This product sparked and shorted after being used for only 3 weeks. Webstaurant then offered to do nothing as the warranty is only applicable "inside the continental United States", so buyer beware if you live elsewhere and this things goes to toast.

Bought two, one broke after 14 months. We replaced it with a newer model, so hopefully this one lasts a bit longer! WIll update if there are changes

Good warmer - terrible switch! We have installed 2 replacements in one year and now 3rd one is broken in less than a week! I am buying a different brand

Slim yet powerful would be used to describe this product. Easy to install and the heat produced is perfect for keeping all kinds of food hot.

Product is not very good. Cable keeps burning out and shorting...have replaced lug nuts to porcelain, so they don't get as hot and burn the wiring. This obviously is a light duty heat lamp and I think the insulation was done poorly.

We got the 24” it works great, keeps food hot. heats up quickly

Works great until it dies. Have had two die within a year and the warranty does not cover a year. Purchase with caution.

Bought two of these for a lightly used station. More than 1" clearance above unit. Used for a little over a year, not daily by any means. The electrical connectors inside the unit melted. This product is a waste of money to purchase and a bigger waste to have to have them ripped out and a better quality unit installed in its place. Avoid!

I have bought three of these products. First one was a 60" and the last two were 72". Both worked great for about 6-7 months then stopped working. Received replacements with both the same result. 1 year product warranty starts from your ORIGINAL purchase. A lot of hoops to jump through for the price. Just purchase a better unit and save yourself the headache.

Bought three of these and the control knob has gone out of two of them. Already purchased one replacement and now that has gone out. Be careful about how you mount these because they will not honor the warranty if you do not have the proper clearance above and below the warmer.

2nd one in 2 years, switch is defiantly the weak link in this unit. Ill see if I can buy the switch separately before I buy a 3rd

Easy to install. Comes with everything you need to attach it to you equipment. Gets nice and hot and keeps everything hot and ready for service

this strip warmer is used in our server pick up area to keep dishes warm while they wait to be taken to tables. works great, highly recommend.

Unit lasted almost exactly 6 months - we're a 7-day a week restaurant and this was probably meant for a lighter duty application. Worked well while it lasted.

Definitely great to use to keep the hot foods hot. Only problem is you will need to run another outlet which could get costly for this unit.

I was happy with this product and it did a great job. However it just stopped working today. I have had it for a year and a half, but I think that is still not long enough to suddenly stop working. My restaurant is open five days a week and only does breakfast and lunch so I do not think it was being over used. The other issue I have is that my only options now are to replace the item or have a service tech come out to look at it and possibly repair which will likely cost even more money.

Four stars because we haven’t used it much yet and don’t know it’s durability. Only downfall so far is that it is not meant to be mounted under a 48” shelf like we planned.

This heat lamp does the job! No more cold food leaving the kitchen. This is a must have piece of kitchen equipment. I highly recommend this product to any and every kitchen.

Great heat lamp for the price. It doesn't get so hot that it will make food hard while holding it but stays hot enough to keep it hot.

This baby gets hot, one thing I don't like is not having an adjustable heat setting you get one mode and that is hot, it definitely keeps food warm until the server gets to it

This product was horrible. Gets extremely hot. Very dangerous. I would not recommend this product at all. We had an incident where it nearly caused a fire.

This one has been working great ever since we had it installed. Keeps our chicken fresh and hot for the customers who haven't come to pickup their orders yet.

So far so good our old heat lamp Stopped working and this one is putting off plenty of heat and is working as to be expected.

Product works great, no problems with it at all. I bought in different lengths as well and all cam packged well . Not super HOT But does its job. Besides you cant let food sit under there forever! Run the dish to your table. Will order again!

We use the larger one and didn't end up using this one. The only issue I have with these is that the "on" light isn't bright enough and it's been left on over night once or twice.

I liked this easy to use plug in warmer keeps hot food hot for up to 4-6 minutes without drying out or getting soggy, we use the top shelf to heat dinner plates as well great dual use heater.

We love having this warmer on our serving line. We bought it in April 2019 and the control burned out 5 months later. We contacted customer service and they promptly shipped us a replacement. If not for need for replacement, I would have given 5 stars. Note that lamp does NOT produce much if any visible light. This makes it easy to forget that is on.

We ordered for our upcoming restaurant. Seems to be nice, arrived on time as well. We would look forward to use it for our restaurant.

Not quite what we had hoped. Does a decent job of keeping food warm. Definitely not a work horse and we have had to replace it once but the price is right and it does a somewhat adequate job.

This is a powerful heat strip! However, what really impressed us was Webstaurant's service. When we had the switch break on it, we contacted them and they were willing to replace it no questions asked! It is that sort of service that makes it easy for us to choose to shop with Webstaurant Store.

This is a greats product. It keeps all of our food hot while waiting to be served. It works perfectly in our kitchen and with our set up.

I just bought this for my restaurant and though it is small, it works great for what I need it for! It keeps food nice and hot until they are taken out to the tables.
