I love my food warmer, it keeps my produce fresh.

One of the ceiling lights has gone in the second day of use and they said it is not covered by warranty. It's frustrating! And also, the doors are not opens and closes smoothly...

We only use this behind the bar and do not let customers use it. It's built a bit flimsy and cheap but it does keep stuff warm.

I'm not happy with the product, it's defective. It's kept open from the outside and can't close properly. If they had checked before sending me a product, they could send me a good product. If I bought from [redacted] then its easy to return without wasting extra money and time but my big mistake to buy from here, they know people are sending it back because of the return cost and time.

Easy set up, and install. We have been using this for 1 year with no issues.

I really like the fact it can be loaded from either front or back.

Light bulb stops working in a month, can't rely on this kind of quality for new heated display.

Ordered this thing and it never arrived. reached out the webstaurant they said it was damaged during the delivery. Asked them to send me another one and they said we will overnight it to you. I said great! I check back online a few days later and apparently they are out o stock of the item had to wait 3 months for them to make more.

I had an event on April 9, so I ordered this item to help my staff during the event, Estimated Delivery: Thu, Apr 04 - Mon, Apr 08so far no delivery and no tracking number is available yet, contacted the web restaurant many times and the same answer, we don't have information yet, so who shall I contact????!!!!

I do not even know where to start. We are on our 2nd 48” Advantco countertop unit. What a joke! The first unit didn’t even last a month. The bottom part wasn’t staying hot.

As to be expected for what we are using it for.

We turn on this "pie warmer" at 10:00 and it it keeps everything crisp and fresh for the entire day. Make sure you have water in the bottom to help with humidity of pastries. We sell Aussie Pies and Sausage rolls and this guy doesn't take up too much space on the countertop. We love it!

This has been a blessing in our small cafe. It’s allowed us to offer freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches and biscuits as a quick grab and go option for our customers. We have had no issues with it.

What you see is what you get. It has been a reliable heater for about 4 years now and it is pretty easy to maintain as well. Simple and easy works well.

We bought this warmer almost 3 years ago and it still works perfectly. We’ve had no issues.

Love this food warmer

This warmer get the job done. We use it for our churro donuts and pretzels. I love the compact size. I wish the on/off switch was on the side or the front as it is hard to turn on and off with it back against the wall.

Purchased a couple and they are still working after a couple of years. good.

Very easy to use and warms up very quick. The shipping process was also quick and easy. The whole usage so far has been good. We did have one heating issue but with great customer service it was fixed very quickly! Lights are nice inside and display food very nicely. Easy to clean and take care of. One other thing is that it is super quiet and does not put off as much heat as our old food warmer!!! The only downside I see about this is the rubber door guide. Made not to last and the replacement part is pretty pricey with the shipping total. Easy part to order and change but hopefully in the future it can be made out of a more durable material.

Awesome product. Has great space, especially with the 3 shelves. Keeps the food pretty warm, easy to adjust the temperature to what we need it to be.

bought this to replace my old one. It operates for 12hours a day at 160 Degrees Fahrenheit. I don't know if we just had a faulty one or not but it only lasted us 1 year. the connecting wires and plates inside the units pretty much fried away and it was impossible to fix. It a little disappointing since our old Avantco warmer lasted us about 6 years.

Excellent warmer display AAAA+ the best one on the market!! For a really good price. It has plenty space on the inside and it keeps food really hot.

Purchased this appliance to test out hot holding duration for my food and I enjoy it for the most part. the warmer gets hot quickly and maintains temperature. My only complaint is that there are gaps in the doors, allowing heat to escape and it does feel a little cheap.

The track for the front doors are broke (it is plastic) already because the item was missing the slides when it arrived. I have ask for a replacement track/slide and have not received. Temperature control isn’t consistent.

Worked well and looked nice for about a year. Then it got really hot (220 degrees) and wouldn't turn down or off. Tried to have it fixed but could not. And the warranty was only a year.

We purchased this unit February 2019 and a little over a year later the thermostat quit working, way overheated and wouldn't shut off. We did use this every day up until this point. I am just glad that someone was there to notice it and unplug it before it started a fire. Disappointed that we only got a little over a years use out of it.

Issues after one year of use. Purchased January 25, 2019. Thermostat no longer controls temperature. Unit will overheat if left plugged in. It has the potential to be a fire hazard in its current state.

We use Avantco equipment as we can. Very good quality for a very good price. We never complain about that. The warmer display work very well, the slidign door are good and close right.

I bought this hot display unit for my cafe great product no issues so far shipping was fast and great no damage it is glass price was amazing and I will buy more stuff from webstaurant again

Been using this case for about a year now and it has not given any issues. This a great looking case easy to use and clean.
