I use this every single day in my bagel shop, so it sees some pretty heavy traffic as our main scale. It's a great scale! Only complaint - you can't get a readout that has both pounds and ounces, it's only one or the other. So you have to convert your recipe, or push buttons mid measuring. It's not a huge deal, but that would be a nice feature to have.

A great scale for the money. After about a month it started malfunctioning but was able to get it replaced directly through Tor Rey. Replacement has held up nicely. Very easy to zero out the scale and switch between the different measurements. Highly recommend

We needed a scale to weight coffee beans to be bagged and sold. This scale works great for us, since we only weight up to 5 pounds at a time. I also like that it has settings of pounds, kilograms, and ounces. Scale is accurate, and stays charged for a long time.

On function, the scale seems to work well. But on craftsmanship it's a miss. The tray on these scales is misaligned. The first one i returned as it was 1/8" crooked over i think about 7 ". The second one is also crooked but by less. What's it say about a precision instrument that is itself not dimensioned properly?

This scale has worked well for us for over 3 years. It is used to weigh our BBQ meats and so it is surrounded by a lot of grease. Thankfully it has held up well and has remained accurate. We have passed all scale tests administered by the state.

I loved all the features and how it was programmable. It was originally used quite a but and It was great for a few months but then stopped working.

Easy to use and program, the metal plate is wide and sturdy enough to hold large containers when weighing heavy or bulky items. I wish it weighed in grams but I can convert my recipes.

It's incredibly accurate to a fault. Can sometimes be difficult to tare sometimes so make sure it's leveled. Other than that, it works great and has good back-up battery life!

The Tor Rey 20 lb. Digital Portion Scale has been a valuable tool at River and Rail Bakery for years. It is easy to use, read and clean. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star review is its battery life. Unfortunately it needs to be plugged in more often than I'd want, which can cause placement issues at times.

This is a wonderful scale I'm very happy with it very easy to read and easy to use and the fact you can hook it up to a printer print out tickets for your food item is great

I bought two of these accidentally. They are nice though! I needed ones that computed price so they went back, but they seemed like a nice quality scale. If I had a printer/right equipment to use them, I probably would have kept them as I liked the smaller size.

These scales are pretty good for the price. They are not super accurate for small amounts but seem to be accurate for larger weights. Always make sure it is level when using.

High quality, heavy duty, commercial grade, easy to use and very reliable. This is a great scale for a great price. The cheaper scales are crappy quality and the expensive ones are not worth the dramatic price difference.

We have purchased several Tor-Rey digital scales, this is the first portion scale. Works great like all the other Tor-Rey scales and at a great price.

WOrks great and the battery lasts so long I loose my charger in between charges. One problem I do have is that when the scale is tared negative, i cannot tear to 0 without turning it off and back on.

This is a nice kitchen scale. One of the best features of it is you can continually tare after each item. Another nice feature is that you can switch between pounds and ounces. It is easy to set up and has a visual level to ensure accuracy.

Great scale for our small bake shop, Has options to swap between kgs, oz. and lbs. BEST part in my opinion is the rechargeable battery that allows you to move the scale to work surfaces that are not near an outlet.

I've had this scale for a couple weeks now, and I haven't had any issues. I wish i would have read the product description better because it has ounces, pounds and kilograms, but I would have liked a scale that has a gram ounce conversion for my purposes.

Hard to beat for the price - it even has the battery backup which we actually use all the time to there's no cord in the way.
