I own several franchised cookie stores (Great American Cookies) and we use these cases at times to sell some of our cookies out of. I've purchased two in the last two years and decided to purchase another this year. This third case I purchased was from Webstaurant and the case was manufactured by choice (my other two were not made by choice). Unfortunately, the shelves are not wide enough. It's hard to explain, but if you don't exactly slide the shelf into the case in the exact center of the brackets that hold the shelves, the shelves will fall. Either the case should be about 1/4 inch narrower or the shelves should be 1/4 inch wider. I am pretty disappointed in this case made by Choice and will not purchase another made by them. I'll be going through old invoices to see who made my first two cases and purchase future cases from them. Oh, and I have no idea in the world how this "flaw" in manufacturing design could have passed quality control. Sorry to say it, but I would NOT recommend this item!

We use a couple of these cases at the farmers' markets we sell at and they are very sturdy! Others have not held up as nicely. Not only is this case great for displaying your delicious baked goods but it's a great value when comparing price and quality.

I have 2 other cases that have acrylic hinges that I love. After my store was open for 2 days (4 hours each) the metal screw hinge on this one already lost a screw and is messed up. I wish this had the acrylic hinges too. I still love the look of the case

Honestly, this is kind of a piece of garbage. It barely lasted us 6 months. The trays all cracked, the screws all came loose. It's just not a durable unit whatsoever, and we aren't even a particularly high volume shop. If you're opening and closing this thing a few times per day, sure, go ahead. But if you're going to constantly be opening and closing it...look elsewhere. I'm not pissed that I bought it, I would just NEVER buy it again.

The size is good for a small counter space. The only complain in the instruction sheet which is photocopied and hard to read. Also the instructions can be confusing. Be prepared to spend at least 30min to assemble this case. The magnet to hold the doors may need adjustment, Also the doors were not aligned and there is no way to adjust that.

With limited space in my tiny new bakery and only one high counter to work with for displays, I needed something that would show off my baked goods well and be reasonably priced. The Choice 3 tray display was the right choice for me. I have two displays side by side on my high counter that I can easily access. I like the clarity and sturdiness of these displays. Out of the box the pieces were a bit staticky and tiny bits of styrofoam were everywhere, but after a little clean up they are bright and clear. Assembly isn't bad if you take your time and line the pieces up properly. Compared to other cases, these are definitely a bargain and that is just what I needed for my new business. A tip: I put a piece of Contact Beaded grip under each display for a little extra cushion and stability for my counter.

I love the design and aesthetic of the case. It looks very professional. However, it’s durability and construction left much to be desired. The doors never hung straight or aligned properly. The screws were always backing out of the hinges—lost several screws over the few months the case was in use. Had to get new ones at the hardware store. The acrylic scratches easily. I took this case with me once per week to the farmer’s market, it saw 18 total days worth of use, and by the end of the season it was cracked and damaged beyond repair. We weren’t throwing it around or anything either-this case was treated with care but had zero staying power. I’ll probably buy another because there don’t appear to be many other options for cupcake cases out there, but I was seriously disappointed in this case falling apart after so little use.

This display case is easy to build, easy to move around, and affordable. It does the job but it isn't the most attractive option and we eventually upgraded to another glass option available from WebstaurantStore for not much more money and a better overall look.

Not great for long term use but great for short term. When I opened my bakery we needed a case that would arrive quickly as everything else was backordered. I've had 3 of these cases and with all of them, after about 6 months of use, the screws started falling out, even after many attempts to secure them. This eventually lead to the doors falling off and attempts to find new screws to fit because they kept getting lost.

I was looking for an affordable but decent size display case for a vendor event I was participating in. This was PERFECT. I used it for muffins and breads for that event, but also stored cocoa bombs in it during the winter season. Easy to assemble, looks great, easy to clean. Just make sure to dry with a towel so it doesn't get water spots.

This case is a pain. We assembled it according to instructions, but there is no way for the self serve doors to stay secured. One little bump and they have fallen at our customers' feet. Bite the bullet initially and get a case that is a little more expensive, because you will end up buying a nicer one once you realize how much of a pain this one is.

Looks great! It's sturdy but lightweight enough to move from event to event. The only problem is that the screws provided to attach the handles don't actually fit. It's not a huge problem since the doors aren't for customers (they're in the back), but they're loose using the screws in the kit.

This not only looks great for 1/2 the price of others out there however it keeps the pastries nice and fresh when we put them out!

I have only had the case for about 2 weeks, but so far, so good! I searched for quite a while for a case that was in my price range that also fit my needs (back door, 3 shelves, removable shelves). All pieces came in the box, nothing was scratched, all screws were included. It only took a 19 yr. old girl 20 minutes to assemble! The doors close with little effort. My only complaint...I do wish that the handles were lower on the doors (nearer to the magnet strips)-This was a design/engineering problem. I read some bad reviews on this item, but I only have good things to say.

This was PERFECT for what we needed. We used to individually wrap each baked item but bought this and have doubled our baked item sales. It looks so nice on our counter right next to our dispensers of fresh brewed coffee. It has paid for itself in just a few weeks!

My wife and I are vendors at local farmer's markets. The case was purchased to display our fresh baked goods. This allows us to put more out, while using less table space. We have received numerous complements on how professional it looks on our table.

I bought this case to sell product at holiday markets years ago. It didn't get used much until a deli I worked at needed a dessert case for my line of products. We were able to use it right next to the register where customers could see through it at all angles. The case is easy to clean (a simple wipe with a microfiber cloth!) and is lightweight if it needs to be moved. We also wrote on the case with paint markers, which worked like dry erase. It made for a fun display.

I have purchased 3 of these. The first one came broken and they immediately replaced it. But I ordered couple more and one did come broke but I glued it because I didn’t want to complain. The cases are great except they don’t clos right the doors are off balance ALL THREE. I build all three and assumed I made an identical error to all 3 an had someone else try to fix there is nothing you can do to fix the doors one goes higher and it leaves a space I will post pics but other than that I love them just wish that no flies could get in when we have shop doors open.

This has been a great pastry case. Ever since putting it next to our register, our pastry sales have increased markedly. The size is also great for about 15 muffins per tray.

Wish it would have lasted longer for the price. Screws kept falling out. Great concept. Just needs more engineering to keep screws from falling out.

I purchased this item some time ago and have been using it for lack of buying something else and at least to get my money out of it. It is poorly made and wobbles, the screws constantly are coming out and the door falls off; I've had to tape it. For the cost I would have thought it to be more sturdy and will have to replace very soon.

After getting quoted extremely high amounts for bake cases, I found this one that was so much more affordable. It works great, looks nice, and the rear doors make it look more professional.

I love this display, the customer can really appreciate the product without even opening the doors, big enough to hold many many pastries but still nice size for your counter top without taken much space.

We display all our homemade cookies here and it’s wonderful. I’ve had about a year and it’s still beautiful! Good quality plastic. Doesn’t slide around and stays in place.

Four tray bakery display case. I use it for my convenience store because I want to display my items but I want to serve them to my customers. The size is perfect.

This is a great looking bakery case, we have it in our customer waiting room and it works and looks great! So professional, at first the inside trays would move a bit while loading, but now we've learned to handle it. Customers use tongs so tray shifting is not a problem at all.

Having baked goods in a coffee shop is a must and this case displays our muffins, cookies, and brownies perfectly. Looks good, holds up well to use everyday, and is built well.
