This fully adjustable cup rack is a great asset to have in our coffee shop. The top lid storage area allows us easy access to our lids. We like how it is so easy to clean, stock and keep stocked since all cups are visible throughout the day.

Helps clean up our limited counter space. A bit pricy, but couldn't find anything else that was close to what we were looking for.

Suckers won’t keep it in place properly

I wanted to love this, I have used them in other establishments. The rubber tubing on the springs isn't helpful and makes putting cups in and taking them out very difficult. cut it off and it's better.

These work very well with either styrofoam, clear, or paper cups. We use them in our coffee shop to hold all sizes and kinds.

Will work for our coffee shop. Not as precise for cup removal, but quality is good!

Overall, convenient storage for our cups as well as our regular and dome lids. Only complaint is that the band that keeps the cups in place has a tendency to loose its elasticity over time. Other than that, great product!

This cup dispenser has bee great! The suction cups on the feet work nicely to hold the assembly in place and the adjustable dispensers work great. We’ve had two of these dispensers now for 4 years and they have held up well. We do keep these close to a wet environment and they often get splashed with water. The parts that have gotten wet daily have started to rust which is understandable.

This vertical counteertop lid and organizer is perfect for any drink station. We use it for our slushy station. Very nice and doesn't takes up a lot space. Fits perfect on a counter top

A very good quality and professional look cup organizer. We use it to hold our M and L size cup and Hot drink cup. Perfect! The suction cups at the bottom make it stay securely on the counter so it never moves around or fall.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. We originally just had cups stacked up that we serve slushies and ice cream in. The stacks would get knocked over and it was just not efficient. With the rack, it takes up much less room than our originally set up, we have them organized by size and so it’s more efficient and neater on our counter.

Gear product. The price can be a little intimidating at but it is well worth the investment. It is well built and is very useful for bakeries and cafes.

This product is absolutely great. It’s not too big but not too small, so it’s great. You can fit it mostly anywhere and it’s the perfect size for organizing the cups & lids. It looks great anywhere it’s placed. It keeps everything extremely organized and the cups and lids do not get stuck! It’s very easy to remove them.

We sell 3 size coffees and the same lid fits all 3 sizes so this holder is perfect for our needs. It does not take up much space and holds enough product top get us thru a few days.

The San Jamar cup and lid organizer has worked well beside our slush machine. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to clean. We have had no problems with cups falling out.

I was skeptical at first about the tension adjustment, but in reality it is very clever and offers a strong hold at essentially infinite gradations. The rubber rollers are well made for the job, the unit looks decently on our beverage counter and it is stable.

this has helped our order area come together. once you adjusted the springs its easy to use and the holders at the top are great for putting smaller 2oz cups in which has reduced the clutter at our register stand

Cup organizer is exactly as advertised. Good construction, looks nice, very functional. makes it easy to get your cups and lids. I would definitely recommend this product.

Holds about 50 12 oz and about 50 20 oz cups and around 100 lids. Greatly convenient for customers and employees easy to see and easy to assemble.

When looking for a cup/lid organizer, I wanted something very low cost that still got the job done while taking up the least amount of counter space possible. In the end, I picked this one for just 2 cup size options. It also lets us have lids and heat sleeves on top. It really works well. We can fill it from behind too which is nice. The suction cups work nicely on our epoxy coated wood countertop. The suction cups almost work too well since its hard to position perfect the first time but I'm glad they hold up to the use. I like the idea of the adjustable cup size but I will say it doesnt work perfectly every single time. Overtime they will need adjusting but its a small price to pay for such a good deal thats perfect for us.

These are the ultimate cup dispenser. By having the lids right above makes our service time much faster. we have several in each store by each machine. Much better built then others...

GREAT PRODUCT! Does not take up much room and it holds enough you aren't filling it up every time you turn around. Very easy to move so you can clean under it as well. You really can't go wrong buying your products here.

Why did'nt I order this a long time ago? This organizer not only keeps our cups and lids sanitary but also from falling behind the counter. This is just the right size for small areas too. Love it!

I got two of these organizers to hold our shake and blizzard cups between our soft serve machines. I got the lid organizer spindles X101987 to hold our PET dome lids with the holes in the top and the system works great. Also add the straw organizer C8500S for straws and spoons and everything is in one place!

This item is awesome because it holds several sizes and keeps the cups neat and organized. I keep three sizes and lids on the top and I don't know what I would do without this.

The adjustable cup holders were an added option I didn't see when I ordered this. It works great, as long as you "jiggle" the cups a little bit when you pull them out. I thought this one (without the plastic "wall") would look funny, but it looks great.

i gave it 4 starst because i think it is to pricy just form the sand up one bien like 20 bucks. but this way is deff more convenient and can fit a larger variety of cups.

great value for the buck...I use this in my coffee station alonfg with sanjar cup holder and this works great,,easy to adjust for the thickness of cup,,,

This is the perfect cup and lid rack. The suction cups on the feet do a good job of holding the rack to our table.
