Get a Cambro. This somehow flimsy. The insulation gasket pops off constantly. I ordered it thinking, "well, its a simple design, it should work just as well." I was mistaken. When you manage to get the door to close with the gasket intact, it works ok, but when you have to open and close it several times to refill your chafing pans, you will enter a level of hell that I had no idea existed. Your are welcome, for my sacrifice to the culinary gods, in giving you this heads up.

We love this product! When catering for a wedding over an hour way and arriving 2 hours prior to serving all our food was still off the smoker hot! We love them and will be ordering more!

Buyer be ware! Be sure to read what type of pans fit this carrier before purchasing. I'm not sure if those companies make different pans but some of those don't fit either. I bought four of these, the first time I used them 2 of the gaskets broke. They do keep things at the proper temperasure, but if the pans you already have don't fit you will need to buy more of them. Better off purchasing a quality product for a few more dollars, much cheaper in the long run. I recently purchased chaffing dishes, those pans do not fit either. Very dissatisfied

I ordered two - the black one and the red one. The black one works great. But the red one has yet to be used. When we got it, the latches were both broken. I've ready multiple reviews on this site saying the latches break. WebstauranteStore sent me another latch, and then we found that the second latch was broken. My biggest complaint is that Webstauranate refuses to expedite shipping. They will only ship ground because that's what was originally chosen. I chose that method in the beginning because it gave me enough time. But now, I've already missed on catering and had to borrow a cambro from a friend. I will have to do the same this week because Webstaurante refuses to make things right by either shipping a new product completely or the latch in a way that gets it to me by my event. Wish I would have bought a cambro.

This a must have for competition bbq! Keeps meat piping hot for an incredibly long time! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

this is a large, well made catering insulated box, from what i can tell. the gasket can be a little finicky, but once it's one, it seems to stay put. at something like half the price of other brands, it seems very much worth it.

THIS FOOD CARRIER IS INDESTRUCTIBLE I SWEAR. I'VE USED IT MANY TIMES IN MY CATERING BUSINESS AND NOT ONCE HAS IT DISAPPOINTED ME, THE MEALS ARE ALWAYS KEPT HOT AND WHENEVER I POP THE DOOR OPEN, FOGGY STEAM COMES RISING UP.

I received my Choice Pan Carrier quickly and it was in perfect shape. I've only used it once, loaded up with hot side dishes in 1/2 tin pans (mac n cheese, baked beans, etc...) and it kept them hot for over 4 hours. Very happy with it so far. Only thing I did notice is the door was not perfectly aligned when it arrived. I adjusted the door a little to be sure it was even on all sides. Easy adjustment. Highly recommend this product.

Used in our mobile units to keep food at temp. Passed inspection every time. Works best when not opening and closing a lot, but worked doing this for about 4 hours.

Some of the racks are too tight and sheet pans are not able to slide with ease.

I recently ordered this item but it came with a gasket that is not attached to the box. I don't know how to attach it and when I tried, the gasket seems to small to fit.

The hot box alleviates the need for an electric warmer for remote picnics and other events where power and/or equipment are not available.

Very happy with this. Keeps food really hot! Use this carrier during harvest taking food to the field. (Bought stainless steel divided full size steam table pans to use in carrier.) A little to heavy to carry so I leave carrier in the "meals on wheels" bus.

Love the cooler and it works well for our intended purpose. We even got to use it within a couple hours of it being delivered. Would have given it a 5 star but the one we received has a slight problem. The door does not adjust perfectly. Good Service from Webstaurantstore.com as well.

Durable and well made.Store yout hottest item on the bottom to keep everything hot for a couple hours a warm for awhile. Fits full size pans perfect. Easy cleanup. Food Carrier has provided a reduction in coolers to carry due to it's stackable space. We chill the removable door at least 24 hours in advance to help prolong chill times. The only fault in this product is the materials used in the hinged snap locks. They broke on us the first use due to the tension the new rubber seal creates. We order extra to be prepared for the next break so we do not potentially lose its use for an event 4 stars

These work so well to keep food hot! I took a prime rib out of the oven at 135 degrees and placed it in this box for 1 hour, all by itself, and it the prime warmed up to 155 degrees. We are pleased with these! They're pretty big, but we can fit 2 in the back of our suv.

Best BANG for the buck. I have got 3 so far. Only problem I've had was a gasket broke and Webstaurant took care of that the next day. They hold both half and full hotel pans and only half sheet trays. Food stays hot in it for long time. Parts if they break are available on the site and come quick and are easy to fix. I broke a hinge lock on accident. If you are shopping for a carrier this is the one to get.

This product is a must buy if you do a lot of catering, it's strong and sturdy, it keeps the food warm while waiting to replace the empty pans at the events. Highly recommended

AMAZING PRODUCT! Holds food at correct temp for extended amount of time (Hot of Cold), held for 6 hrs with no issues. Stack-ability makes for great staging at events. When fully loaded, is a bit on the heavy side.

These are a game changer in the catering world. We use them for bbq primarily, and they hold the heat so well, that we’ve pulled food out after 3 hrs that we could barely hold onto cause it was still so hot. These things are crazy!! We love them so much, I purchased another one tonight. Another great feature is that they stack perfectly on top of each other

This insulated food pan carrier is very heavy duty. I have previously purchased the Carlisle brand, but this appears to be just as sturdy. I have not had it for long, so I can not comment on longevity, but we are very pleased so far.

I would like to thank Webrestaurant for their excellent insulation box that we bought in May 2018. We are satisfied and our customers too. We have used it several times this summer and the food stays warm for a long time.

This a great value and keeps food hot and cold for several hours. Make sure to pre-heat or chill before use for best results. We have been able to transport three 4" pans and one 2 1/2" pan with the Microcore hot/cold pack and it has worked great! The only issue and reason for the 4 star rating is that arrived with a broken gasket around the door. However, we were able to easily heat seal it and it is working fine.

A must have for anyone who caters. As a venue owner keeping food hot is a challenge. These make things easy! These will accommodate any size pans.
