It's a good press, we use it daily for a variety of different paninis and it stands. Lifting the lid is a bit heavy and stiff, it's sometimes very hard and needs to be wrenched sometimes. The plates are a bit hard to clean as well, not very easy to take apart. Other than that, it's a great unit, and has lasted us about half a year with no actual issues involving the heat elements, or issues needing repair.

This is a good little press heats up and toast awesomely. The only draw back i would say this little guy has is cleanabilty , it takes some time to get her cleaned up

We bought this panini grill back in 2018. We have absolutely loved it, and our customers love their sandwiches. However, we are now experiencing problems where the top plate is no longer heating up and the bottom plate is heating but now it's cooking hotter since the top plates not heating up. I am reconsidering buying again but I'm going to look into other options, because I think it should last more than 3 years.

This panini press produces the perfect panini. Creates grill marks, and evenly toasts the bread, melting cheese all the way through. Love this product and highly recommend.

Excellent performer!! So much so that after 9 months of use we are going to purchase another! Heating surface stays hot in between uses exactly as needed.

This panini press is perfect for our shop and exactly what we were looking for. It heats up quickly and leaves the paninis with nice looking grooves and toasts the bread evenly inside and out. It is solid, sturdy and of good quality. This sandwich grill has a really good price and is very easy to clean, we suggest using a wire brush. We highly recommend this product!

I have not had this grill long, but it has out-performed my expectations. For an inexpensive grill it works great. The handle is a bit stiff AND there is a learning curve with regard to where to put your sandwiches, but overall the heating is very even.

This Panni Sandwich Grill press has been great. Heats quickly. Will burn it if you put your food in and it is still heating up. I would buy again.

It is standard weight and easy to move around for brunches and events. Easy to clean and it also looks very nice and presentable. We recommend it.

This does exactly what we need it to do. It heats quickly and is easy to clean at the end of the day. It does not have a bunch of useless features that will eventually need servicing.

This is a good panini grill but it is not the easiest to use. It takes a while to heat up the grill and it is difficult to open up fully to put a sandwich in.

As a Cuban Food business we are expected to prepare Cuban Sandwiches and this beautiful grill will help us to it. The measures are just perfect, it is easy tu use / clean and it warms really fast. I loved it! We will recommend it!

this commercial paini is perfect, especially for cafeterias and places where snacks are prepared, it is very strong I would recommend to all establishments of this type that have this equipment, very easy to clean and has a very good price

we grill our paninis on this grill. it is very difficult to clean, you can't take it apart to wash it and it needs washed often

Perfect size for my coffee bar counter for making a quick panini. Made of sturdy quality feels very hefty and does the job perfectly. Heavy top. Feels good in the hands.

this product is great for the low amount of panni's we make. It warms up nicely for us and in matter of a few minutes it can be used for the panni. cast iron works great also and takes little work to keep clean

This guy was cheap and it heats our burritos like a champ. It makes a slight clicking sound as it cycles the element on and off, so I don’t recommend it for bedside service, but it seems to be built like a tank otherwise.

Excellent panini sandwich grill. With a little bit of oil, sandwiches crisp up nicely and have the beautiful crisp lines. Will be adding a couple more to the kitchen soon.

Bought this to replace a Turbo Chef for making sandwiches. It's very durable. We've only had it a short time so it's hard to say. I will say that the hydronic handle for opening and closing the press is very difficult to move up and down. It does it's job. But I don't understand why it's so hard to open

We have been using this panini press for well over two years and it only gets better with age. Our paninis are perfectly seasoned and taste delicious!

So far so good, we've had this panini press for a few weeks. Aggressive sandwich press, the plates are nice and hot. Equipment gets to temp fast, easy to clean, seems to be very durable and handles the volume with no issue.

This is a wonderful sandwich press, the only problem is cleaning it and also within a year of having it in our kitchen, we had to replace the element in the unit.

I prefer this unit over my double panini press, these pressed work well, however they are not the easiest to clean. I stiff wire brush is need to scrap out the grooves.
