This review is not of the product, but of WebstaurantStore. Not a 5-star because the original shipment arrived DOA. The box was crushed, punctured, ripped and re-taped. Not sure who was responsible for that, but it was very discouraging to eagerly await the order, and have it arrive non-usable. BUT, the response of customer service was exemplary. I did online chat; they requested photos; I took about 12 photos that showed the extensive damage to both packaging and product and emailed them; they responded asking did I want a credit or a new scale; I said send me a new scale. And they did. It arrived 3 days later, and so my wife loves it. -1 for the shape of the original shipment, but +5 for them doing the right thing; Net +4.

We have had ours for 2 years and it has provided consistent performance. Love that it is lightweight, portable, and not overly large.

We purchased this as a replacement for our old mechanical scale. We use this scale several times a day and we love it! It is much easier to use and we’ve noticed it’s far more accurate and consistent which is great. Our entire staff including those who were hesitant moving from mechanical love it

I have a produce booth at a farmers' market and just had a regular scale. So it took quite some time to calculate each items weight and price. That's why i bought this scale. Read the reviews and decided it was the one for me. Had the options and the PRICE! I've used it for 2 weeks now and it sure has sped things up. Now i get to interact more with my customers instead of trying to figure out prices. Very easy to program.

We purchased this scale to weigh bags of coffee. It has been extremely accurate since day 1 with now nearly 2 years of almost daily use. The battery seems to last a very long time with the scale unplugged.

Accurate, sleekly designed, and easy to use. I would recommended this scale to expediters and deli owners alike! We have had this scale for over a year now and it never fails. Has the ability to be plugged in but the battery lasts much longer than we expected on a full charge!

Does the job for us -- we use it exclusively to weigh coffee beans, and it works fine for that. Numbers are big and easily readable with lighted background. Hasn't failed us yet in a year of use.

Works great. I had low expectations because of the price and was happily surprised. Seems to have good build quality. Easy to clean. Exactly what I needed to weigh tea to sell. I use this scoop (27149116BRN) on top of it to weigh loose tea.

I now have been using this scale for 4 years. Wow, four years! Never had an issue, never a problem. Holding up well with general cleaning. I can honestly recommend this product.

Legal For Trade product for a great price, it measure perfectly, needed this one to get state inspected and was in perfect calibration, will buy again for sure.

Tor Rey Digital Portion Scale. I needed this per my city requirement and have had no issue with my yearly licensing with this scale. performs well and has clear display.

We use this scale to weigh green coffee and roasted coffee. It is very accurate, which we need! We love that it is chargeable so that it can be used wirelessly.

We've had this unit for a few years now and it has continued to deliver accurate measurements. A GREAT value for a "LEGAL FOR TRADE" scale, which is necessary when selling anything by weight.

I have several of these scales and they are easy to use and the batteries last a long time without needing to charge them and easy to clean.

This is a good all around scale. Seems very accurate and holds a charge for a very impressive amount of time. It can be difficult to tare because it is very sensitive and won't tare while moving, so you have to push the tare button without moving the scale and this can be a challenge for a klutz like me.

Great scale. Easily switch between measurements. Have only had to recalibrate once or twice, despite constantly moving from one location to another. Charge lasts a very long time as well. I use daily and it goes months without needing to be recharged.

Great scale! You won't find a cheaper legal for trade scale that is this solid anywhere.... We purchased two, and plan on grabbing a few more just incase they disappear one day!

Great scale, quick to read and accurate. I wanted one with 2 decimal points on the oz and a tare button. Love how you get to level it on your counter, how the tray comes off for easy cleaning. the display is totally flat, again easy to wipe clean. I use the tare feature alot so i hope i dont wear the botton out like i did on my past 2 cheap scales. This is well worth it's price. I would highly recommend. I use it for portioning out dough balls and weighing bakery ingredients. I did however cover the computer ports on the side with electrical tape so that flour dust does not get in them.
