These chairs have a nice look to them and are comfortable considering the design. I give them 4 stars because we have several of them in which the outer layer has separated/peeled off.

it's a nice chair as per the price they are asking for. Padded seat makes it comfortable too for seating. We just ordered for our new restaurant and hope it lasts for a long time.

These look beautiful and were so easy to assemble. The price was fantastic and these chairs still look brand new even with a lot of use and with cleaning them. I would definitely purchase these again.

Very comfortable and sturdy chair. The cushion is nice and the vinyl covering over cushion is thick enough to withstand many times of use. The wood "natural finish" is very light and does not closely match any of the natural finish Lancaster brand tables offered by the manufacturer.

i ordered six chairs from webstaurantstore. very easy to assemble. it looks really good in my store. and chairs quality is batter then i accepted. i will not hesitate to order this again.

Good quality for light use. Do check the cartons on arrival, 2 of 40 had loose/damaged backs but they were replaced very quickly and easily.

Excellent chairs! Very sturdy and comfortable. A bit on the heavy side which is fine. The only problem so far has been the chair back on a couple has occasionally slid off the chair, but that is easily fixed with some glue if desired.

The natural finish on these Lancaster chairs is beautiful. I bought a bunch of these a while back and I am so glad that I did because they are still holding up well!

These chairs look very nice with most tables. Comfortable, not too heavy, doesn't mark floor. The price is very hard to beat for dining room chairs.

Love this product! I was thinking because of the price that it woudl be a cheap looking chair, but it is very comfortable and nicely made. I am going to purchase for our little bistro- and thinking about getting the bar stools as well.

We have used these chairs for almost 2 years, and they are holding up nicely. We have 30 of these chairs in the tap room and they are all working well. They shipped quickly and came fully assembled. Just had to take off som protective wrapping. Overall we are happy. These are a great value.

Not the MOST comfortable chairs - but that's the design. I don't want the customers to stay TOO long or else I would have bought the cushioned ones. Looks great and pairs well with granite table tops. Arrived in a timely manner and the price is good as well! If i ever needed more chairs I would definitely reorder!

5 stars for comfort - really good for average person. 4 stars for attractive. They are fine, but nothing awesome. 3 stars for durability. They seem to be structurally OK after a year, but lots of wear on the finish, which is pretty thin. Overall, a great bargain.

Ordered over 40 chairs last month. Main advantage is steel fraim. Main disadvantage I guess is the weight, they are slightly heavy. Perfect choice for my interior.

These are comfortable chairs, and they look nice in my coffee shop, however I had issues with the manufacturer's quality control - almost a third of the chairs I ordered had to be returned because the wood was coming apart. Webstaurantstore was great to work with, however, and made everything right. I was just disappointed that there were so many issues with them in the first place!

These were a really great bargain chair for our new bar. Seats are built of finished plywood so they won't last forever, but at this price who can blame them. Contrary to what a previous reviewer said, these chairs DO NOT stack. They've held up really well from our first year in business getting daily abuse. Overall a great value!
