Disappointing freezer, poor quality. Handle is plastic and broke off after 6 months of use. Hinges not very sturdy. Though it says it is a commercial freezer, didn't even make 6 months before having issues. Warranty also not worth the paper it is written on because it excludes handle and hinges which are "wear and tear" items that are not covered.

Disposable Freezer. You have heard the saying " They don't make them like they used to" Well that applies here. Mine lasted almost 2 years. I have a 1978 Sub Zero mini frig that still works. This is ridiculous.

Overall this was a good freezer that would be excellent for general frozen storage. I personally think it is better for home use vs business. The bottom inside seems extremely thin, if not placed in gently the frozen products dent the bottom terribly. One of the teens dropped a square of ice and the side of it broke completely through the bottom of the freezer. It’s not affecting anything as of now but I am concerned about what is going to happen now with any thawing/water getting into it. I purchased it to freeze ice for my shaved ice stand but it took close to three days to freeze the blocks completely so I tried using the blast freeze setting for the recommended time to see if that would help but unfortunately it didn’t seem to do anything. I’ve decide to just use it for my household and it’s been great for this. It may be great for another small business but was definitely not appropriate for my specific commercial use.

I bought a professional grade freezer expecting it to perform better than a box store freezer. I have had box store chest freezers that sat in a hot garage all day, and they operated just fine. This one is sitting inside my air conditioned house, and I don’t feel it is operating fine. For one, I have it set on 6 just to maintain zero degrees inside, and I do have a glass and digital thermometer inside of it. 7 is the coldest setting, and the manual reads that you only set it to 7 for quick cool down for a short period, so in essence this freezer is running at its max to maintain zero. Short lived. Chest freezer only made is 1.5 years until it died.

Reaches temperature quickly. When items freeze, they stay frozen, with what seems like no effort. Im rarely aware of when the compressor kicks on. The low-profile wheels make it easy to move but doesn't shift when opening and closing the door.

The freezer stopped working after being used for only 5 months. Beawar! I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing.

FedEx made the delivery today. I unpacked the chest freezer and was very surprised at how well it was packed. Not a single blemish found. It arrived perfectly. Rolled the chest freezer to its permanent outlet, plugged it in and off it ran. Checked temp a couple hours after and it was at -2 degrees in a 78 degree environment. Perfect!!! I’m loving this unit.

Perfect size and price value for a home use Freezer. With Covid-19 & stocking up on food, especially frozen items, I kept running out of room in my refrigerator. Now I stock up when items are on sale at the market, make fewer trips to the market and have plenty of space for extra party food for the holidays. Additionally,, Webstaurant is a GREAT store. The customer service is WONDERFUL!!

Came with a dent, there was no damage to the packaging. Doesn't work. Customer service said wait 24 hours b4 plugging in because it needs to settle. We did that and still doesnt work. Very disappointed

It's perfect! Storing Ice Cream and Ice to make slushies to sell to peaceful protesters out playing music and the people stand united together is beautiful.

I use these at home, but have moved into using them in our restaurants. I love the fact they are both durable and energy efficient. This 19.4 foot freezer has plenty of space, and with the shelving doubles its usable space. I highly recommend these units over upright freezers, and especially this chest freezer by Galaxy.

Cost is very reasonable but I was pleasantly surprised with the construction quality of this freezer - heavier gauge steel and durable hinges are much nicer than comparable US made chest freezers I already have. Indicator lamps for power and compressor cycle are a nice feature. interior finish could be more rugged - relatively thin aluminum dents easily. I had some issues with damage of these units in transport, but Webstauraunt Store stood by their products and took care of the incident to my satisfaction. I would purchase this unit again.

This product is such a waste of money. It takes forever to freeze the food. The door came loose from the manufacturer .

Poor. Broke down after exactly 3 years of light use. Doesn't turn on/get cold and no working noise. Power light comes in but we think motor/compressor is dead.

I've had this product for a little over 3 years. No issues, but there appears to be an issue with the compressor today. Fortunately, we caught it before losing all of our food but our main concern is the accessibility to parts. Galaxy Appliances does not have a very thorough website to parts and it does not appear webstaurantstore either. If a member of webstaurant can reach out for a solution, we would appreciate that. All in all, if you're looking for an item to get the job done on a budget, this is a good option...but perhaps not one for the long haul as parts seem to be hard to come by.

Ok, I did a lot of searching for extra large chest freezer. The unit fits the bill! I purchased the 30 cubic ft unit and it is awesome. Just make sure that if you don’t have oversized entry doors you will have to take off the freezer doors. It wasn’t hard but annoying to do. Currently the freezer is at -12 degrees so if this unit works well for what I need it for.

When the Chest freezer arrived it had a small dent at the bottom of it and the door latches did not align with the factory installed latches. The keepers needed to be lowered in order to operate properly. Minor quality control issue. Otherwise it works well.

These arrived as advertised. Came with one basket each with a thermometer. They work as expected, no dents, shipped and delivered nicely. Would buy again.

Nice big freezer; works great. Easy to move and setup. Has been working great for over a year and a half with no problems. Not noisy like my upright freezer.. Wonderful, it just keeps on freezing our food like I expect it to.

Quality product. Perfect size I had to upgrade size because the one I wanted was out of stock, so glad I did. Delivered on time.

I purchased the freezer 2023 and it not even 2 year and it is stop working. not worth the money. don’t waste your money.

The freezer will get down to minus 20F, the a day or 2 later is up to above zero. It seems like if we unplug it for an hour and plug it back in, it will run another day or so. Very disapointing

This freezer has tons of room for your food. I am completely satisfied with everything about it. I haven’t had any issues with it at all. I just plugged it in and it worked perfectly. This is a fantastic value for the money and I highly recommend it.

I really can’t give a good rating because it went out so fast and a warranty was like not having one because it IS NOT covered when used what I brought it for; commercially in my food trailer!

The freezer we received has a crushed right rear corner. The unit is usable and still works. Though the freezer was placed in the shipping crate that way. There was no damage to the crate or packaging in transit. Was very disappointed by this though it won't be seen by the public so I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchange.

Excellent freezer. I have been using it for more than 3 years and I have never had any problems.

We have had this freezer for about a year with no issues. We are ion and out of it all day every day and it still seals good and has broke or needed anything yet!

Easy to access, has wheels to transport back and forth. Great size for a mini freezer storage use
