These ice buckets have been a life saver! They are super durable and can withstand a beating. I've seen the hard plastic buckets crack when knocked together full of ice, but these buckets are a workhorse in our restaurant for sure. We did find that the scoop was too small to be affective with our glassware, but not a deal breaker.

Exactly what I expected! It fits perfectly behind my bar and can easily be stored under my bar equipment to keep it out of the way. It does come with a hook that you can hang if you’d like

We used to use a large food storage container to transfer ice from the machine to the bar but this tote is so much better. The handle makes it super easy to carry and I love the lever thing on the bottom to make pouring easier.

This is a light weight duty ice bucket. I don't think it will hold up to heavy use in a restaurant scenario very well. Plastic is a bit thin.

Worked for 4 years (seasonal business) but then the blue part on the tote that is used to hang upside down on the wall broke. We tried to glue but that eventually failed as well.

Cheap, cheap, cheap, cheap product! Installed it Monday night and the plastic on the side that holds up the bucket ripped off by Wednesday night. I'll just stick to regular buckets for ice from now on.

Not a bad product for what it is intended but the wall hanger fell off about 3 weeks after installation. Tried gorilla glue to reattach but it fell off again a few days later.

This ice bucket is great, love the size and ease of use. Only thing that could be a little better is the mounting strip! It doesn’t stick well to smooth surfaces.

The basic bucket parts works great. IT was inexpensive and we have used ours for years. The only problem I had was that the hanger on the bucket came off very easy and did not last but a month or two

Used just under 2 weeks and already side bracket to hang has fallen off. Quite a disappointment. The mouth is also small so when you dump a scoop of ice in the bucket it goes all over the floor. If you are considering this ice bucket buy a different one.

The buckets themselves are great to have. they seem sturdy enough for getting ice. The wall brackets however seem to break pretty easily. We've purchased a few times and they break every time

overall the quality of the bucket, lid and handle are good. No issues there. We have 2 from a previous purchase and what we found overall was the hooks aren't the best and have a tendency over regular use to break on the bucket. they are plastic welded in three small spots and held on by a center piece of foam. If you add a bit of marine grade white epoxy when they do break, we have never had to mess with them agarter the epoxy. overall a good product aside from the hook. We use them even bough more.

This is a great ice bucket. The lid goes on VERY tightly. We use it multiple times a day. I was concerned that they were cheaper, but the quality is great.

These buckets are ok. They prevent employees from nesting them but, the mouth of the bucket is kind of small and sometimes I toss shovel's full of ice on the floor. The load it carry's also aren't very big. But over all its serves its purpose.
