer itself is very nice! For the price we paid it was a great deal.

Takes too long to heat up. The Lid is hard to put on and take off. The power cable is very short. Other than that, its basic but functional.

We originally bought a 11qt Avantco soup kettle but we found it to be far too bulky and the capacity was more than we needed for our small cafe. This has been a nice upgrade as it has a much smaller footprint and meets our needs.

I have been using this for two years, and have had no problems. It takes up very little space yet holds a good amount of food. I use it for hot holding of slow roasted pork and it does a great job. One problem is the lid latch broke, so I just use a pot lid.

Not only do these warmers look good, but they work well and have a small footprint so you can put them wherever you need them even if space is limited.

This product was a hit at our last catering event in a very high end neighborhood. I have never had so many compliments before on our plating. Thank you!
