Solid chair. We have purchased close to a dozen over the past few months to replace broken chairs we had. They are holding up well so far.

These chairs and the pads that go with them are beautiful. The wood is expertly finished and the lamination perfect. The pads well-tailored and stapled with precision. The chairs were shipped separate from the pads and were well wrapped to protect from damage as were the pads. They are very comfortable. They two chairs were purchased to replace old cafe chairs which had become, after 50 years, too hard for arthritic hips and tired backs.

These are good solid chairs. They were simple to put together. Delivery was quick and efficient.

When we received these chairs they were scratched up and unfortunately we had to return them. That being said, they did seem sturdy and had a great color.

These chairs are on the smaller side. Smaller than I expected, but have worked well for my needs and have held up well. They are sturdy and look nice.

This is the classic cafe chair that we really needed for our new spot. It is really comfortable to sit in. I wish that I ordered more of these because they look really good here.

I was not a humongous fan of these chairs. The finish seem to hold up pretty well, but the upholstery not so much. We used the hardware that the company furnished, but they were too long resulting in fatigue spots and premature holes in the seat cushion. They also had a very distinct “made in China” smell for the first few weeks .

Lancaster makes great products. These chairs are perfect for our business. They were super easy to put together and we saved a fortune over buying them locally. Thank you so much. We love them in our restaurants.

I really wish I could write a glowing review on these chairs. They could have been so much better is they were put together with a little more care. First the good... a great looking sturdy chair. Now the bad, on some of the chars the seats aren't aligned properly and it just looks sloppy. They come fully assembled.

We ordered over 100 of these chairs. Unfortunately the first two shipments we received were different from the items pictured on the website. I notified customer service and they immediately began resolving the issue. By the end of the same day, they had found the issue, apologized and set up an exchange for the correct items. We loaded them up and shipped them off, in a few days they had the correct chairs at our door and we love them! The seats are well cushioned and the chairs are built well. They are a perfect fit in our dining rooms.

This chair is great! The quality is excellent and the comfort is great as well. We bought some for our main dining room and plan on buying more soon for our second dining room. I originally bought one chair to check the quality and was very impressed, I even picked it up and dropped it a few times to abuse it to see how it would stand up and it did outstanding.

I recommend the Lancaster Table & Seating Mahogany finish wooden ladder back chair with 1 1/2" padded seat. I purchased 12 chairs in 2012 for a beach cottage rental. After 4 years and a lot of seasonal use, they are in good shape. None of the chairs wobble, off balance, or have issues with the padded seat. The mahogany stain is reddish in color. Some of the stain and finish has come off where the chair hits the table when pushed in all the way. Will need a minor touch up in a year. Otherwise a solid and sturdy chair.

This is a great product. Great quality and color on point. This is my second time purchasing it and I will definitely repurchase. Totally worth it for the purchase.

These chairs exceeded our expectations. For a very low price, you get a fully assembled solid wood chair that has absolutely no wiggle or looseness to it whatsoever. They are extremely solid and everything down tot he hardware and finish is extremely durable.

These are great chairs. We've had them in our fairly busy cafe for a year without much wear and tare.They are sturdy and you can't beat the price. Easy to clean too.

Purchased 32 Lancaster ladder back chairs at the end of April. By the middle of may 20 of the 32 chairs had screws falling out that hold the cushion. These screws are at the front of the cushion and is now allowing the back screws to work free. This is a serious manufacturer defect because the screws will not hold the cushion.. Do not recommend the purchase of these chairs due to the risk and liability should the cushion detach from the chair.

When i saw these online i was skeptical about how cheap they were. I ended up ordering 2 chairs & fell in love immediately. I went ahead and ordered 38 more & replaced the rest of the chairs in my restaurant. Im extremely satisfied with the quality & was surprised how quick they were shipped. They came in within a week from ordering.

I bought several of these chairs. Within 6-8 months, on all of them the vinyl was completely cracked and foam insides showing. As I bought them at different times a few months apart, I don't think it was one bad batch. They are also wobbly after less than 1 year of normal use. I am going to attempt a refund and hope that they honor their warranty.
