I replaced a very expensive glass display with this acrylic one and have NO regrets. Cookies, cakes and sweets display well and stay fresh.

Initially very nice, however this unit does not hold up well. We used it 1x per week as an additional display on busy weekends. It's only been a couple of months and I'm having to look for something different because the acrylic is cracked, broken off, and splintering. Do not recommend.

We display 9 varieties of cookies daily. The 2 and 4 shelf have customer access, the 3 shelf is does not. Probably would have got the 4 shelf but we did not want to allow self service.

we display our Waffle cones in these !Ended up taking the Doors off as we sell so many cones its pointless to have them on. Clean up easy !

My wife and I are vendors at local farmer's markets. The case was purchased to display our fresh baked goods. This allows us to put more out, while using less table space. We have received numerous complements on how professional it looks on our table.

i have had these for a little while now and they work good. the screws have come out and are so tiny they are hard to find replacements for but other than that they work great

I bought this case to sell product at holiday markets years ago. It didn't get used much until a deli I worked at needed a dessert case for my line of products. We were able to use it right next to the register where customers could see through it at all angles. The case is easy to clean (a simple wipe with a microfiber cloth!) and is lightweight if it needs to be moved. We also wrote on the case with paint markers, which worked like dry erase. It made for a fun display.

This display case is great... even customers that normally don't shop with me stop to look at the items... We display Churros, Funnel Cakes and Fresh Mini Donuts... Thank you for your great customer service also.

Good value. Went together pretty quickly & holding up well, so far. Only issue is that the rubber feet don't haven't stayed on very well...minor, but irritating.

I have purchased 3 of these. The first one came broken and they immediately replaced it. But I ordered couple more and one did come broke but I glued it because I didn’t want to complain. The cases are great except they don’t clos right the doors are off balance ALL THREE. I build all three and assumed I made an identical error to all 3 an had someone else try to fix there is nothing you can do to fix the doors one goes higher and it leaves a space I will post pics but other than that I love them just wish that no flies could get in when we have shop doors open.

i purchased four display cases, one was damaged during shipping. we called and it was replaced right away! They are easy to put together and they look great! They are sturdy and just as described! we will be making all our business purchases from Webstaurant in the future. Looking forward to a lasting partnership with them for our business needs!

This has been perfect for displaying an assortment of pastries in our cafe. It is easy to clean and trays can be removed for refrigeration and put back in the next day.

I'm happy with the display case however there is issues with the 2 front doors. The bottom door plastic knot thats inserted in the hole is to short. Eveytime the door opens it falls off. Can something be done about this problem? Can front doors be replaced? I'm thinking of purchasing more only if this problem can be corrected. Thank you

I purchased a few of these for a farmers market to display my baked goods. Although I've only used it once so far I have to say that this display case was not only very easy to set up but enhances to look and professionalism in a mobile environment. I also had a little bit of a glitch with one of the displays and Custer service took cake of my problem immediately. Great product and company to deal with.

I’m giving a 5 star because I absolutely love this display case-BUT… most of the little “feet” have already fallen off and are lost…it’s pretty heavy so moving it around can be a bit difficult, but it’s well made and it serves its purpose-and then some!

I love these! We have 4 of them we use in our bakery, and they’re perfect. They’re sturdy and have held up well under daily constant use. Perfect for cookies, pastries, and other thinner desserts. I wouldn’t recommend for cakes or cupcakes, but a definite must have for bakeries.

I use this 2 Tray Bakery Display Case to display my baked goods like donuts and muffins. This is a perfect display to show the customers what you have.

Attractive display case for muffins, donuts. Would be nice to be able to buy replacement trays as one cracked right away. Door Hinge screws didn't last long so we needed to replace with something more durable. Overall, it does the job.

The bakery display case is perfect to display our chocolates at farmer's markets. It is crystal clears so it instantly grabs the customer's attention as they walk by.

Door has issues after using for a few months but besides that its was worth the price.

I really want to love this product, however for the price the case trays that come with them are absolute TRASH!!! they break very easily, even when handling carefully and are expensive to replace.

Very flimsy, broke less them a year

I love the design and aesthetic of the case. It looks very professional. However, it’s durability and construction left much to be desired. The doors never hung straight or aligned properly. The screws were always backing out of the hinges—lost several screws over the few months the case was in use. Had to get new ones at the hardware store. The acrylic scratches easily. I took this case with me once per week to the farmer’s market, it saw 18 total days worth of use, and by the end of the season it was cracked and damaged beyond repair. We weren’t throwing it around or anything either-this case was treated with care but had zero staying power. I’ll probably buy another because there don’t appear to be many other options for cupcake cases out there, but I was seriously disappointed in this case falling apart after so little use.

Overall great concept but needs a little work. Very easy to clean and great size but the screws kept falling out. I am currently using with only one door.

Buyers Beware! I had purchased 2 of these cases in the last few years and decided we needed 2 more for additional events. We received 2 cases that are NOT the same as the pictures, description or measurements indicated. They are 2 1/2 inches shorter in width, which means we can only get 12 Cinnamon Rolls vs the 15 we get from our first set. Plus they are not as well made, and they do not have the magnetic closure, so the doors just open on their own occasionally, especially when we're transporting them. . After talking with Customer Service, we were told that they can not replace them because there is a disclaimer beneath the picture that states Style may vary.... Very disappointed with Webstraurant right now. I have been a very happy customer until now.

These are great cases to clearly display our French macarons, only negative is that they do not hold up well when used for pop-ups and events (which is what we needed them for). The acrylic doesn't hold the screws well when moved around regularly.

Good case, but screws tend to work loose on the doors when its used alot.

This unit started off as a good solution for my low volume business. However, the only things that holds the front together and the customer-facing doors on (I did not install the handles on these, as I did not want to allow self service) are two small screws into a plastic rod across the front. Unfortunately, what were provided with the unit were machine screws, rather than the tri-lobular screws more appropriate for plastic, and one of them has never held well. The result is that the front door falls off and I have to repeatedly monitor that screw. The only fix is to glue it in. Also, the trays scratch with normal hand washing, so the presentation quality fades quickly.

Tray is very nice, but seeing as it is plastic it is hard to clean and get back to the perfect look. after a year ours is starting to look a bit dingy. We just used it for already packaged cookies to hand over to customers.
