We bought some of these a while ago and recently bought the same kind again. The last batch is definitely thinner than the older ones which was disappointing when first seeing them. But after using them, they are actually better. They are now a little more flexible and have a sharper edge on them if you are cutting dough. Win-Win - cheaper to produce and more functional.

Never received. I bought this after reading other reviews but this product was not stiff enough to cut the bread dough and couldn't scrap the bread dough of the stainless mixing bowl.

When I first received this, I didn't think I would use it as much as I do, but...I use it all the time. It is one of my favorite kitchen tools.
This product is super easy to use and is flexiable and strong to hold heavy heavy dough! I lvoe thsi product and definitely will reorder in the future!
My favorite tool. These are great! Inexpensive, flexible, and sturdy enough to hold up when moving heavy doughs. I always keep at least 3 of them in my kitchen!
