We brew coffee directly into airpots, and this is super easy to use. It's not lightning fast, but it does fill an airpot in about 5-6 minutes. Easy to clean and doesn't take up much room. Would recommend.

We love our Avantco airpot coffee brewers. We also purchased the Choice 1.9 liter airpots to fit these brewers. They fit perfect. We fill the brewer with half a gallon of water, grind 80 grams of our fresh roasted coffee and it fills the airpot exactly without spillage. The brewing temperature is within SCAA standards and is consistent from pot to pot. The brewer quickly heats up from a cold start in the morning and starts brewing within a minute or two. I bought a spare one thinking I would need it, but my first brewer works fast enough I dont use the spare. But, I am glad I have it in reserve just in case. We say buy 2! Jeff

This does brew very slowly. It is hard to poor water into the top without making a mess. The on switch does not turn off automatically. The coffee does taste good and the air pots do fit underneath it. I would not consider this commercial quality.

Great for small production places. I get these brewers for my commercial customers that dont have high capacity needs. Its takes about 15 mins per brew.

This airpot brewer is a good price if you need one in a hurry or if you only need to brew coffee once in a while. It has recently stopped working correctly, even though it has received regular cleaning and maintenance. It lasted less than a year, but longer than the 6 month warranty. I guess you do get what you pay for, as parts don't even seem to be available for it. When the brewer worked it worked okay, but was VERY slow meaning that we had to watch it like a hawk during busy days to keep coffee brewing. We go through only about 5 or 6 airpots of coffee a day. If you can, spurge for a better brand.

165 degrees? That's it? Since this is supposedly commercial quality and considerably more expensive than a coffee maker you can get from any big box store for less, I was expecting the brew temp to reach the ideal 200 degrees for our coffee to reach its full "bloom". Not even close. With instant coffee made with heating water in an electric kettle, my wife had needed to add 4 of the large cubes from our refrigerator's ice maker to her coffee - in addition to the chilled liquid creamer used. With the first mug she had from this, adding the ice made it too cold for even her, which was odd. So, I measured the temperature with an oven thermometer *while the coffee was brewing into the airpot* and it maxed at only 165 degrees, the same temp you can get from a cheapo coffee maker from wally world. If you can be satisfied with coffee brewed at that temperature, save a LOT of money and pick up a coffee maker from your local big box store, or even a garage sale.

We have purchased 2 of these Avantco C15 brewers from Webstaurant, as well as about 10 air pots to go with it. The brewers make great coffee, but they don't last very long. They must be very poor quality if they only last 1-2 years. As far as the air pots, they usually keep coffee pretty hot, but they will fail quickly too. We buy pots that have steel inside, not glass. I used to highly recommend these brewers, but because they fail so quickly, and the warranty is so short, I will no longer buy them and will no longer recommend them. I also will never buy another Bunn brewer, for different reasons.

So far, we have had ours for over a year and fully satisfied with the performance of these. I may upgrade to a larger one, these will only hold 8 cups of water at a time (equivalent to 1 air pot)

This coffee brewer is very... very basic. It doesn't come with clear instructions of just how much water you need to pour in before overflowing. We had to find out the answer from a helpful reviewer who submitted a video. However, we've been using this for a while and it has never failed.

Was a bit disappointed in this one. The wires came loose and shorted out leaving us to have to use the one from our Brunch spot.

We have bought this brewer because of the price and good reviews. However, it could not brew a good coffee for us. At first, we thought that there was a problem with the coffee grinds. We have switched 5 different brands, form cheaper to expensive ones, different roasts. We have tried adjusting the coffee grinds amount. But there was no change in the taste-coffee was bitter. Then we realized that it just does not heat up to the required temperature for a coffee to taste good. Other downsides that it does not have auto shut-off, you have to manually turn it off when brewing is finished. And according to the manual, you can't have it on after brewing has completed. So we had to purchase a timer to signal that brewing is done. Additionally, it does take a white to brew: 14 minutes for a bull pot, 7 minutes for hot water. We ended up using this machine just for hot water.

The Avantco C15 Pour Over Airpot Brewer has been a great purchase for our business. I purchased mostly because of the value, but have been pleasantly surprised by its easy function and quality brew.

All I can say is WELL DONE! This Avantco pourover is exactly what we were looking for in our espresso stand. Searched all over for the right size, the right quality, and this has done it. For a fraction of the price compared to others, this does just as good of a job! The stainless and small footprint is definitely worth the money alone!

Great product! We bought this for a food truck and we were specifically looking for a smaller brewing system that did not need a big water tank installment, as we did not have the space. This allowed us to use the pour-over method and brew coffee when we needed to. Great quality, build, and great coffee in return!

The water tank only holds about 1/2 gallon of water. Making an air pot of coffee takes two brewing cycles. Good for low volume.

Our brewer at the coffee shop broke and we needed a temporary solution to hold us over. I didn't want to spend the $700 for a curtis so we tried this one out. It does what it should do which is great but we have had it for 2 weeks and the tube inside of it already cracked causing the water to fill the inside. Glad i paid for the extended warranty but not sure i even need to use it at this point since its only 2 weeks old.

love this coffee brewer. really compact so its nice to use a smaller footprint or the counter. doesn't take long at all to brew a pot and fits our airpot perfectly

I don’t think the market can reproduce a finer product then this particular avantco coffee maker. It’s quick to heat up and cycles very well each and every time we use it

We love this airport. It is easy to clean, fast and efficient. It is a great size for smaller spaces. We use this to make coffee as well as our tea mixes.

The Avantco c15 pour over airport brewer works well. It makes really hot coffee. It takes several minutes, so not as fast as another brand I use to have but the price is great. It doesn’t have to hook up to water so you can move it around if you need to, It’s not real heavy to move. 1 switch so easy to operate. Fits the choice 2.2 liter glass lined airports nicely.

Perfect is the word. I was using another coffee brewer and even though I used double of the quantity of the coffee it never came out good. with this Brewer, I use half the amount of coffee and it still tastes wonderful.

Decent coffee brewer. Gets the job done. Would be better if at least had a indicator of water level or at least labeled with the quantity of water it takes.

I've had two of these now. They last roughly one year before breaking, which is a shame because the warranty only covers 6 months. They might be fine if you don't require daily use, but definitely not commercial-grade.

This brewer is compact, easy to clean and use and a great value. Pair it with one of the airpots available from this site and you have a portable coffee brewing solution for all use cases.

Makes coffee fast gives off the professional look! But you can only make about 5 16oz cups ( 80 ounces) anything more than that it begins to overflow.

It's not fast, but neither is good coffee. I use it to brew for product tasting for my roasting company, tasters and customers are never disappointed. Pour-over temperature is consistent and it's lightweight and portable. Good product at a fair price.

As a start-up we've had to make smart decisions about how to spend our capital. To save money we purchased this unit in January of 2018. It was apparent from the start that it was a VERY slow brewer (the instructions seem to indicate it will brew a full pot in about 10 minutes but it's about twice that) but we figured that you get what you pay for. However it recently started dumping all the water out through the back and bottom of the unit. This happened while we were at a high profile event. We ended up having to improvise with what the venue had available and accessible. There is no troubleshooting section in the manual so we are at a loss as to what is causing this. Needless to say we aren't impressed. We will be buying a BUNN or similar unit after this.

I read reviews of it brewing slowly, but it was fine for me and my cafe...but after two months of use, it is not brewing properly...one day it didn't even brew...and since then, it's not brewing correctly and the coffee is weak. We have a formula for our coffee/water ratio, and we weigh our coffee ....none of that has changed! Not the best quality for large quantity brewing.

purchased 8 months ago and used about 3 times per month, filter basket started overflowing. Suggested solution provided by manufacture was to pour water slower into unit. This created new problem took too long to brew coffee, grounds settled in filter and over flows at filter basket. Refused to accept as defective. not sure what good an airpot brewer that can not brew enough coffee to fill an airpot.

The product works well as previously mentioned it is a little slower than say a bunn brewer but for the cost it does the job. Works well enought for small shops. I buy these for my customers to use in there cafes.

As others have noted, slow as can be. Do not believe the times stated in the listing. This thing takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to make an airpot of coffee. HOWEVER, for the price, it works well and is easy to use. At this price, it is perfect for a small needs retailer. If you need to slam out gallons every few minutes, look elsewhere. If you need ~60 oz per 20 minutes, then this is your huckleberry.

Brews fast, uses less coffee. Brews hot and consistently. Definitely recommend this product. Great value for the money, Webstaurantstore.com made the decision safe and easy. Used for a month so far.

This is great for low to medium volume, but for heavy everyday use it can be challenging to keep up. This may be better for catering.

I never thought it would be cost-effective for us to have a restaurant-quality coffee set-up in our office until I found webstaurantstore.com! I was able to get nearly all of our supplies from one site at a great price!

Would recommend this item for a very small volume coffee service situation. It works well but takes quite a long time to make a pot of coffee if you are used to one of the higher efficiency machines. The price is very good though so it is worth the money.

I love this pour over coffee maker, Super easy to use and clean. I can move it anywhere since there is no water hook up.
