The fryer worked like a charm for almost 7 months. Then, as many other reviews have mentioned, the right side quit working. Tried resetting. Even tried a different outlet with no luck. Can anyone help with this issue?

Worked great for six months and 13 days. Then one side stopped working and its only a six month warranty. Customer service was unable to help. Buy at own risk.

We've used this for one year and one week. The nozzles are coming apart and failing. Since it's a week past the warranty there is nothing they can do to help. This unit didn't stand up to the commercial rigor it was expected to. It did work for a year, so i gave it two stars for that. But I can't afford to replace equipment every year for manufacturer failings.

Durable ran all day with no burning of oil. Ran it for 5 hours without any problems. Clean up is a breeze as well

Amazing product..great for foodtruck or restaurant..safer then using propane or gas especially in a foodtruck if you have the power..gets to 350 in 8 minutes..easy to clean and recover is amazing..definitely worth buying.

the avantco dual tank fryer turned out to be much larger than we expected. we do chicken parm, french fries, and even perogies in it. everything turns out perfect! love that it has night covers to keep dust out of oil when not in use. you will want a dedicated circuit for both sides to keep from throwing breakers. if you are a small company or large private family you will love the size this fries up!

This fryer is a little powerhouse. I’ve never had to deal with cold oil temps, even after frying frozen foods; it recovers super quickly. Cleaning it can be a bit of a pain. But I’d still buy it again.

We have used this for many events where we have done fish frys, made french fries, and the food came out fantastic. Love the portability of it as well.

This fryer is awesome for my small business! It heats up quickly and is super easy to clean! I would definitely recommend it to anybody!

Mixed reviews as i have owned about 6 of them now! Sometimes they last a while , sometimes not so much.

Does the job! Have a food truck and it keeps up. Pretty easy to clean as well.

This is a fantastic tabletop fryer. It does have a small recovery time but overall the size and convenience are totally worth it.

We purchased this and were super excited to have the capability to Deep Fry two separate items on Site! NOT the case only one side will work at a time. We have blown multiple Breakers while trying to use both sides at the same time! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!

I have used this twice and cannot get either side up to temperature. it would only get up to 348 on one side and 346 on another side. so unfortunately because the package is opened and the unit has been used it cannot be returned. We were really looking forward to a small sized unit for personal use. Now it will sit in a box as cleaning it after 2 failures is enough. I do not recommend.

Left side stopped working after 3 months of minimal use. Not a dependable fryer. Would definitely not recommend. Nothing about it is commercial grade. Very surprised that Webstaurant rates this as good.

don't buy, temperature max 340. And you cant return it because -as long as they are unused and in the original packaging. Of course i used it to check the temperature and tried to fry something.

This particular model is a little bit harder to clean in comparison to the single basket but other than that is a good reliable piece of equipment.

Nice deep fryer from Avantco! Capable of cooking large amounts of food from fries to wings etc. must have for any small business looking to deliver top quality fried goods.

We purchased this fryer for our burger shop. It was damaged upon shipping and stopped working after moderate use. The thermostat went out and it would not heat up the frying oil. Do not buy this fryer.

Doing a great job

We use it as a portable fryer for festivals to promote our food and attract people to our pub. So it's not used everyday for 12-16 hours like many people are trying to use it for which I don't think it's designed for. You need to buy a real fryer if that's your intent, not a portable fryer. But if you are doing a wing fest competition, food show, or festival off site to promote your business, this thing works great, easy to clean and transport.

This fryer worked like a champ. Ordered in the beginning of my business was able to up keep with all my orders. Product arrived on time and customer service was excellent. great for home use also. would recommend to any food business.

BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT MUST READ!!!! I was excited to use this deep fryer for my back up as it arrived. However, the fryer both works but takes more than 1 hours to heat up. I DO NOT recommend this product for commercial purposes/cooking.

Horrible product takes yo long to heat up you only get 30 good minutes of frying n then it takes hours for fish or wings to get done I use this on my food trailer n use 70.00 one fir my home and it holds up longer than this sad to say I bought two of them for my trailer I highly recommend no one to buy this product

Takes over an hour to get to temperature when you first turn it on. Not able to return since it’s been used. Unhappy!

This is a very good fryer until the day it just decides not to fry anymore. I had my fryer for three months before the right side just stopped heating the light still comes on faintly and the lines do not heat anymore the other side works just fine but for 150-ish dollars per side I would expect it to work longer than 90 days if you are a handyman and maybe you know how to fix it this filter would be great but if you are not then every day that the fryer works is a blessing.

Needed alot of grease but got the job done. Will work for a small establishment with medium load but not for heavy duty loads. Good for price

Doesn't hold temp as well as my last unit did. We probably need to switch to a gas unit at this point I think probably.

this set up is good for small stuff but not high demand situations. it takes the grease to long to get back up to temp.

This product is amazing! It had an easy setup and directions were easy to follow. Very easy skill set for any level of a cook.

I ordered this Fryer 7 months ago. It was used 4 times, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, Father's Day and just recently on the 4th of July, 2020. The 3 times I used it, it was great; perfect! It was convenient and I love that I can't cross contaminate food as it cooks because in two separate cooking vessels. Now the bad news...,the right side stopped working and I was left with lots of seafood uncooked. It's sad, and I don't understand how this could happen! Literally 4 times of usage and I can no longer use it. The concept and the unit looks great- but not sure if it's meant to last even a year.

Fryer arrived in bad condition! Lids were damaged maybe from shipping and the baskets showed signs of rust. The heating temperature on the left one is not 370 but 340. The right one tends to fry faster than the left side. Very disappointed!

Works great easy to clean and very helpful during busy times. Cools foods fast and to a high quality. Would definitely buy another for my restaurant
