We bought two of these for an event to serve 150 people fresh brewed coffee. I was a little nervous because I didn’t have time to test out their heat retention before the event. I brewed the coffee and poured it into the dispensers at 7AM and started serving at 9AM. The temperature didn’t decrease at all! There was about 1/4 of a dispenser left and I decided to test it out further by checking it the following day (24 hours later) and it was still warm! Not fresh out of the pot warm but think of if you poured a cup of coffee and let it sit for 3-4 minutes. VERY satisfied! The only downside is you do have to be careful in traveling if you have it completely full. I got a little coffee on me and my car, but now that I know this I will fill it a little less and be more careful in movements!

I bought this a few months ago. I have literally used it twice. And the spigot leaks. We even replaced the spigot and it still leaks. I am pretty sure it is a malfunction of the product. When we took off the old spigot there was a hole in the foam where the spigot covers it. Webstraunt will not replace the item because it has been "to long" since purchase. Even tho I have only used this 2 times and it leaked both times.

I use this to serve samples of Hot Chai Tea at farmers markets. It is AMAZING! It keeps it steaming hot during the entire duration for like 7 hours! So happy it is easy to transport, safe and most importantly keeps it steaming hot!

Cheap plastic are used for the current clamps. Broke when trying to secure older models the plastic isn't as brittle

Great insulated beverage dispenser. Keeps beverage hot for hours. The only down side is if dispenser is shaken or tilted it leaks beverage from lid seal.

This dispenser keeps beverages hot for hours, is easy to use and clean. However, the latches break easily thus rendering the entire unit unsafe and useless. We have had to replace the latches several times, and this time the replacement part has been unavailable for months. No idea when or if it will become available. If I had to do it over, I would not buy this unit because the latches are so fragile.

We absolutely love this product. It keeps our products warm for at least 12 hours. It also helps when we are catering an event with our drinks because it makes transporting it easier and less messy.

It only holds 4 gallons. Also, dispensor leaks and has since the second use :( Does keep drinks hot.

The lid has a gasket very loose and does not seal well. I removed lid a few times and gasket falls off. 3 times a month on Saturdays hoping it would be better. I am going to see if I can glue gasket on to get a better seal.

Very cheaply made product. We've use it twice and both latches have broke when trying to close and seal the top. We've been very gentle each time, nothing changes that this product is junk with the latches provided.

I recommend you don’t purchase this product. The latch broke the first time I went to close the lid. Customer service was helpful and sent me another for free. I very, very carefully closed the product after installing the new latch, and it broke too. Unusable.

I was very impressed by the amount of time this kept water for our hot chocolate bar very hot! Hours later and steam still comes out. Definitely a bargain!

Love having this for large events. It does keep drinks hot for up to five hours for us and after that the temperature only dropped a few degrees. Perfect for weddings and parties.

These are great! We replaced some really old containers we were using for catering events, and these worked great. Definitely keep the coffee hot for many hours. They look very clean and it is nice to have all our hulk coffee carafes the same.

This dispenser is great at keeping temp and it's easy to clean, but a little large for my business' needs. I will be getting one of the 2.5-gallon sizes soon. In general, though, this is a great insulated beverage dispenser.

We use this for our big events where we bring hot coffee. Does a great job in keeping the coffee hot and is super light so not too much of a burden to carry. Biggest downside is that it is hard to clean and the plastic retains the smell of coffee.

We love these hot boxes. They keep beverages hot for over 6 hours which is great for catering events without electricity. They travel well and don't leak.

This Beverage Dispenser looks amazing when I take it to catering events. The black color looks very tasteful AND trendy and lends a classy look to my business. Additionally, the drinks I served from it stayed cold over a period of 2 days, making it evident that this product is well insulated.

LOVE THIS!!! The hinged lid fits nice & snug keeping bevs hot/cold for 24 hours! I know for a fact because when I picked it up next day the coffee was still hot. Just over 1/2 the price of a cambro at my local Restaurant Depot too!

These dispensers are burly and seal very well... LOTS of coffee, kept VERY hot, for a long time! We appreciate their rugged composition, as they don't show the bumps they inevitably receive!

This is the best value dispenser that I have found. Insulation is good and there is very little temperature drop each hour until the unit has lost some of its volume. It was absolutely worth the investment.

This product does a wonderful job of keeping my beverages hot! Both the lid and the spout are very tight, no leakage at all. Plus, the staff answered all my questions about the item and even had it shipped from a warehouse closer to me so I would get it sooner! Great job, guys!

Great easy to use, they have a handwash top attachment that works really well with this. We dispense green tea from it and its easy to haul around, clean and serve!
