I LOVE THE FACT I'M ABLE TO CONTROL THE HEAT SETTINGS WITH THE TURN DIAL KNOB, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF LIQUID REQUIRES SPECIFIC RATES OF HEAT. PLUS I LOVE HOW STYLISH THEY LOOK. ALWAYS REMEMBER PUT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WATER IN THE BASE BEFORE USE AND DISCARD AFTER EVERY USE AS WELL.

The only reason I gave three stars is because I've bought 7 of these the past two years and only 2 are currently working. When they are working, they're great. However, they do not last very long... 3-6 months. I'm about to order a few more because the 14qt works well for me... I'm searching the web for an alternative however.

This souped warmer worked good on 6 months and it stopped working after that. It has a life 9f only 6 months that's why they have only 6 month warranty on it.

Product worked like it should. Easy to clean and maintain. Only issue is that we bought this brand new and have only been using it for 6 months now... already stopped working. It no longer heats up! Already had to purchase a new one. Pretty dissapointed

This soup warmer is BIG. It displays beautifully and we have had no problems with any technical aspect. All parts of the insert and lid can be removed and taken apart for easy cleaning.

While these are decently priced. the quality are just not there anymore. the first 4 s600 last us 4yrs. We can to replace couple unit and both last less than 6 months. hopefully the replace will last Longer. also you can not buy the replace heating elements for s600. they do not sell them.

DO NOT buy this unit. I bought one. Less than a year, it stopped warming. A replacement unit was provided. And same thing happened. Less than a year, it stopped warming too.

Vastly better than the ones we purchased off of other sites- highly recommend.

Stop working after 2 months. Overheat and stripped the outlet constantly.

Nice quality and it holds a lot

This thing is amazing! It holds a massive amount of soup. The high settings are boiling, and the warm settings do a great job of maintaining temperature.

Less than 6 months out and product just quit working, however, what’s worse, is that webstaurant will not issue a refund OR an exchange. Very disappointing.

I have had the same issue as other reviewers. They only last 6 months to 2 years in my experience. One over-heated to such a degree that it flipped the breaker.

The heat stays consistent when I put at max fill line. The warm fast and do really great for soups, and nacho cheese. There are very big.

Terrible Soup Warmer. We have gone through 3 of them in a year, using them as directed to maintain heat not to warm cold soup. They fail after 2-6 months. Don't waste your money.

I purchased three of these after reading several reviews that said they often fail after several months. During warm months, we typically only use this kettle to poach chicken for chicken salad maybe 2 or 3 times a week, but it sees daily use during the cold months for soup. Our first one failed without warning (it was working just fine the day before) after about 3 months of daily use. Although there is a knob to control temperature, it doesn't provide a huge range of temperatures - soups boil whether it's on 1 or 12. There is a noticeable hot spot on one side, so be sure to stir soups regularly to avoid scorching and sticking. Although the lid has a cute little hinged opening, it isn't very large and dispels a lot of steam when opened, so I usually take the lid off completely when serving soups. Not a bad product for the price, but I probably won't purchase this product again.

This warmer kettle is perfect for my needs, at weekly Farmers Markets. I use it for many different kinds of foods. It provides a very attractive display. It upholds to regular use. Cleaning is a breeze. Very satisfied with it.

This is a great average sized for soup warmer. We use it to keep our peanut sauce warm. It helps to make thing easy to portion and serve. Plus it is very easy to take apart and clean.

Great for soups. Love the magnet that you can display what the soup of the day is, for those employees who don't know. It's large and keeps things hot, warm.

Really large soup kettle. It holds a lot of soup so not always having to fill it up. It does a great job keeping it hot as well.

This thing is MUCH bigger than I was expecting. I bought two and they take up a good chunk of real estate on our prep table but they hold A LOT of soup. East to clean, temps seen accurate, no complaints so far.

Overall a very fine product. We have used these pots for over a year to serve our world famous gumbo and all continue to work. We have more than five kettles. The only complaint would be the feet they stand on become loose over time and need to be tightened frequently or you will allow them to fall off.

Great little soup kettle for the price. The temperature adjustment knob is nice and sturdy and the indicator is nice and bright to let you know the kettle is warm and ready to serve

Got this for catering, it is a wet warmer meaning you need 24oz of water in the bottom under the insert. SO far it has proven useful, I must say to get a spare insert for rotating out product.

The product is sturdy and is professionally built. Great product, arrived on time and works great in the soup kitchen. We will need to order more and will go up to the next size too.

This gets hot! It keeps out soup very hot, even on a low setting. It powers up quickly, cleans up nice and performs as expected.

We use this black soup kettle warmer every single day and it holds up well. It keeps our soup piping hot and our customers have not complained about it being too hot or too cold. Great item.

So far I have only used it once but it worked very well. It kept the soup really hot which was great on the freezing cold day that we were serving it outside.

Great soup pot for larger amounts of soup. Keeps soup good and hot for hours. Great at the deli for self serve customers. Every part cleans easily.

We've had this since May 2015 and it's still running strong. We've used it on average 6 days per week and it keeps on trucking. At first I was a little hesitant based on a couple other reviews. Our old one, of a different brand, had finally died out, and from what I could see in our long-term storage, so did many others. This thing seems solid and looks even nicer than in the picture. I don't regret the purchase and it's meeting and exceeding our needs. (We use it 3 times per day 6 days a week on average).

We use these to keep our soups warm. Would love to give 5 stars but have to drop it one due to the fact that one of the 6 we purchased failed after just six weeks of use. Webstaurant did send replacement in a timely manner however. Would still recommend this product highly.

The Avantco S600 14 Qt. Black Soup Warmer Kettel - 120 v. 600 W. It is great for any buffet. We have one fr our chowder, and one for our soup of the day. Easy to clean. Easy fast set up.The hinged lid helps prevent contamination when not in use.

This is a nice average sized soup warmer!! We use it to keep daily soup piping hot! Easy to portion and serve!! Very easy to take apart and clean!!
