While I've ordered these in the past & never had a problem, apparently they have switched suppliers. This product came haphazardly packaged in plain brown boxes, not in the normal product box. 2 of the teapots were dirty & sticky. One has what appears to be a sticky drink substance on the bubble wrap & then the teapot placed inside same bubble wrap, making it sticky & as if it's been used. The other had sticky substance in the bottom of the teapot. Not what I'd expect from this company, nor is this something I would allow my customers to purchase. I do hope in the future the teapots are packaged in their branded boxes, securely packaged for mailing, & clean.

These tea pots are super cute! i think people like to have a pot of tea and being able to see through it. The plastic is kind of cheap-ish looking. And if you run it through the dish washer (which I'm not even sure it's dish washer safe, but we run it through all the time) it will leave some water marks. Just wipe off when dry and you're all set. It's a great price for this item!

These may be great for light personal use, but did not last to more frequent commercial use. They mesh comes apart after a few uses and cleanings and must be thrown away.

These tea pots are two plastic pieces the issue I find is that between the clear plastic and the black plastic pieces moisture builds up. Or other things from the sink and dishwasher get between the plastic making them impossible to clean. Its very visible and the guest can see it through the clear plastic piece.

The glass is very thin and they do not stadd up the best to repeated coffee/tea shop use.

I've used this "tea ball" design for 15-20 years, bought my first one from another site and the rest from this site. The design has changed some over the years. While this most recent design is fine, I noticed the pour spout is wider, so if you aren't careful seems to spill more when pouring. The biggest difference is the mesh basket. The design now is taller, so it goes further into the pot, which is nice. But, the mesh isn't as fine, so there is a lot of sediment in the bottom of the pot. I've started using the mesh basket from an old pot, because there is so much sediment.

What a great look. Unfortunately we broke the first one due to a dishwasher error. It looked so good i ordered two more. Hope we have better luck because it really looks nice on the customers table. we get a lot of compliments.

Bought these for starter kits for herbal tea .asking for a few friends. Expected them to be cheap. They are not. The glass is shielded by the plastic to avoid cracks. The handle is solid and the lid is separate so no breaking hinges. Even the basket has no metal ring on the bottom allowing you to press in to eject the tea dregs. All in all I am very pleased with the quality and design as are the friends I sent them to. Unbelievable at this price.

I thought it would of been a little bigger but this size is still great. It's prefect for my family. The price is great too. I've seen this selling in other places for more.

These glass Tea Pots are beautiful and hold just the right amount of tea! My customers love them and they are easy to clean up.

This product has worked great for our loose leaf teas. It is the cheapest tea pot; however, we loved the way it worked. It did just the job we needed!

Love this infuser tea pot - the size is perfect for multiple people. The quality is good for the price - I have found this exact same item for sale on Amazon for 3 times the cost. The infuser is not as fine as I'd hoped but works well for most loose leaf teas, Infuser can be easily removed so that flowering pods can be used. I have bought several of the smaller ones and a couple of the larger ones for high tea events. Would recommend to others and would purchase again.

We love loved these so much for serving our customers tea. The wire basket dose well with keeping the tea from getting through and being left in the pot.

Very stylish and good build, the glass on these still fill flimsy but for the price you really can’t complain. The silver and bronze are cool looking. The wood ones are nice and these are very affordable

These tea pot infusers are really cute. We receive many compliments on them from our patrons. They hold up pretty well to abuse, but the mesh baskets are a bit flimsy. You need to be "kind" to the basket.

I was surprised at the size of this pot as I did think it was going to be a little bit bigger but overall the quality of it is still very much up to par.

These tea infusers are super cute and work well for couples who want to share tea or one person who doesn't want to get up from their work for a refill. The tea pot is also easy to clean and is not easily broken.

These 25 oz tea pot infusers are very cute and work wonderful. I love to drink loose leaf tea with my friends and this holds about 3 cups which is perfect! Love it! 10/10

For personal use, this isn't a bad little infuser. On a commercial scale it becomes a huge headache though. The mesh infuser basket itself is difficult to clean and falls apart pretty easily, while poking you with sharp stray wires. The glass is also on the delicate side, but with some care that becomes easy enough to navigate. The plastic handle and housing also does feel a little on the cheap side, but you get what you pay for. We've moved on to another product for our shop, though I do still use one at home. This just doesn't stand up well to repeated use.

love this teapot. perfect for brewing loose tea with the basket insert. I steep my tea and take the teapot outside in the garden for some fresh air and a good cup of tea, nothing better!

These are lovely and durable. We sell them on our resale shelving, and they look great filled with steaming tea. The value is great, as you really can’t beat the price!

Small but mighty is how I would describe this smaller pot. We bought both sizes for our small business. Customers love these and they're super affordable.

so earlier in the year I had bought the smaller pot and I thought it was sufficient for my needs but I started hosting tea parties more than my friends and when I bought the bigger pot it was just so much more accommodating and it seeps on such a l astonishing level it definitely brings out all the flavor in the tea and it is very well-balanced I would highly recommend this teapot to anyone

I wish I could give these a 5-star, but there's an issue with the filter basket. Most of the ones we received have a different metal basket than the wire one shown, which let's thru a little more sediment if you are doing loose leaf brews. The one that we got that had the wire basket that's shown came rusted around the weld tacks and along the bottom of the wire basket! Otherwise, the glass and plastic parts seem very sturdy - no problem there.

These teapots work great. They hold enough water for 2 cup refills for customers hot tea. The bad part is they do crack easily and the part between the glass and black does get stuff stuck in it.

Great quality for the price! Just like the 25 oz glass tea pot with infuser that I ordered, but large enough for multiple servings of tea. Overall a good product. I will definitely order it again!

Had previously order the smaller version of this, and the quality was unbeatable for the price. We went ahead and ordered this larger model, and are very happy with the product!
