These gloves are really a must have for anyone with a smoker. We use a commercial grade smoker and it makes it so easy and safe reaching in and out with these gloves on. They keep your hands from the heat and have a surprisingly good grip when holding the smoked meat. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a quality pair of BBQ gloves!

work great to grab large pieces on a grill and separating pork or chicken, they seem to wash ok. the fit is tight but do stretch after a break-in period. not as slick as silicone types.

The gloves are awesome! We use them to handle our rotisserie machine split. You cant feel the heat at all. The first pair we bought lasted us about a year. Still great deal for the amount of use we have given them within that year. The material on the inside is soft, that's a plus.

I think every kitchen should have a pair of these gloves. They keep the heat out without sacrificing dexterity. I have used these jarring things like pickles in boiling water and felt almost no heat when getting the jars out.

We used to buy the longer 16" gloves but switched to these. They are just as good and cheaper. They provide the same protection from the fryers and filtering machines as the 16" ones

Did not like these. They have a very strong chemical-like smell, and leave my hands smelling strange as well. I do not feel comfortable using these to handle hot food directly because of how strong their odor is.

Work as described. Protects well against handling hot items.

These gloves are expensive, but they hold up so much better than any of the other oven gloves that we end up saving money in the end. Also, not burning my employees is a big plus.

The San Jamar Rotissi Glove is very helpful when taking pans out of a steamer. The only down side to them is the bulkiness that they have.

These gloves work great for handling very hot meats. We use the longer gloves for loading and unloading the meats off of our smoker in our restaurant.

These are tough as nails. We use these to carry our waste oil to the bin and they provide great protection. They have held up well.

our health department will not let us use cotton gloves to carry hot pans. so we purchased these. they do the job and hold up well ... but we would not have spent this much if the health department hadn't required it. cloth hot gloves work just as well.
