They have a slight waxy interior and I filled one up with water and let it sit for several hours. It didn't leak or soak through at all. For that I was pleasantly surprised.

The price is reasonable. I use this 5 lb paper tray for serving some fried items and a side from our food truck. Good grease resistance.

The trays were not as described and purchased for fried food items. These are very weak and would need 2 to hold food and other items.

These are great quality and moderately priced! These paper food trays are perfect for displaying our wings, spicy grilled shrimp skewers, cheese curds or our fried pickles that are served passed for private events.

These are good quality trays - they hold up well with heavy and saucy foods. We put a variety of things such as butter sauces or soy-based sauces and they keep well. Great price for the quantity as well.

I LOVE these trays! I use them for paninis and tater tots that I serve on my food truck. They are definitely grease resistant and super sturdy. I ordered them, because my normal trays were unavailable, but I will continue to buy these! Totally recommend!

These are good. They are slightly lighter weight than I would have hoped for though, so if you are putting heavy items in it, the tray may bow or become unstable. They are shipped packed one inside of the other, so 1000 of them take up very little space.

I uses a lot of the 5 lb. trays compared to other serving vessels. The grease proof makes it hold up well to even heavy greasy food. I prefer Bagcraft over other brands hands down.

These are great small boats for serving small portions, or for portioning out small items such as candies or sprinkles (I use them for gingerbread house decorating parties).
