We found these a little too low for our needs so we ended up getting something taller a couple of years later. These barstools held up fairly well for the few years we used them. The padding on the seats did become compressed on the heavily used seats, so after 8 months or so of daily use it was obvious which seats were more popular. That also made them slightly lower, and since they were already not tall enough for us, it made it more clear that we needed something else. Some larger folks may also find that these are not quite large enough to support them - we often had people who preferred to sit at the bar, but they wanted a chair with a back, or a wider seat, so they would opt for the dining room instead.

Just like the black ones these red Lancaster bar stools are excellent! They are very comfortable and quality built! The color of red was exactly the shade of red we were looking for as well. It's like a race red

I will post a photo of these stools soon so you can see how great they look. Easy to assemble, just make sure you have a friend holding the legs upside down over the pad while you screw them in. If you need to level them, lay the stool down on it's side and carefully apply pressure to the leg. We easily adjusted these so they all sat perfect. We love the thick pad and the simple look. I have four stools in my waiting area for those waiting for their order to be prepared. If I had more room I would happily buy more. This is a high quality stool for an inexpensive price. We didn't have any issues, but please check your order when it is delivered to make sure the pads arrive in perfect condition. We say buy! Jeff

I ordered 5 of these for a new bar I built in my basement. They are great! They are easy to assemble and have held up perfect! They chair is comfortable and the frame is nice and shiny to boot! I will be ordering them again when I need more. Also, the shipping was fast!

Great bar stool: They look clean and nice, however after a s few months of busy use they start to fall apart. Great for the price.

Don't be fooled by the exceptional price on this item. It is a very attractive and sturdily designed stool. The cushion is nice and think and they are very comfortable.

We keep buying them but you get what you pay for. After a year or two the bearings break, or the bolts fall out from the seat, or the vinyl cracks and tears. But, they're cheap and they get the job done.

I am very impressed with the Lancaster Table & Seating Black Double Ring Barstools with three and a half inch think seats. The stool feels sturdy and does not wobble like other stools I have used in the past sometimes do after a few uses. The seat is cushioned without too much give and I would recommend.

I found much cheaper ones, but decided to go with these. They are strong and sturdy and best of all comfortable. These go well in our bar

We are so happy with the Double Ring Barstools. I love how they look in the space; not to mention how comfortable and sturdy they are. The rings are great for resting your feet. The double ring allows for tall, as well as short people to put their feet up. I highly recommend these Barstools.

Love these bar stools. Heavy duty and are holding up good. Received them with the wrong screws but customer service sent correct hardware out right away. Comfortable and easy to clean too!

The Lancaster Table & Seating Black Double Ring Barstools with 3 1/2" Thick Seats are great. They suit our bars look perfectly. Only issue is one showed up missing a leg stopper. Easily fixed with a trip to the hardware store

We've had this barstool for about 8 months and it's performing well. The seat is very thick and comforable, and the unit was very easy to assemble.

This seems like pretty sturdy chair and easy to clean, though if you are getting a chair to relieve your back, you might want to go for a stool that has a back lean.

These are nice stools. But after a few weeks the bottom rings came off on some of them and as time goes by almost all of them come off. They still are useable with the ring off

Super impressed with this bar stool which I wanted for my workbench. I first tried an inexpensive stool from a popular home store but returned it because everything about it was cheap. This Lancaster stool was the same price but just the exact opposite. Great padded cushion seat (very comfortable - not too soft or too hard), frame is heavy weight, solid, extremely sturdy. Another great thing is it arrived fully assembled - just need to attach the seat with 4 bolts. I was amazed that from the factory it sits perfectly flat on the floor. I can't say enough how sturdy and rugged this stool is - all hardware is top-quality. Seat covering also seems top-quality. The only thing is it came in 3 shipments and the shipping was $. But I understand that and I can tell you it is worth every penny!
