Nice and heavy, feels good in the hand. Holds are the size of a toothpick. The cone will dent, so take care not to bang the sides too hard. Tap the bottom or use a rubber spatula.

We use this every few days to strain large corn on the cobs for a juice we make in house and it works beautifully. Don’t be intimidated by its size, it’s easy to wash and use.

The handle broke off after a few weeks of contant use,Cooks needed to be more gentle with product.

We needed a strainer that was totally stainless steel and this one satisfied our needs perfectly. It is also a good solid item to work with in manufacturing.

This is not the product we wanted to get. No easy process to return this.

Exactly as expected. This is not cheep and lightweight, but it’s also not heavy and too much. Holes are smooth and consistent, handle is spot welded in multiple places and will not break off. It fits across my sink exactly as I envisioned for rinsing, straining, separating whatever I’m working on. Cleans up easily.

This is a good strainer. I have the fine one too and both really help make out BBQ sauces and salad dressings smoother. Have to be gentle to avoid denting them.

Great China Cap strainer - it is large, but can hold a lot of whatever item you are straining. It is well made and heavy duty, great for daily kitchen use.

I Love These Caps! They're incredibly well-built. The price is spot on. They last solid good 12 months being kicked around my kitchen daily. The holes are big enough to allow a lot of liquid to flow through while being small enough to trap pretty much any particulate. Just about the only negative - sometimes they can be a little difficult to clean really well. Fortunately, the benefits hugely outweigh this small con.

I am very happy with these china cap strainers. They are very strong and durable. The course holes work great for our applications at our restaurant.

After about a year the spot welds fail and the pieces like the handle come unattached from the strainer. Not a bad price but would be willing to pay more for something That lasts longer

This item can really save you a ton of money when it comes to filtering your fryer oil, which is very expensive. I highly recommend it.
