I bought 4 of the 8" round stacking dough pans so I could store pizza dough in the refrigerator over night. Previously, I had to put all the pizza dough in one container, then divide it into 4 separate pieces. Problem is when you divide it, it does not start out round and it is much more difficult to make round pizza with dough that is straight on 2 sides. The stacking dough pans solved the problem beautifully and at a very reasonable price. When I separate the dough at the beginning of the process and store them in 4 pans overnight, I get pretty round dough balls when I remove them. Not only that, but stacking the pans on the top shelf takes up very little room in the refrigerator. I also bought one lid to put on the top pan when they are stacked. A much better system than before.

Very slow at processing orders to ship. Not recommended if you need it fast unless you are willing to spend a lot of money on a small purchase. Had to review the product just to submit this. Not sure on the product yet.

They are mThese pans do not stack well at all. They lean to one side or the other. I purchased 800 for my pizzeria and regret the purchase. I was trying to save $$$ but, like usual, the more expensive brand was the way to go.

We got eight of these so we can queue up eight pizzas for a pizza party. They stack so the dough stays moist as long as you also get the lid.
We have used these for proofing dough and for portioning chicken wings on our all you can eat chicken wing night. They're inexpensive and durable. Highly recommend!

Excellent dough pan. After cold proofing the pizza is the perfect size and shape for stretching.
Unfortunately, they did not hold very well! I purchased about 400 for both of our stores and within days they started to dent, they don't lock, and as one previous reviewer said it dries out the dough. Granted they are cheaper than the alternative but if we are replacing them every 2 years this cheap option it's not worth it. I am not sure what type of support there is for dented cans from the MFG but if anyone has any idea please let us know, we would love to send them back and have them reshaped and brought back.

Oil them up and plop your dough in, they work perfectly. Only gripe is the stickers, it takes scrubbing and chemicals to get the glue off. They did come in a plastic bag I would suggest to the manufacturer to label the bag and not the pan.
Excellent construction, cleans very easily, and stacks as designed - the perfect pan for proofing doughs; we take our grandma pie doughs 72 hours in fermentation so these pans are critical. The doughs transfer from the pans easily at room temperature, we do not need to oil the pan either to prevent sticking; these pans do, indeed, stack nicely - we've been able to increase the number of dough in refrigeration as we'd hoped. As you can see from the results, the dough had the perfect environment for fermentation - we'll be using these from here on out, great product!. .
Amazing price, great size for proofing individual dough. Easy to stack, easy to clean and very space saving for those that proof dough overnight in the fridge.
Good lane, however one of mine came deformed. I don’t believe it was from shipping, most likely this way from factory. I was able to bend it back a little but it doesn’t create a good seal between the two pans (see photo). I would recommend the 9” pans.

These round stacking dough pans save me so much space in my refrigerator. I am a home pizza maker and need the room. I ordered 6 of them and they are a life (and space) saver.
As a home pizza cook - this pan really has upped my dough game. It seems well made, and is easy to clean. The pans stack together, forming their own lid. For the top pan, a lid is also offered here on the site. I think the size is about right for the dough balls I make. I would recommend this to others.

I found this 8" dough pan to be very useful. I also purchased the lid that goes with it so you basically make you dough, put it in the bowl and cover to proof.
This is a great way to proof pizza dough with the ability to stack them if you purchase the lid. The only down side is you have to have a bunch of them because you only can proof one dough per pan.
Seems okay to me. Pans are locking together and its so much cheaper compared to other places online and locally. Id buy it again in the future
We would only give 3 stars because the pan are not locking. Which means, the air would get in the pan and dry u the dough.
This round stacking tell Pam is pretty cool it works for proofing your ddot they're totally stackable but take a little air so it's still proves you know what a fantastic product
these dough pans clean so easily. The bottoms are slightly heavier than the sides so it stays put whether your using one so stacking multiple.
I use this dough pan for my pizza dough and it lasts forever, very easy to stack one on top of other and is non stick as well
Initially, I really liked this product. It did a nice job allowing the dough to rise and the stackable feature was nice. Upon washing them, they discolored and look really bad. At this point, I will likely purchase a plastic Cambro product as a replacement.

These pans are perfect. I bought them for pizza dough but use them for a whole lot more The fact that they are stackable makes it easier to keep more in the same area.
A good size pan to use for proofing a small batch of dough or pizza dough, being metal it conducts hot and cold very well.
I absolutely love this dough pan. I can make my dough in advance and then store it in the fridge in these stacking pans until I'm ready to use it.
I should have known, but it is bigger than I had imagined. Works great for large New York style pizzas. Definitely too big for Neapolitan style pizza though. Dough comes out easily with flour or olive oil. The lid fit loosely on top which seems ok. If you need any even tighter seal, use something less or use plastic wrap.
Perfect for our rising dough. They stack nicely and are holding up great to every day use. After several washes they clean up good. No problems with hot or cold storage.
I was looking for a refrigerator storage solution for my bread and pizza dough and recalled the stacking tins of the Pizzerias I worked in during the 80s. Couldn't beat the specs and price here... so I took a chance. Exactly what I wanted/needed and heavier duty than I expected!. I ordered 6 plus 2 lids, I'll be ordering at least twice that again soon. I love this pan. Where the pan is large you can fit all kinds of dough in it. I have put 35 ounces of dough in mine before. These are real thick also, not like the cheap thin ones. i also think these seal better than the plastic boxes/trays. I have multiple versions of both. Remember to order a lid per stack of pans.
I ordered 3 of these and while 2 were perfectly fine, the 3rd one had a large dent in the bottom causing the pan not to sit flat on the counter. There was no damage to the shipping container, so clearly the item was dented before it was shipped. I doubt I'll order more from webstaurantstore if this is the quality I can expect.
These pans are just like the pans that my favorite pizza parlor uses. I use them at home when I make my own pizza dough.
I ordered a pair of these for my home kitchen as I do a lot of baking. They are attractive pans and look nice on the counter. I have also used them to cool things in the refrigerator as the metal reacts well to changes in temperature.
These pans work great for my pizza dough cold rise in the fridge, they nicely stack to save room. A little olive oil in the bottom before a dough ball goes in and I can just turn it upside down to drop it out when I'm ready to make my pizza! They do have a limit of how large a dough ball can fit, due to the dough rising and starting to hit the pan above it when stacked (I'd estimate around 12oz ball max).
These dough pans are great. They priced great as well! Cleaned them a few times already and they clean great. They stack a little loose but won't tip.
