I wanted to love this for milkshakes. Sadly, it did not work out for me at all. I use hard serve ice cream and this mixer would not blend or mix. I had to stay with it moving the cup around and up and down-- then stop it, move around the ice cream with a spoon then try again. In addition to not mixing the ice cream at all- the bottom is slanted and the spindle drips all over the place. I should have returned it but was too busy. I have one for sale cheap should anyone want to try! I honestly don't understand how it has so many 5 star reviews. I cannot see how this would work for anyone.

This little drink mixer is great. It doesn't work super fast, but if you have a small coffee shop with only 5-10 shakes a day, it's perfect. If you're an ice cream shop, go with something a little more powerful.

This product works great for my business. Can actually handle large orders andnisnnot very noisy. Great add for my business. Im glad to have found it.

Don’t waste the money on this if you are hoping to use it in a business setting. It’s probably fine for home, occasional use; but is most definitely not meant for commercial daily use. It just doesn’t have the power needed.

Working great for me so far!! Very easy to use and user-friendly. You can leave the cup sit on the mixer while you are doing other things which is nice. We've only had compliments on our milkshakes!

Easy to use and easy to clean. Good for us, as we're not super busy making milkshakes. A busy place would need something more substantial, but it is perfect for what we need.

We purchased this as a second shake blender. It works OK. If you don’t use the designated stainless steel cups, any plastic cup gets caught on the trigger. Very sleek and easy to clean.

I use this for Tiki Drinks and it is bulletproof for this application. The best painkillers around in 5-10 seconds.

A solid milkshake machine if you only do a few a day or have the time it takes to mix it properly. I found it alot easier if you have soft ice cream, other than that I’m very satisfied with the machine.

We have been using this machine to make milkshakes and it is working pretty well. Blends all the products together, but sometimes you do have to twist it around a bit.

I like mine a lot. I made a chocolate shake with chocolate cake in it and it turned out as good as any restaurant's shakes. I made a video but I think my sound card went out so it was probably silent video. My boyfriend has made many shakes with it. He's crazy about it. We went halves on it and bought 3 extra malt cups.

You get what you pay for. Doesn't mix well and doesn't do it quickly either. Went back to hand held mixers for shakes. Cup was nice tho.

I don't understand all the reviews saying this drink mixer takes too long to whip up a shake or a malt, Out of the box it makes great shakes even using ice cream straight from the freezer. Thick shakes are easy to mix as well and fast, as long as you are not overfilling (or under filling). I bought this as a birthday present for someone who loves his milk shakes and misses the nostalgia of drinking an icy cold shake from the metal malt cup. It didn't disappoint and we can certainly see this being used in a small cafe or shop whipping up great shakes in no time. It is solid and sturdy and recommend this for small cafes and shops as well as home use. You won't regret this purchase!

Had high hopes for this drink mixer. Had ordered it to do milkshakes in store but it is absolutely terrible and not worth the money. It arrived in good condition from Webstaurant with no issues or damage from shipping and worked fine electrically. It has a nice slim profile that it fits perfectly on the countertop and doesn't take up much space. However, the spindle can barely cut through the ice cream even when you add milk or simple syrup to it. It chops up the ice cream into chunks instead of blending it smooth. You are left with a shake that is chunky and not smooth and doesn't get the job done. Haven't found a use for it and it now just sits on the shelf being unused. A big disappointment and not worth the money. Spring for a more expensive, higher quality one.

this is total garbage....it takes forever to get a milkshake done.......they told me to let the ice cream first......it ran for ten min....it was softened

I purchased this for a small business and it simply is not up to the task. The small blender head does not mix quickly and the requirement to use the malt cup requires it to be cleaned after each shake / malt - which takes too much time. You can not use the mixer with a foam cup as it cuts through the cup. Tried to return but was told I could not do so because it was used and works as intended.

Perfect for blending drinks. Leaves no residual and easy to clean. Nice looking equipment for the counter and compact for what it does. I would recommend.

very happy works great, doesn't fit under countertop though .you need to use kinda soft ice cream to get it mixing, but does seem to blend up fruit and bananas well, yum

This is a really nice drink mixer. It doesn't work great for us, as we use hardpacked ice cream. When we tried it with soft serve, it mixed everything up quickly.

Let me tell you, this is one "OUTSTANDING" product. I have not had so much fun in years… This machine is very well made, looks great on my counter and performs like an Olympic Gold Medal Winner, a Champion for sure, Quite, good looking, well made, and exceeds my every expectation for a product of this type.

The Mixer was sent to us in none working order. We just plugged it in last night after getting everything ready to start offering Milk Shakes, and sadly this unit does not turn on! We tried different outlet in hopes it was just a breaker but it was indeed a defective mixer that we were sent. PLEASE HELP!

This machine will not work with ice cream. Maybe if you use soft serve it is strong enough to make a milkshake. For us, it was a complete waste of money. And Lord knows there is no benefit returning anything here.

This product does a very poor job for milkshakes. Takes forever long to mix anything well, and you have to use a spoon to try to help it mix faster.

The mixer was well package and looks great. I was a little hesitant to by an "off-brand" mixer but the build quality is really high. The suction cups are decent strength but I might swap them out for something to make it more immobile. I'll buy another one if I have enough volume.

This milkshake machine IS PERFECT! We have a swirl freeze machine that does all of our mixing. However, when we are busy blending we needed something to make our milkshakes in. This was the correct purchase. Inexpensive, study, takes up no room & works great!

Works Great! It can’t handle super thick mixes, but for a basic milkshake it works perfect! Two setting for speed. Easy to clean. Suction cup bottom.

The machine works much better with soft serve ice cream than it does with scoopable. It takes some getting used to, but works well after some practice.
