Big fan of these compared to more traditional oven mitts - you have much more control over handling hot objects. That said, it's not heat proof, so you still have to ensure you're putting the hot object down ASAP. Still manageable and better than the alternatives.

good price, nice fit. We bought several pairs for each of our staff. They are washable. One thing, we noticed that after washing them, their ability to withstand heat is affected. Older pairs get hot if you hold hot pans too long.

These oven mitts are great and work just as well as the competitor. I like that you can get multiple pairs of these for less that the other big brands. The non-slip nubs on the gloves are nice too and work pretty well but they aren't super tacky.

We used to use "ove gloves" and we decided to give these a try due to the affordable price. Glad that we did because they are better.

Great gloves for hot plates. Our kitchen staff love these gloves, saves them from burns!! Of cook uses them will cooking and the other workers use them for moving plates.

We have purchased at least three or four pairs of these gloves. These work great for when you need to maintain dexterity during use, great heat resistance as well as non slip grips. Our staff fights over who gets to use these versus any of our others

Super helpful to avoid burns and even protect counters. Be careful if you accidentally touch hot water with them it will hold the heat on you hands!

Bought these for my cooks when we had a BBQ for 5000 people. They thanked me. Even with the grill on the lowest settings the flare ups would create a lot of heat. These helped tremendously

Very happy with these heat resistant gloves. They work very well and do a great job at handling large hot pans out of the oven. Double thumbs up!

These work great! I use them everyday now! I prefer them over regular oven mits because you can get a better grip on things with these.

The hot mill knit gloves work well for sub 400 degree temperatures. I felt that they were a bit "thin" in the material strength to stand up to high temp.. but they are great for low temp work.

The "Hot Mill Knit Gloves" are one of the best random kitchen purchases I've made. The manufacturer is Cordova, item # 3830. These are so much better than oven mitts. You have full dexterity and they're actually quite comfortable and soft on the inside. The value on this is also amazing. There is another nearly identical product in looks from another company for twice the price. I can't speak to the qualitative difference but all I know is these gloves serve their purpose perfectly, no complaints for half the price of the other guy. I highly recommend getting yourself a pair of these. You won't regret it, especially for so cheap.

These work great for grabbing hot pans. I like the glove style vs the mitten when you are working in the kitchen these help a lot.

These are great gloves. The fingers allow for dexterity while handling sheet pans. You can feel the heat but they're good enough for baking up to 400F and for putting sheet pans in and out of the oven.

Unfortunately, my baker did not like these gloves. He said they got hot after only a few seconds, much quicker than other gloves he'd used before. I was hoping these would work for him, since the finger gloves make it easier to grab onto pans. However, it doesn't matter how well you hold onto a pan, if it's burning your fingertips anyway. We've gone back to the mitten-type glove for now.

Works great for grabbing pans in and out of the oven. If you need to hold onto a hot surface for too long these will eventually get hot - anything over 20 seconds I recommend getting a different kind.

I've been using these gloves for cooking for a couple of years now. They have held up great. You still have the dexterity to grab hot pots/pans compared to bulkier products. I've even brought them on camping trips last few summers as well.

These work very well for protecting against heat. They do take a little time to "break in," though, it can be a pain to get your fingers in until they've loosened up a bit.

these are pretty good hot work gloves, great when you consider the low price. Very happy. No burns. Works welll. The only shortfall with this style is you can’t shake them off, takes two hands, just be careful

These are great! One of my assistants was making a batch of candy and I said something smells like its burning, she couldnt see anything that was obviously on fire and figured it was sugar that got on the burner. Turns out it was the pinky finger of the glove! it was on fire and she didnt even know! So great gloves, just be careful around open flames.

The mits work well with grabbing hot items from the oven. They do not seem to be able to withstand prolonged heat, however. Taking items from the oven will not to be released shortly after doing so or you will feel the heat on your hand.

These are so good for the price. Our staff loves them so much we gave them all a pair to take home. Used everyday and cheap enough to throw away after using for a while. Highly recommend!!

Bought these gloves for our cooks thinking they would help with the heat of the grill when it came time to clean it. The gloves do protect from the heat but they did not last very long. It only took a few cleanings and the gloves started to get holes in them Not of great quality.

Love these hot gloves. They do what they are suppose to and they are easy to throw in the wash and clean. I just wish it was in a different color than cream, cause they always look dirty.

These gloves work great! I use them for transferring hot food out of the oven. They can handle high heat. Would definitely recommend you buy this!

I'm not a huge fan of these gloves. For light duty, they are fine, but for heavy or very hot items, they are too thin to provide protection for very long. They have a very poor steam-resistance, as well. Today, I use these are liners under mitts for very hot and heavy tools like dutch ovens. On the positive, they would be great for freezer use.

I love these gloves for the fact that I can now hold things and have 5 fingers, and the rubber padding on them makes them grip super well. I noticed however they are snug on the inner lining but loose on the outer lining. I got large gloves. My fingers fit in there pretty snug but my little finger is floating in there but I don't expect oven mitts to fit perfectly anyway so I can bear with it.

Having a startup cafe, we needed all equipment for our cafe. I do not recommend this one for hot items. Your hands will still get burned since it doesn't shield it from any heat. It's just a glove with grips.

I was skeptical about these types of gloves, but turns out they work great! They are big enough that they fit both my husbands and my smaller hands. They give more control over silicone based mits and pot holders. And a good price too. Very satisfied.

These gloves are great for yard work, in the kitchen! They are knit gloves. They don't get worn out easily nor do they melt and get "crispy" in the sun! So definitely a trust-worthy brand!

These are pretty good gloves for handling hot foods. They do get very hot in a shorter time than I expected so you have to be careful how long you hold something. Very versatile and machine washable.

I used one pair for 8 months before i needed to grab the 2nd pair in my busy cafe/bakery, used for loading the oven, pulling hot pans, etc. I didn't really notice it was time for a new pair- but now that i busted out the new ones I realize how much used I really got out of them. Great value.
