Didn't even last us a season. Bought several of these and they all have different issues. One heats but doesn't Perculate, another doesn't heat at all, another the spicket broke off. I don't recommend this product

Got the first one, broke after 4 months (1 month storage, 3 months of usage). Webstaurant great customer service replace that one. Had the second one for another 3 months and just nozzle broke again last night. Will go to other brand for this.

Didn't even last a year and we only use it twice a week, have others that are much older and still working.

I purchased this for my church's coffee bar and Ladies Tea. It was efficient and quick to heat the water. I was pleased that we could easily fit a coffee cup under the spout. If I could change anything it would be to make it a smudge proof material but otherwise it was a great addition to our facility.

I purchased the coffee maker in July 2022 Only use it once a week and now it won’t brew. I did purchase a warranty, so I’ll let you know what the outcome is

We use this coffee Percolator to hold our coffee in out mini Donut trailer . This product works very well. It keeps the coffee warm and it looks very professional for a great price

Use this product daily, makes a great cup of coffee and definitely a large volume for service. Keeps it hot all day and clean down is super simple.

Sharp looking stainless steel urn that brews good tasting coffee fairly quickly. The basket that holds the coffee is a fine mesh that doesn't allow the grounds to fall through like others I've used.

For large volumes this is great. It keeps the coffee or hot water burning hot for hours!! The only downside is the large amount of electricity these urns need to make coffee.

We purchased this urn for working as a concessionaire at Comicon in Phoenix. We were far away from the Starbucks in the convention center and knew that people would appreciate a hot cup of coffee! It worked really well for us all weekend long! The only time we had an issue was when there was an instance with user error on the amount of grounds and we needed to try to re-brew a pot immediately. It needed to be allowed to cool down for a bit so as not to overheat and turn itself back off. In conclusion, this is a great pot for serving large groups. However, it would not be useful if you need to make pot after pot for long periods of time.

We bought 4 of these coffee urns for our nonprofit organization. For the first month all was well and they working as one would expect. After the first month they stopped working. Initially we thought that maybe we tripped a breaker but after trying countless outlets we realized it was in fact the urn. We do have the 40 cup urns by Proctor Silex and those have been good to us since we bought them. I really wish these 110 cups were made to last.

They Shipped FAST! Got them without any defects and they went into service right away. Great price and awesome client feedback. Will be buying more in the near future.

Keeps coffee very hot, works well for large serving operations. Wider than the 40-60 cup options, so be mindful of counterspace

Makes coffee just fine. The big issue is trying to install the basket. Because the basket sets below the upper edge of the container you must look thru the basket to line up the rod to slide the basket down onto it. Also, the handles could be a little bigger, you cannot carry this with one hand using one handle.

We’ve been buying these for years for our store but the last few we’ve bought have broken just under 4 months. We bought one 2 months ago and it just died on us. Not sure if they’ve changed the way they build these things but it’s now become a waste of money. I do not recommend you buy this perculator unless you’re willing to keep buying it every 2-3 months. Ridiculous

Don't waste your money with it. The product will work only 4-5 months and after that it only reach 160F not 200F anymore.

Very durable so far as compared to the Galaxy Brand for same amount of cups

It boils up the water quieter than most other urns Iv'e had. When it switches to the "keep warm" mode, it keeps the water very hot. So you can add sugar & cold milk to your coffee and it will still be very hot even in a non-styrofoam cup. Their is a constant "ticking" noise in the "keep warm" mode from the constant slight bubbling of the water. I don't know if every Avantco 65 cup urn keeps it this hot or the temperature varies from one urn to the next. The lid is metal so it is very hot to the touch but the lid handle stays cool. There is a tiny vent in the lid (I don't know why) so there is some minimal water loss even when not in use (like if left on overnight) due to evaporation. Its only been in use 10 days so I can't comment yet regarding its longevity. But so far I like it enough that I may order a second one. This one is being used at home.

Guys in the office loves the new coffee urn. Coffee is in demand. It's beautiful in design and easily maintained. Even for the price well worth the buy.

A good product for the price. But a bit messy to use. Toward the end of brewing, the lid jumps up slightly with every percolator pump, letting some coffee spray out and drip down the side of the pot.

We love this coffee urn. We do concessions and we can brew about 5 gallons of coffee and chill out for our iced coffee. This is perfect if you need large batch is all at once. It’s also very fast at brewing and easy to clean.

great product does the job of the name brands

This is a durable, powerful percolator that brings and keeps water very hot. We use it for hot water, so I don't know how percolated coffee would taste, but the water comes out hotter than my home instant-hot faucet. The down side is that it is quite noisy, so if you are looking for a silent urn this is not for you.

Nice product. Works well and is appropriately sized for smaller events. Easy to use and cleans up easily and stores well between uses. Great value for the price.

We bought this percolator in hopes of finding a more durable mid size coffee maker to use moderately (we make 100 cups a day). We have Hamilton Beach ones that usually last us about 6 months with no issues, then they start dripping. We used this percolator for 1 week and it has already started dripping A LOT! We are already throwing it away. Save yourself the headache and get the hamilton beach ones. This is not for moderate use.

I bought two of this. after 2 months the first urn keep making the whole power jumped. after 8 months the second urn keep leaking from the bottom

We got one of these to have hot water at our farmers market stand for hot chocolate. It heats super fast and works like a charm. One of the best equipment pieces we’ve have.

This Coffee Urn was bought to be used for Suppers at our Church. It has been used 3 times since bought and now it is leaking at the spout. I have read other reviews where they have had problems with leakage or breakage of the spout. Why can't these be made so this is not a problem?

The urn was packed nicely, good instructions on how to use it and it worked very well. I would order it again and I would recommend it to my friends.

This is my second run bought from web restaurant and they are good working machine if you really take care of them. Don’t rough it because they will break or some technical problem with the heating. They don’t fix anything but to ask you to buy a new one.
